Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种具有带有弹性特性的多层主体的制品,特别是空气弹簧波纹管。
背景技术
用于例如机动车辆或轨道车辆的悬架和/或减振的具有弹性特性的制品是使用弹性体化合物(也被称为橡胶化合物)生产的。由于此类制品的基本特性而通常采用的这些弹性体化合物是众所周知的。具有优异的弹性特性的制品(例如金属-橡胶元件或减振器)优选地包含主要基于天然橡胶(NR)和/或聚异戊二烯橡胶(IR)的硫化的橡胶化合物。具有非常好的耐风化、耐矿物油和耐热性的制品(例如空气弹簧波纹管)优选地包含主要基于氯丁橡胶(CR)的硫化的橡胶化合物。
然而,包含此类弹性体化合物的制品在其火灾行为中展示出明显的缺点。在火灾情况下,尤其会产生很浓的烟雾。在上述的主要基于NR和/或IR的弹性体化合物的燃烧过程中,放热率是特别高的。在主要基于CR的弹性体化合物的燃烧过程中所散发的烟雾对人类和动物是有毒的。
近年来防火要求的逐步提高(特别是在更严格的防火标准EN45545中所反映的)已经引起了对具有优化的防火性的聚合物制品的需求增加。上述的主要基于NR和/或IR的弹性体化合物(特别是由于所要求的最大放热率)或主要基于CR的阻燃的弹性体化合物(特别是由于所要求的燃烧烟雾毒性)不再能满足这些用火安全要求。因此,包含这些弹性体化合物的制品通常不再满足更严格的要求。
改善橡胶化合物的火灾行为的常规方法是直接掺入防火物质。为了用传统的橡胶化合物实现足够的防火性,需要大量的这些防火物质,这通常对物理特性具有负面影响。经验显示出此类化合物的硬度对于在动态应用中使用是过高的。当使用海泡石时,显著较高的肖氏A硬度的缺点(如例如在WO 2018/033267 A1中所描述的)在基于CR/NR的橡胶化合物中是特别明显的。所涉及的制品通常具有减少的使用寿命和较差的悬浮、沉降或振动特性。
DE 10 2013 017 570 A1描述了外涂层中的作为阻燃物质的小于15M-%的可膨胀石墨的防火特性,其旨在部分地覆盖用于减振或悬架用途的无卤素弹性体物体。该涂层可以设计为热塑性基底或硅酮或聚氨酯,并且当固化时具有在0.5与5mm之间的层厚度并构成具有一种或多种阻燃剂的组合。
EP 2196 492B1描述了无卤素层的防火特性,该无卤素层覆盖待保护的物体并且具有弹性体无卤素粘合剂和至少20%的弹性。对作为阻燃剂的可膨胀石墨以及与其他常规阻燃剂的组合都进行了描述。其中详述的层结构是基于朝向外侧降低的弹性并且还可以包含IR反射材料作为第三层。
US2017/0267260 A1披露了一种减振装置,其弹性体减振结构被防火层至少部分地覆盖。防火层基于氯丁橡胶和氢氧化镁和/或三水合铝。
在所提及的方法中,保护发生在最上面的外层中,而与所描述的减振器无关。在非常猛烈的火灾中,用于各种应用领域的多层基础单元的内部增强物会熔化,并在点燃时导致强烈的能量释放以及遭受功能丧失。
发明内容
因此,本发明的目的是提供一种多层制品,其特征在于具有在火灾情况下根本不熔化或只有在相当长的延迟后才熔化的内部增强物。同时,制品作为一个整体必须满足EN-45545标准中描述的要求,而制品的必要物理特性没有下降和/或生产过程的复杂性没有增加。
该目的的实现方式为,具有带有弹性特性的多层基础单元的制品具有至少一个内层A和至少一个纺织品增强层B和至少一个中间层C和至少一个外层D,该基础单元的至少一个中间层C由橡胶化合物形成,该橡胶化合物包含在每种情况下单独或组合的氯丁橡胶(CR)或氯磺化聚乙烯(CSM)或烷基化的氯磺化聚乙烯(ACSM)或氯化聚乙烯(CM)或氯化丁基橡胶(CIIR)或溴化丁基橡胶(BIIR)或聚环氧氯丙烷橡胶(CO;ECO;ETER)或异丁烯和对甲基苯乙烯的溴化共聚物(BIMS),以及3至40phr的至少一种膨胀型阻燃剂,并且该中间层C与该纺织品增强层B直接接触。
出人意料地,已经发现内部纺织品增强物可以通过作为不良导热材料的中间层C的发泡而通过热量的作用免于点燃,要保护的增强层的点燃时间因温度而延迟。这使得即使当制品的最外层已经在火灾中损坏时,增强物也可以保持稳定,并且因此使制品在一段时间内保留一定程度的应急功能。
除了中间层C之外,另外的阻燃层也可以存在于制品的不同位置,其结果是要掺入的阻燃材料的跨越所有层的总厚度可以减少,而不必承受防火性和其他物理特性的损失。
根据本发明,除了所提及的橡胶中的一种或多种之外,中间层C还含有3至40phr、优选5至30phr、更优选10至25phr的至少一种膨胀型阻燃剂。
膨胀型阻燃剂在温度的影响下膨胀成泡沫,从而形成保护层。保护层的形成可以通过化学和物理过程两者发生。化学过程通常需要三种组分:
a)多磷酸盐,例如多磷酸铵,
b)碳源,例如二季戊四醇,
c)发泡剂,例如三聚氰胺,其在加热时散发气态分解产物。
碳源和多磷酸盐在加热时产生富碳分解产物,这些富碳分解产物在例如三聚氰胺的气态分解产物的帮助下发泡成高粘性的保护层。
然而,给予优选的是使用在其中通过物理过程形成保护层的膨胀型阻燃剂。这减少了橡胶化合物中其他化学品的添加并且因此减少了对其他物理特性的进一步负面影响。给予优选的是使用可膨胀石墨(也称为膨胀型石墨)作为物理作用的膨胀型阻燃剂。
在此,仅使用一种可膨胀石墨是优选的。然而,也可能存在两种或更多种不同的可膨胀石墨的混合物。该差异可能由单个石墨的不同平均粒度和/或不同起始温度引起。
当可膨胀石墨或两种或更多种可膨胀石墨的混合物具有高于180℃、优选地高于200℃、更优选地高于220℃的起始温度时是有利的。
在优选的实施例中,中间层C的橡胶化合物不含其他阻燃剂,特别是不含有含卤素的阻燃剂。在该上下文中,不含意指量是0phr。
然而,除了膨胀型阻燃剂之外,至少一种另外的阻燃剂也可能存在于中间层C中。
这些阻燃剂优选地可以是:锡酸盐(如锡酸锌或氢氧化锡酸锌)、另外的氢氧化物(如氢氧化镁或氢氧化钙)、氰尿酸酯(如三聚氰胺氰尿酸酯)、硼酸盐(如硼酸锌或硼酸钙)、含磷组分(如间苯二酚二磷酸酯、磷酸三聚氰胺或芳香族的多磷酸酯)、含氮组分(如磷酸铵)、或碳酸盐(如碳酸钙或碳酸镁)。
在优选的实施例中,中间层C的橡胶化合物不含除了根据本发明提及的那些之外的另外的橡胶,即另外的橡胶的量是0phr。
在特别优选的实施例中,中间层C的橡胶化合物包含50至100phr、优选60至100phr、更优选80至100phr的单独或组合的在权利要求1中提及的橡胶。
在这种情况下,橡胶化合物可能含有基于这些另外的橡胶的总量的0至50phr、优选0至40phr、更优选0至20phr的至少一种另外的橡胶。
该另外的橡胶优选地选自由以下组成的组:乙烯-丙烯共聚物(EPM)和乙烯-丙烯-二烯共聚物(EPDM)和丁腈橡胶(NBR)和(部分)氢化的丁腈橡胶(HNBR)和羧基化的丁腈橡胶(XNBR)和氟橡胶(FKM)和天然橡胶(NR)和苯乙烯-丁二烯橡胶(SBR)和异戊二烯橡胶(IR)和丁基橡胶(IIR)和丁二烯橡胶(BR)和乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯橡胶(EVA)和丙烯酸酯橡胶(ACM)和乙烯-丙烯酸酯橡胶(AEM)和硅酮橡胶(MQ、VMQ、PVMQ、FVMQ)和氟化的甲基硅酮橡胶(MFQ)和全氟化的丙烯橡胶(FFPM)和全氟化碳橡胶(FFKM)和聚氨酯(PU)。所提及的另外的橡胶可以单独地或组合地使用。
顾名思义,层C是中间层,这意指它既不形成制品的外层也不形成内层,而是位于内层与外层之间。
根据本发明,重要的是中间层C与增强层B直接接触。在此,中间层C可以部分地或完全地包围增强层B。
取决于制品的形状,增强层还可以在一侧或两侧覆盖有层C,在此意义上层C仅存在于增强层B的一侧或两侧。
在仅覆盖一侧的情况下以及同样在部分或完全包围的情况下,这优选地在预期的热暴露的方向上发生。
根据本发明另外地存在的是至少一个层B,其由至少一种纺织品增强物形成并且因此被称为增强层。在此,纺织品增强层可以具有单层、双层或多层结构。
优选地其是由优选两层构成的帘线织物,其对每个邻接层具有良好的粘附性。
用于纺织品增强层B的材料可以是单独的或组合的(即,呈混杂织物的形式)任何已知的合成和天然材料。
合适的合成材料特别地包括合成聚合物,例如丙烯腈、聚丙烯腈、聚丙烯、聚酯、聚酰胺、聚氨酯、聚苯硫醚、聚噁二唑、芳族聚酰胺(如间芳族聚酰胺、对芳族聚酰胺或共聚对芳族聚酰胺)、聚酰亚胺、聚醚酰亚胺、聚醚醚酮、聚2,6-萘二甲酸乙二酯、聚亚苯基、聚苯醚(polyphenylene oxide)、聚苯硫醚、聚苯醚(polyphenylene ether)、聚苯并噁唑、和聚乙烯醇。
天然材料可以是岩棉或石棉、或棉、亚麻或大麻、或羊毛或蚕丝。
无机材料(如玻璃、陶瓷、碳、金属(例如钢)、或石头(例如玄武岩))是同样可以设想的。
给予优选的是单独的或组合的聚酰胺(尤其是PA 6,6)或聚酯。
为了在制品的生产过程期间实现足够的加工粘着性,可以使帘线织物的一侧或两侧橡胶化,例如通过涂覆、摩擦、刷涂、刮涂等。
为了不进一步增加生产过程的复杂性,当橡胶涂层(也称为摩擦层)具有与中间层C的橡胶化合物相同的定性和定量组成时是有利的。
橡胶层中的膨胀型阻燃剂的存在也为纺织品增强层B提供额外的保护。
根据本发明,存在另外的层A,其被称为内层并且形成所谓的“内盖”并且由弹性体化合物形成并且具有特别良好的弹性特性。弹性体化合物是一种可硫化的、优选地不含热塑性材料的橡胶化合物,该橡胶化合物包含至少一种橡胶组分以及另外的化合物成分。合适的橡胶组分特别地包括:乙烯-丙烯橡胶(EPM)、乙烯-丙烯-二烯单体橡胶(EPDM)、丁腈橡胶(NBR)、(部分)氢化的丁腈橡胶(HNBR)、羧基化的丁腈橡胶(XNBR)、氟橡胶(FKM)、氯丁橡胶(CR)、天然橡胶(NR)、苯乙烯-丁二烯橡胶(SBR)、异戊二烯橡胶(IR)、丁基橡胶(IIR)、溴化丁基橡胶(BIIR)、氯化丁基橡胶(CIIR)、异丁烯和对甲基苯乙烯的溴化共聚物(BIMS)、丁二烯橡胶(BR)、氯化聚乙烯(CM)、氯磺化聚乙烯(CSM)、烷基化的氯磺化聚乙烯(ACSM)、聚环氧氯丙烷橡胶(CO;ECO;ETER)、乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯橡胶(EVA)、丙烯酸酯橡胶(ACM)、乙烯-丙烯酸酯橡胶(AEM)、硅酮橡胶(MQ、VMQ、PVMQ、FVMQ)、氟化的甲基硅酮橡胶(MFQ)、全氟化的丙烯橡胶(FFPM)、全氟化碳橡胶(FFKM)、和聚氨酯(PU)。
上述的橡胶类型可以是未共混的。也可以使用共混物。
优选的橡胶类型取决于制品类型和对单个制品的要求。这些常规的化合物成分包括至少一种交联剂或一种交联剂体系(交联剂和促进剂)。额外的化合物成分通常包括至少一种另外的填料和/或至少一种加工助剂和/或至少一种增塑剂(例如磷酸酯增塑剂)和/或至少一种老化稳定剂以及任选地另外的添加剂(例如颜料、增强纤维)。
在这方面参考橡胶化合物技术中的通用现有技术。

优选的橡胶类型取决于该制品的性质。
关于防火性,倾向于在外层D中使用含卤素的橡胶组分(如CR或ACSM、或CR和NBR的共混物(CR/NBR)、或CR和NR的共混物(CR/NR))具有明显的优势。

该制品优选地是空气弹簧波纹管。
可替代地,该制品可以是管状物体。管状物体是,例如,任何种类的给送软管、空气弹簧波纹管(交叉帘布层波纹管、轴向波纹管)以及各种设计中的补偿器(例如扭矩补偿器或横向补偿器)。该制品同样可以是传动带。

Claims (5)
1.一种具有带有弹性特性的多层基础单元的制品,该多层基础单元具有至少一个内层A和至少一个纺织品增强层B和至少一个中间层C和至少一个外层D,该制品的特征在于,该基础单元的至少一个中间层C由橡胶化合物形成,该橡胶化合物包含在每种情况下单独或组合的氯丁橡胶(CR)或氯磺化聚乙烯(CSM)或烷基化的氯磺化聚乙烯(ACSM)或氯化聚乙烯(CM)或氯化丁基橡胶(CIIR)或溴化丁基橡胶(BIIR)或聚环氧氯丙烷橡胶(CO;ECO;ETER)或异丁烯和对甲基苯乙烯的溴化共聚物(BIMS),以及3至40phr的至少一种膨胀型阻燃剂,并且该至少一个中间层C与纺织品增强层B直接接触。
