Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及一种带有具有弹性特性的单层或多层主体的制品,特别是空气弹簧波纹管、金属-橡胶元件或减振器。
背景技术
用于例如机动车辆或履带式车辆的悬架和/或减振的具有弹性特性的制品是使用弹性体混合物(也被称为橡胶混合物)制成的。典型地针对这种制品的基本特性所使用的这些弹性体混合物是众所周知的。具有突出的弹性特性的制品(例如,金属-橡胶元件或减振器)优选地包含主要基于天然橡胶(NR)和/或聚异戊二烯橡胶(IR)的硫化的橡胶混合物。具有非常好的耐风化、耐矿物油以及耐热性的制品(例如,空气弹簧波纹管)优先地包含主要基于氯丁橡胶(CR)的硫化的橡胶混合物。
然而,包括这些弹性体混合物的制品在燃烧行为方面展现出明显的缺点。浓烟的产生是燃烧的结果之一。在以上所提及的主要基于NR和/或IR的弹性体混合物的燃烧过程中,放热率特别高。在主要基于CR的弹性体混合物的燃烧过程中所产生的烟雾对人类和动物是有毒的。
由于近年来在防火安全要求的上升(这首先表现在更严格的防火安全标准EN45545中),产生对优化防火安全的聚合物制品的更高需求。以上所提及的主要基于NR和/或IR的弹性体混合物(最重要的是因为所要求的最大放热率)以及还有主要基于CR的阻燃弹性体混合物(特别地由于所要求的烟雾毒性)不再满足这些防火安全要求。因此,包括这些弹性体混合物的制品通常不再满足更严格的要求。
改善橡胶混合物燃烧行为的惯用方法是有时直接掺入相对大量的阻燃物质。然而,在所涉及的混合物中,这种措施通常会导致物理特性,尤其是例如硬度的损害,这与动态应用中的使用有关。这尤其反映在所涉及的制品的缓冲、沉降或振动特性受损。
发明内容
因此本发明的目的在于提供一种制品,该制品具有优化的防火安全行为,以满足尤其在EN-45545中所描述的、更严格的要求。特别地,至少应达到标准中描述的危险等级2。同时,制品的必要物理特性,尤其是例如硬度,应保持在可比较的水平。
当制品带有具有弹性特征的单层或多层主体时,可以达到该目的,其中该主体的至少层D由橡胶混合物构成,该橡胶混合物不含含有卤素的阻燃剂并且包含至少一种炭黑(具有根据DIN-ISO 9277的在35与140m2/g之间的BET表面积和根据ISO 4656的在70与140ml/100g之间的吸油值(OAN)),以及第一三水合铝(ATH_1)和至少一种另外的三水合铝(ATH_2)(其中该第一三水合铝(ATH_1)和另外的三水合铝(ATH_2)各自具有不同的粒径)。
现已出人意料地发现,这种精细分散的炭黑与不同的ATH类型的组合对燃烧行为具有积极的影响。因此可以显著减少其他额外的阻燃剂的量,从而不会不利地损害制品的动态特性所需的硬度。
这使得能够在动态高应力的制品中继续利用天然橡胶和/或氯丁橡胶的优点而不会牺牲物理特性,尤其是硬度。
根据本发明,使用至少一种炭黑,其具有根据DIN-ISO 9277的在35与140m2/g之间的BET表面积和根据ISO 4656的在70与140ml/100g之间的吸油值(OAN)。这意味着优选使用指定为N-1xy、N-2xy、N-3xy、N-4xy或N-5xy的炭黑,其中x和y可以彼此独立地是0与9之间的整数。根据ASTM D 1765-06的分类表指定炭黑。
N550和N339炭黑获得了特别好的特性。
具有名称N-1xy、N-2xy,N-3xy、N-4xy或N-5xy的所述炭黑可以单独或组合使用。
具体实施方式
在特别优选的实施例中,N339和N550炭黑各自单独或组合使用。就防火安全行为(尤其是N339)、耐磨性(尤其是N550)和动态特性而言,这两种类型特别合适。
所使用的炭黑的总量优选地是5phr至30phr。如果使用多于一种具有根据权利要求1所述的特性的炭黑,则5phr至30phr的量涉及具有根据权利要求1所述的特性的炭黑的总量。
在优选的实施例中,第一三水合铝(ATH_1)具有通过激光衍射确定的在0.1与0.6μm之间的粒径d50,而另外的三水合铝(ATH_2)具有通过激光衍射确定的在0.9与1.5μm之间的粒径d50。
在特定的实施例中,以30phr至70phr的优选量、并且特别以35phr至60phr的优选量使用第一三水合铝(ATH_1),而且以60phr至150phr的优选量、并且特别以80phr至120phr的优选量使用另外的三水合铝(ATH_2)。
使用至少两种具有不同粒径的ATH导致填料网络中填充密度的优化,这进而有助于改善防火安全行为。
在优选的实施例中,ATH_1和/或ATH_2可以各自被硅烷化。硅烷化通过改善ATH与填料网络的粘合,进一步优化了防火安全行为。
在一个优选的实施例中,层D的橡胶混合物还包含至少一种另外的阻燃剂。
在此,特别考虑的是:锡酸盐(如锡酸锌或氢氧化锡酸锌)、另外的氢氧化物(如氢氧化镁或氢氧化钙)、氰尿酸酯(如三聚氰胺氰尿酸酯)、硼酸盐(如硼酸锌或硼酸钙)、含磷组分(如间苯二酚二磷酸酯、磷酸三聚氰胺或芳香族的多磷酸酯)、含氮组分(如磷酸铵)、膨胀混合物、碳酸盐(如碳酸钙或碳酸镁)或膨胀石墨。
膨胀混合物膨胀以产生泡沫。膨胀混合物用于保护可燃材料(如塑料或木头)、以及还有钢(钢在升高的温度下遭受刚度损失)免受热和火的影响。
尽管三氧化二锑具有对健康有害的特性,但是任选地也可以使用少量的三氧化二锑与至少一种所述阻燃剂组合。
在有利的实施例中,层D的橡胶混合物还包含至少一种除酸剂,其进一步降低了所得烟气的毒性。该除酸剂优选为至少一种氧化物,其中氧化钙和氧化镁特别适合单独或组合使用。
然而,已经证明特别有利的是当层D的橡胶混合物还至少包含优选8phr至20phr的量、特别优选10phr至15phr的量的硼酸锌作为阻燃剂时。在火灾的情况下,硼酸锌或硼酸钙(在各自情况下单独或组合使用)的存在可以稳定火皮(fire crust),从而产生根据ISO5660-1的较低的MARHE值。硼酸锌或硼酸钙(在各自情况下单独或组合使用)在火灾的情况下同样会降低烟气密度。
层D的橡胶混合物包含至少一种橡胶组分,其优选地选自由以下各项组成的组:乙烯-丙烯共聚物(EPM)和/或乙烯-丙烯-二烯共聚物(EPDM)和/或丁腈橡胶(NBR)和/或羧化丁腈橡胶(XNBR)和/或(部分)氢化丁腈橡胶(HNBR)和/或氟橡胶(FKM)和/或氯丁橡胶(CR)和/或天然橡胶(NR)和/或环氧化天然橡胶橡胶(ENR)和/或异戊二烯橡胶(IR)和/或苯乙烯-丁二烯橡胶(SBR)和/或羧化苯乙烯-丁二烯橡胶(XSBR)和/或丁基橡胶(IIR)和/或溴丁基橡胶(BIIR)和/或氯丁基橡胶(CIIR)和/或丁二烯橡胶(BR)和/或氯化聚乙烯(CM)和/或氯磺化聚乙烯(CSM)和/或烷基化氯磺化聚乙烯(ACSM)和/或聚环氧氯丙烷橡胶(CO;ECO;ETER)和/或乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯橡胶(EVA)和/或丙烯酸酯橡胶(ACM)和/或乙烯-丙烯酸酯橡胶(AEM)和/或硅橡胶(MQ、VMQ、PVMQ、FVMQ)和/或氟化甲基硅橡胶(MFQ)和/或全氟化丙烯橡胶(FFPM)和/或全氟化碳橡胶(FFKM)和/或聚氨酯(PU)。
所述的橡胶可以单独或共混使用。
层D的橡胶混合物的橡胶组分优选由橡胶或至少两种橡胶的橡胶共混物组成,这两种橡胶各自提供具有基本上低的可燃性和/或具有良好的物理特性的混合物,以用于动态高应力制品中。这些特别地包括NR、ENR、IR、CR、CM、CSM、ACSM、BR、NBR、XNBR、HNBR。在特别优选的实施例中,层D的橡胶混合物的橡胶组分由100phr的NR或NR和CR的橡胶共混物组成。
在另一个优选的实施例中,已经证明当层D的橡胶混合物额外地包含1,6-双(N,N-二苯基硫代氨基甲酰基二硫代)己烷时是有利的。这使得能够实现层D的橡胶混合物的良好的抗返硫性和改善的动态能力,同时允许降低橡胶混合物中的硫含量,从而使得层D的橡胶混合物的老化稳定性得到改善。
主体可以仅由层D构成,或者可以包含至少一个另外的层。
如果存在另外的层,则层D优选是制品的最外的、面向外部的层。
然而,层D也可以嵌入在另外的层之间。
如果层D是最外层或者如果层D嵌入在另外的层之间,则在优选实施例的情况下,层D可能不完全包围主体,而是仅部分存在,尤其是在特别地暴露于火灾危险的地方。
因此例如可以存在另一个层A,其形成所谓的“内盖”并且由弹性体混合物构成并且具有特别良好的弹性。弹性体混合物是一种可硫化的、优选地不含热塑性塑料的橡胶混合物,该橡胶混合物包括至少一种橡胶组分以及另外的混合成分。所考虑的橡胶组分尤其包括:乙烯-丙烯橡胶(EPM),乙烯-丙烯-二烯橡胶(EPDM),丁腈橡胶(NBR),羧化的丁腈橡胶(XNBR),(部分)氢化的丁腈橡胶(HNBR),氟橡胶(FKM),氯丁橡胶(CR),天然橡胶(NR),环氧化的天然橡胶(ENR),异戊二烯橡胶(IR),苯乙烯-丁二烯橡胶(SBR),羧化的苯乙烯-丁二烯橡胶(XSBR),丁基橡胶(IIR),溴丁基橡胶(BIIR),氯丁基橡胶(CIIR),异丁烯与对甲基苯乙烯的溴化共聚物(BIMS),丁二烯橡胶(BR),氯化聚乙烯(CM),氯磺化聚乙烯(CSM),烷基化氯磺化聚乙烯(ACSM),聚环氧氯丙烷橡胶(CO;ECO;ETER),乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯橡胶(EVA),丙烯酸酯橡胶(ACM),乙烯-丙烯酸酯橡胶(AEM),硅橡胶(MQ、VMQ、PVMQ、FVMQ),氟化甲基硅橡胶(MFQ),全氟化丙烯橡胶(FFPM),全氟化碳橡胶(FFKM),聚氨酯(PU)。
上述橡胶类型可以是未共混的。也可以使用共混物。
优选的橡胶类型取决于制品类型和对单个制品的要求。常用混合物成分包括至少一种交联剂或一种交联剂系统(交联剂和促进剂)。额外的混合成分通常是至少一种填料和/或至少一种加工助剂和/或至少一种增塑剂,例如磷酸酯增塑剂,和/或至少一种老化稳定剂以及任选地另外的添加剂,例如颜料、增强纤维等。
在这里参考橡胶混合技术中的一般现有技术。
层A的橡胶混合物的组成可以定性地和/或定量地与层D的橡胶混合物相同或不同。
如果层A的橡胶混合物定性地且定量地与层D的橡胶混合物层相同,即类似地阻燃,则在火灾的情况下形成的促进火灾的气体和物质只能延迟(如果有的话)地穿出到外部,并且因此仅是在降低的程度上增强了制品火灾(如果有的话)。此外,存在的任何可能快速熔化的强度构件层(参见层B)因此得到了更好的保护,或者不会穿出到外部。
在特定的实施例中,也可以存在由至少一个强度构件形成的至少一个层B。该层优选是由一层或多层、优选两层组成的帘线编织物,其对层A具有良好的粘附性。在非常特别优选的实施例中,这是例如在WO 2016045813A1中描述的BiStretch织物。
用于层B的材料可以是单独或组合(即,呈混合织物的形式)的任何已知的合成材料和天然材料。

天然材料可以是岩棉或石棉、棉、亚麻或大麻、或羊毛或蚕丝。
无机材料(如玻璃,陶瓷、碳、金属(例如,钢)或岩石(例如,玄武岩))是同样可以设想的。
优选的是单独地或组合地聚酰胺(尤其PA 6,6)或聚酯。
为了在制品的生产过程期间实现足够的加工粘性,可以使帘线编织物的一侧或两侧橡胶化或摩擦化。橡胶化可以优选地使用与层C的组合物定量地和/或定性地相同的组合物或者与层A的组合物定量地和/或定性地相同的组合物来实现。这简化了制品的生产过程,并有助于动态合适的粘性结合。
在另一个优选的实施例中,制品可以进一步包含至少一个额外的层C。
该层C然后形成制品的所谓的“外盖”。该层C可以是一层或两层。该层C的弹性体混合物是一种可硫化的、优选地不含热塑性塑料的橡胶混合物,该橡胶混合物包括至少一种橡胶组分以及另外的混合物成分。所考虑的橡胶组分尤其包括:乙烯-丙烯橡胶(EPM),乙烯-丙烯-二烯橡胶(EPDM),丁腈橡胶(NBR),羧化的丁腈橡胶(XNBR),(部分)氢化的丁腈橡胶(HNBR),氟橡胶(FKM),氯丁橡胶(CR),天然橡胶(NR),环氧化的天然橡胶(ENR),异戊二烯橡胶(IR),苯乙烯-丁二烯橡胶(SBR),羧化的苯乙烯-丁二烯橡胶(XSBR),丁基橡胶(IIR),溴丁基橡胶(BIIR),氯丁基橡胶(CIIR),异丁烯与对甲基苯乙烯的溴化共聚物(BIMS),丁二烯橡胶(BR),氯化聚乙烯(CM),氯磺化聚乙烯(CSM),烷基化氯磺化聚乙烯(ACSM),聚环氧氯丙烷橡胶(CO;ECO;ETER),乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯橡胶(EVA),丙烯酸酯橡胶(ACM),乙烯-丙烯酸酯橡胶(AEM),硅橡胶(MQ、VMQ、PVMQ、FVMQ),氟化甲基硅橡胶(MFQ),全氟化丙烯橡胶(FFPM),全氟化碳橡胶(FFKM),聚氨酯(PU)。
上述橡胶类型可以是未共混的。也可以使用共混物。
优选的橡胶类型取决于该制品的性质。常用混合物成分包括至少一种交联剂或一种交联剂系统(交联剂和促进剂)。额外的混合成分通常还包括填料和/或加工助剂和/或增塑剂和/或老化稳定剂以及还有任选地另外的添加剂(例如颜料、粘合促进剂、阻燃剂、增强纤维)。
在这方面参考橡胶混合技术中的一般现有技术。
该制品还可以包含基于至少一种热塑性塑料的至少一个另外的层E。所使用的热塑性塑料包括例如:聚烯烃,尤其是聚乙烯(PE)(如LD-PE、LLD-PE、UHMW-PE)或聚丙烯(PP),聚苯乙烯(PS);聚酰胺(PA),例如PA 6或PA 6,6);聚酯,例如,PET、PEN或PBT。在特别优选的实施例中,该层E呈膜的形式。已经发现使用PE膜特别合适,因为在过氧化交联的弹性体混合物的情况下它形成了特别好的粘性结合,因此在一些情况下可以省却另外的粘合促进剂。取决于制品的性质和另外的层的性质,层E具有特别好的粘合增强效果。可以借助于辐射加热器和压力将其应用于制品坯件。
该制品优选地是空气弹簧波纹管,金属-橡胶元件,减振器,或轴承、轴套或多层弹簧或锥形弹簧的减振元件。可替代地,该制品可以是管状物体。管状物体是例如任何类型的给送软管、空气弹簧波纹管(交叉帘布层波纹管、轴向波纹管)、以及各种不同的实施例中的补偿器(例如,扭矩补偿器、横向补偿器)。该制品同样可以是传动带。
该制品优选地是空气弹簧波纹管、金属-橡胶元件、减振器或轴承,例如箱形轴承或锥形轴承,更特别地是用于橡胶弹簧轨道车辆车轮的模制品。
Claims (7)
1.一种制品,其带有具有弹性特性的单层或多层主体,其特征在于,该主体的至少层D由橡胶混合物构成,该橡胶混合物不含含有卤素的阻燃剂并且包含至少一种炭黑——具有根据DIN-ISO 9277的在35与140m2/g之间的BET表面积和根据ISO 4656的在70与140ml/100g之间的吸油值(OAN),以及第一三水合铝(ATH_1)和至少一种另外的三水合铝(ATH_2),其中该第一三水合铝(ATH_1)和该另外的三水合铝(ATH_2)各自具有不同的粒径。
2.如权利要求1所述的制品,其特征在于,炭黑的量为5phr至30phr。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的制品,其特征在于,该第一三水合铝(ATH_1)具有通过激光衍射确定的在0.1与0.6μm之间的粒径d50,并且该另外的三水合铝(ATH_2)具有通过激光衍射确定的在0.9与1.5μm之间的粒径d50。
4.如权利要求1至3中任一项所述的制品,其特征在于,在该层D中的ATH_1的量为30phr至70phr。
5.如权利要求1至4中任一项所述的制品,其特征在于,在该层D中的ATH_2的量为60phr至150phr。
6.如权利要求1至5中任一项所述的制品,其特征在于,该层D包含100phr的NR或NR和CR的共混物(NR/CR)作为橡胶组分。
7.如权利要求1至6中任一项所述的制品,其特征在于,所述制品是空气弹簧波纹管,金属-橡胶元件,减振器,轴承、轴套或多层弹簧或锥形弹簧的减振元件,管状物体或传动带。
