then, the second electric cylinder 30 is started to drive the fixed disc 26 far away from the fixed cylinder 3 to move, the distance between the two fixed discs 26 is adjusted, the two supporting rods 29 which are rotationally connected on the two fixed discs 26 through the fixed rods 28 are subjected to angle adjustment under the action of the pin shafts, so that the supporting rods 29 enable the polishing cover layer 4 to start to be unfolded from the inside, then the first motor 13 is started to drive the rotating shaft to rotate, the rotating wheel 10 drives the glass fiber reinforced plastic storage tank to rotate, the inner wall of the glass fiber reinforced plastic storage tank is enabled to be in contact with the polishing cover layer 4 to quickly rub, the polishing cover layer 4 is enabled to polish the glass fiber reinforced plastic storage tank, the polishing cover layer 4 is enabled to transversely move with the fixed cylinder 3 along with the driving screw 24, and the polishing cover layer 4 is enabled to polish all areas in the glass fiber reinforced plastic storage tank;
in order to improve the polishing effect and the polishing speed of the polishing cover layer 4 on the inside of the glass fiber reinforced plastic storage tank, the liquid adding pipe 32 is used for adding the polishing agent into the spray cylinder 31, finally, the polishing agent is discharged through a plurality of liquid spraying pipes 33 communicated with the spray cylinder 31, and the plurality of liquid spraying pipes 33 are obliquely arranged, so that the plurality of liquid spraying pipes 33 can spray the polishing agent on the inner wall of the glass fiber reinforced plastic storage tank positioned in the bottom area of the polishing cover layer 4, and each area inside the glass fiber reinforced plastic storage tank sprays the polishing agent along with the rotation of the glass fiber reinforced plastic storage tank;
in order to improve the contact area of the polishing cover layer 4 and the inner wall of the glass fiber reinforced plastic storage tank, and reduce the polishing dead angle of the polishing cover layer 4 to the inner wall of the glass fiber reinforced plastic storage tank, gas is filled into the polishing cover layer 4 through the gas filling pipe 34, so that the inner wall of the polishing cover layer 4 is continuously expanded on the basis of supporting a plurality of supporting rods 29, the polishing speed of the polishing cover layer 4 to the glass fiber reinforced plastic storage tank is accelerated, after the inside of the glass fiber reinforced plastic storage tank is polished, the fixed cylinder 3 and the polishing cover layer 4 are moved to a position, far from a tank opening, inside the glass fiber reinforced plastic storage tank, of the glass fiber reinforced plastic storage tank, a control valve 37 on the connecting pipe 36 is opened, so that the gas inside the gas filling pipe 34 and the polishing cover layer 4 is moved into the exhaust cylinder 35, and finally discharged through a plurality of exhaust ports formed in one end, close to the tank opening, of the gas is discharged from the glass fiber reinforced plastic storage tank.

and a control valve (37), wherein the control valve (37) is arranged on the connecting pipe (36).
