Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the defects of the prior art, the invention provides the coating equipment for plastering the building wall surface, which can automatically plaster the wall surface, automatically and intermittently drive the equipment to move, conveniently clamp a fixed object charging basket and conveniently collect and clean the dropped pigment.
The purpose of the invention can be achieved by adopting the following technical scheme:
in a first aspect, a coating apparatus for plastering a wall surface of a building comprises: the two sides of the lower part of the shell are rotatably connected with rotating rods; the wheels are connected to both sides of the rotating rod; one side of the lower part of the shell is connected with a support frame; the material barrel is arranged on both sides of the interior of the supporting frame; the shell is provided with a painting mechanism; the discharging mechanism is arranged on the lower portion of the shell, and the discharging mechanism is arranged between one side of the upper portion of the supporting frame and the painting mechanism.

Further, discharge mechanism includes: the material barrel comprises a material barrel, a material inlet pipe, a material outlet pipe, a supporting frame and a material outlet pipe, wherein the material barrel is internally provided with a material inlet pipe and a material outlet pipe; the cylinder body is connected with one side of the upper part of the feeding pipe; the piston rods are connected to one side of the cylinder body in a sliding manner; the first springs are connected between the piston rods and the cylinder body; one side of the piston rod is rotatably connected with the pulley; the middle parts of the rotating shafts are connected with cams, and the cams are matched with the pulleys; the fixed cylinder is connected to one side of the upper part of the mounting rack; discharge pipes are connected between two sides of the fixed cylinder and the cylinder body on the same side; and a hose is connected between one side of the fixed cylinder and the middle of the upper part of the communicating frame.

The discharging mechanism 5 comprises a feeding pipe 50, a cylinder body 51, a piston rod 52, a first spring 53, a pulley 54, a cam 55, a discharging pipe 56, a hose 57 and a fixed cylinder 58, the feeding pipe 50 is symmetrically connected with the left side of the inner lower portion of the shell 1 in a front-back mode, the feeding pipe 50 is connected with the supporting frame 11, the left side of the feeding pipe 50 is located in the material barrel 3, the cylinder body 51 is connected with the right side of the upper portion of the feeding pipe 50, the piston rod 52 is connected with the right side of the cylinder body 51 in a sliding mode, the first spring 53 is connected between the piston rod 52 and the cylinder body 51, the pulley 54 is connected with the right side of the piston rod 52 in a rotating mode, the cam 55 is connected with the middle of the rotating shaft 41, the cam 55 is matched with the pulley 54, the fixed cylinder 58 is connected with the left side of the upper portion of the mounting frame 410, the discharging pipe 56 is connected between the front-back side of the fixed cylinder 58 and the cylinder body 51 on the same side, and the hose 57 is connected between the right side of the fixed cylinder 58 and the upper portion of the communicating frame 48.
When a user needs to paint a wall, firstly, the pushing device is moved to a proper position to drive the wheel 2 to rotate, then the material barrel 3 is placed at the front side and the rear side of the support frame 11, the left side of the feeding pipe 50 is inserted into the material barrel 3, a large amount of pigment is poured into the material barrel 3, the double-shaft motor 40 is started to drive the rotating shaft 41 to rotate, so as to drive the cam 55 to rotate, when the bulge of the cam 55 is in rotary contact with the pulley 54, the pushing pulley 54 is moved leftwards, the piston rod 52 is driven to move leftwards, the first spring 53 is stretched, then the bulge of the cam 55 rotates to be far away from the pulley 54, under the action of the first spring 53, the piston rod 52 and the pulley 54 are driven to move rightwards, the pigment in the material barrel 3 is sucked into the cylinder body 51 through the feeding pipe 50, when the discharge pipe 52 moves leftwards, the pigment in the cylinder body 51 is pushed out through the discharge pipe 56 and flows out into the fixed cylinder 58 through the 56, then flows out of the communicating frame 48 through the hose 57, and finally collects in the shielding cylinder 413, so that the painting cylinder 49 is painted with the pigment, at the same time, the rotation of the rotating shaft 41 will drive the first gear 42 to rotate, thereby driving the second gear 411 and the rotating shaft 43 to rotate, driving the first belt 44 and the first belt 45 to rotate, further driving the sliding rod 412 to rotate, under the rotation action of the sliding rod 412, the sliding frame 46 is pushed to repeatedly move up and down, thereby driving the shielding cylinder 413 and the painting cylinder 49 to repeatedly move up and down, the painting cylinder 49 will automatically rotate during the up and down movement, the pigment is uniformly painted on the wall surface, after the painting of the wall surface is finished, the double-shaft motor 40 is turned off, the operation of the device is stopped, the wall surface is not painted, then the device is pushed to move, the wheel 2 is driven to rotate, the painting cylinder 49 is driven to move to the next wall surface, the double-shaft motor 40 is started again, finish the painting of this wall, so reciprocal, reach the effect of automatic painting wall.
