In some embodiments of the present invention, the clamping member 2 includes a rod 201 and a disc 202, the disc 202 is disposed at one end of the rod 201, and the disc 202 is used for clamping with the arm pin 7. Specifically, referring to fig. 1, the arm pin 7 is provided with a groove structure, and the notch of the groove structure is provided with an inward flange, and in the process of sliding the cylinder head seat 4, the disc 202 enters the groove structure from one end of the groove structure and can be clamped with the flange.
Alternatively, the disc 202 may be a disc, so that the disc 202 has a simple structure and is convenient for processing and production.
Alternatively, disc 202 and rod 201 are provided as an integral structure, or disc 202 is welded to rod 201, or disc 202 is threaded to rod 201.
In some embodiments provided by the present invention, the sliding structure is provided as a sliding pin that is in sliding engagement with the guiding structure 103. Specifically, the guiding structure 103 is a chute, and the sliding pin extends into the chute and is in sliding fit with the chute. With this arrangement, the sliding structure is simple in structure.
In some embodiments provided by the present invention, the sliding seat 1 includes a bottom plate, a top plate, and a connection plate. The bottom plate is in sliding connection with the cylinder head seat 4, in particular, the bottom plate is in sliding fit with a guide rail 10 on the cylinder head seat 4. The roof sets up in the top of bottom plate and has the interval between with the bottom plate, and the roof passes through the connecting plate and is connected with the bottom plate. So arranged, the sliding seat 1 has a simple structure.
Alternatively, the number of the connection plates between the top plate and the bottom plate may be set according to actual needs, which is not limited.
Optionally, the connecting plate is welded with the top plate and the bottom plate respectively.
Alternatively, a pair of guide structures 103 are provided on the top plate, and the first and second card slots 101 and 102 or the card-receiving hole 104 are provided on the bottom plate.
Of course, the technical solutions in the above embodiments can also be combined with each other, for example, in other embodiments provided by the present invention, the plug pin device includes a sliding seat 1, a clamping member 2, a displacement driving device 8 and an interlocking rod 3.
The sliding seat 1 is slidably connected with the cylinder head seat 4, as shown in fig. 2, both sides of the sliding seat 1 are provided with guide structures 103 extending along the sliding direction of the sliding seat 1 and obliquely arranged, and the oblique directions of the guide structures 103 on both sides of the sliding seat 1 are opposite. The clamping pieces 2 are arranged in a pair, and the clamping pieces 2 are both in sliding connection with the cylinder head seat 4. The sliding track of the clamping piece 2 is set at an angle to the sliding track of the sliding seat 1, for example, the sliding track of the clamping piece 2 is perpendicular to the sliding track of the sliding seat 1. The clamping piece 2 is provided with a first clamping structure clamped with the arm pin 7, and the clamping piece 2 is also provided with a sliding structure in sliding fit with the guiding structure 103. Referring to fig. 1 to 3, a pair of clamping members 2 are respectively slidably matched with guide structures 103 on two sides of a sliding seat 1, and in the sliding process of the clamping members 2, the guide structures 103 of the sliding seat 1 and the sliding structures of the clamping members 2 slide relatively, so that the pair of guide structures 103 drive the pair of clamping members 2 to be close to or far from each other. The displacement driving device 8 is installed on the cylinder head seat 4 and connected with the sliding seat 1, and the displacement driving device 8 is used for driving the sliding seat 1 to slide. The interlock lever 3 is connected to a cylinder pin 9 of the cylinder head block 4, and the cylinder pin 9 drives the interlock lever 3 to a first position when retracted and drives the interlock lever 3 to a second position when extended. Specifically, the number of the interlock levers 3 is one pair, and the pair of interlock levers 3 corresponds to the pair of cylinder pins 9, respectively. In the first position of the interlocking rod 3, the interlocking rod 3 limits the sliding seat 1 to limit the sliding of the sliding seat 1. In the second position of the interlock lever 3, the interlock lever 3 releases the limit of the slide holder 1 to enable the slide holder 1 to slide, and after the slide holder 1 slides, the slide holder 1 limits the interlock lever 3 to limit retraction of the cylinder pin 9 by the interlock lever 3. The cylinder head seat 4 is provided with a bar-shaped hole 401, the length direction of the bar-shaped hole 401 is the same as the sliding direction of the cylinder pin 9, and the interlocking rod 3 passes through the bar-shaped hole 401 to be connected with the cylinder pin 9 so that the interlocking rod 3 can slide along with the sliding of the cylinder pin 9. The sliding seat 1 is provided with a first clamping groove 101 and a second clamping groove 102 for clamping the interlocking rod 3, the extending direction of the first clamping groove 101 is the same as that of the strip-shaped hole 401, and the extending direction of the second clamping groove 102 is the same as that of the sliding seat 1.
In this embodiment, the pin inserting and pulling device includes the technical means in the above embodiments, so that the corresponding advantages of each technical means are also included.
The embodiment of the invention also provides a working machine.
Specifically, the work machine includes the cylinder head block 4 and the pin inserting and extracting device as described above. The telescopic cylinder pins 9 are arranged on two sides of the cylinder head seat 4.
The work machine includes the pin insertion and extraction device, and all of the advantages of the pin insertion and extraction device are also included, and are not described in detail herein.
Work machines described herein include, but are not limited to, wheeled cranes.

1. A pin-plugging device for mounting on a cylinder head block (4), comprising:
the sliding seat (1) is in sliding connection with the cylinder head seat (4), guide structures (103) which are inclined relative to the sliding direction of the sliding seat (1) are arranged on two sides of the sliding seat (1), and the inclination directions of the guide structures (103) which are positioned on two sides of the sliding seat (1) are opposite;
the sliding seat comprises at least two clamping pieces (2), wherein at least one clamping piece (2) is arranged on each side of the sliding seat (1), the clamping pieces (2) are provided with a first clamping structure clamped with an arm pin (7) and a sliding structure in sliding fit with the guiding structure (103), the clamping pieces (2) are in sliding connection with the guiding structure (103) through the sliding structure, the clamping pieces (2) are in sliding connection with the sliding seat (1), and the direction of a sliding track of the clamping pieces (2) is not parallel to the direction of a sliding track of the sliding seat (1);
the displacement driving device (8) is arranged on the cylinder head seat (4) and is connected with the sliding seat (1), and the displacement driving device (8) is used for driving the sliding seat (1) to slide relative to the cylinder head seat (4);
the interlocking rod (3) is connected with a cylinder pin (9) of the cylinder head seat (4), the cylinder pin (9) drives the interlocking rod (3) to a first position when retracted, and the cylinder pin (9) drives the interlocking rod (3) to a second position when extended;
when the interlocking rod (3) is positioned at a first position, the interlocking rod (3) limits the sliding seat (1) so as to limit the sliding seat (1) to slide;
when the interlocking rod (3) is in the second position, the sliding seat (1) can slide, and after the sliding seat (1) slides, the sliding seat (1) limits the interlocking rod (3) so as to limit the retraction of the cylinder pin (9) through the interlocking rod (3).
2. The pin inserting and pulling device according to claim 1, characterized in that a bar-shaped hole (401) is arranged on the cylinder head seat (4), the length direction of the bar-shaped hole (401) is the same as the sliding direction of the cylinder pin (9), and the interlocking rod (3) passes through the bar-shaped hole (401) to be connected with the cylinder pin (9);
the sliding seat (1) is provided with a first clamping groove (101) and a second clamping groove (102) for clamping the interlocking rod (3), the extending direction of the first clamping groove (101) is the same as that of the strip-shaped hole (401), and the extending direction of the second clamping groove (102) is the same as that of the sliding seat (1).

The plug pin device according to claim 1, wherein a guide hole (402) is formed in the cylinder head seat (4), the interlocking rod (3) penetrates through the guide hole (402) and is in sliding fit with the guide hole (402), a guide inclined plane is formed in one end, close to the cylinder pin (9), of the interlocking rod (3), a supporting inclined plane attached to the guide inclined plane is formed in the cylinder pin (9), the cylinder pin (9) drives the interlocking rod (3) to slide along the guide hole (402) through the supporting inclined plane, and a clamping hole (104) for the interlocking rod (3) to extend into is formed in the sliding seat (1).
4. A plug pin device according to any one of claims 1-3, further comprising a support seat (5), said support seat (5) being connected to said cylinder head seat (4), and said support seat (5) being provided with a through hole in sliding engagement with said clamping element (2).
5. A plug pin device according to any one of claims 1-3, further comprising a mounting seat (6), said mounting seat (6) being connected to said cylinder head seat (4), said displacement driving means (8) being arranged on said mounting seat (6).
6. A pin-inserting device according to any one of claims 1-3, characterized in that the clamping member (2) comprises a rod body (201) and a disc body (202), the disc body (202) is arranged at one end of the rod body (201), and the disc body (202) is used for clamping with the arm pin (7).
7. A pin-inserting device according to any one of claims 1-3, characterized in that the sliding structure is provided as a sliding pin, and the guiding structure (103) is provided as a sliding slot, with which the sliding pin is in sliding engagement.

A pin-inserting device according to any one of claims 1-3, characterized in that the sliding seat (1) comprises a bottom plate, a top plate and a connecting plate, the bottom plate is slidably connected with the cylinder head seat (4), the top plate is arranged above the bottom plate with a space between the top plate and the bottom plate, and the top plate is connected with the bottom plate through the connecting plate.
9. A working machine, characterized by comprising a cylinder head base (4) and a plug pin device according to any one of claims 1-8, both sides of the cylinder head base (4) being provided with telescopic cylinder pins (9).
