Working principle: introducing the waste gas from the gas inlet 11 on the shell 1, leading the gas into two cavities in the shell 1 through the sealing element 2, discharging the gas from the treatment cavity 12 after treatment, aligning the fixed plate 21 and the movable plate 22 on the sealing element 2 with the first vent hole 211 and the second vent hole 221 in working condition, after the filter screen 3 filters the sundry particles for a long time, when the particles attached on the surface of the filter screen 3 can not fall down, the air permeability of the filter screen 3 is reduced along with the accumulation of the particles, thereby reducing the waste gas treatment capacity in unit time, reducing the filtration treatment efficiency, because a large amount of particles are attached on the surface of the filter screen 3, the wind resistance of the filter screen 3 is increased, the filter screen 3 slides on the inner wall of the shell 1, after the filter screen 3 moves and pushes the guide rod 32 to reach a preset distance, the electromagnetic iron electrode plate 322 on the guide rod 32 moves to the position of the sealing element 2 and contacts with the first conductive block 222, thereby the electromagnet 325 is electrified, the magnet 323 is pulled to enable the filter screen 3 to displace again, meanwhile, the first air bag 324 is extruded, the air in the first air bag 324 is extruded into the second air bag 224, the movable plate 22 is pushed to ascend, the second air holes 221 and the first air holes 211 are staggered when the movable plate 22 ascends, thus closing and preventing the sewage on one side from entering, meanwhile, when the movable plate 22 ascends, the second conductive block 223 moves and contacts with the upper fan electrode plate 131, thus changing the rotating direction of the fan 13, at the moment, the fan 13 blows towards the filter screen 3, when the filter screen 3 moves, the deflector rod 34 arranged on the filter screen 3 correspondingly moves and contacts with the rotating fan 13, thereby poking the filter screen 3 to vibrate, removing the particle impurities adsorbed on the surface of the filter screen 3, and the included angle between the cut filter screen 3 and the sealing piece 2 is smaller than 90 degrees because the filter screen 3 is obliquely arranged, dust particles are not easy to accumulate on the filter screen 3 when the filter screen 3 vibrates, cleaning is convenient, meanwhile, the sealing plate 33 arranged at the bottom of the filter screen 3 moves, the exhaust hole 331 is communicated with the dirt collecting hole 141 when the filter screen 142 is exposed, sundries enter the dirt collecting groove 14 through the filter screen 142 and are discharged into the treatment cavity 12 through the dirt collecting hole 141, the one-way air inlet valve and the one-way air outlet valve are arranged on the first air bag 324, the exhaust speed of the exhaust valve is higher than the air inlet speed of the air inlet valve, the one-way air inlet valve is arranged on one side of the first air bag 324 close to the electromagnet 325 and is used for preventing air from overflowing outside when the first air bag 324 is extruded, the one-way air outlet valve is arranged on the communicating part with the second air bag 224, the air in the second air bag 224 is prevented from being recooled into the first air bag 324, the movable plate 22 rises to lead the first conductive block 222 to be separated from the electromagnetic iron 322 after the air bag is inflated, the electromagnet 325 is powered off, the air bag 324 is automatically reset and sucked, the guide rod 32 is slowly reset, the reset speed is the same as the first air bag 324 is inflated, the movable plate 224 is slowly descends due to the air, and the guide rod 32 is reset before the movable plate 22 resets, the air bag is reset, the clean 3 is increased, the cleaning time is realized, the cleaning efficiency is improved, the time is kept regularly, the cleaning time is long, and the cleaning time is saved, and the time is convenient, and the cleaning time is saved.

1. A dry chemical filter, comprising:
a shell (1) for guiding the sewage gas into a plurality of cavities for treatment, wherein a plurality of fans (13) which guide the gas into and can rotate forward and backward are arranged on the shell (1);
the filter screen (3) is movably arranged on the shell (1) and positioned between the air inlet end and the fan (13) and is used for preprocessing air, the filter screen (3) is automatically cleaned after being displaced, guide rods (32) for guiding movement are arranged on two sides of the filter screen (3), a magnet (323) is arranged on one side, facing the fan (13), of the guide rods (32), an electromagnet (325) is correspondingly arranged on the shell (1), and an airbag I (324) is arranged between the magnet (323) and the electromagnet (325);
the sealing piece (2) is used for opening and closing according to the position change of the filter screen (3) and limiting the entry of the sewage into the shell (1), and simultaneously changing the rotating direction of the fan (13) to blow the filter screen (3), the sealing piece (2) comprises a fixed plate (21) and a movable plate (22) which are connected with each other in a sliding way and can be ventilated, and the fixed plate (21) and the movable plate (22) are staggered to limit the entry of the sewage.

A dry chemical filter according to claim 1, characterized in that the housing (1) is provided with an air inlet (11) and two sets of treatment chambers (12) which are both in communication with the air inlet (11), and the two sets of treatment chambers (12) are not in communication, and the filter screen (3) is located in the treatment chambers (12).

The dry chemical filter according to claim 1, wherein the inner wall of the housing (1) attached to the sealing member (2) is provided with two sets of fan electrode plates (131) electrically connected with the fan (13), and the two sets of fan electrode plates (131) are connected with the fan (13) in opposite directions.

A dry chemical filter according to claim 3, wherein the guide rod (32) is provided with an electromagnetic iron electrode plate (322) which is electrically connected with an electromagnet (325) at a side far away from the magnet (323) and close to the sealing member (2), an elastic member for resetting is arranged in the first air bag (324), a one-way air inlet valve and a one-way air outlet valve are arranged on the first air bag (324), and the air outlet speed of the air outlet valve is larger than the air inlet speed of the air inlet valve, so that the cleaning time of the filter screen (3) is increased.

The dry chemical filter according to claim 4, wherein the fixed plate (21) is provided with a plurality of groups of vent holes (211) which are distributed at equal intervals, the movable plate (22) is provided with a plurality of groups of vent holes (221) which are distributed at equal intervals, the movable plate (22) is provided with a first conductive block (222) for communicating an electromagnetic ferroelectric electrode plate (322) and a second conductive block (223) for connecting a fan electrode plate (131), the bottom of the movable plate (22) is provided with a second air bag (224) which is communicated with the first air bag (324), and the second air bag (224) is provided with a leakage hole.

The dry chemical filter according to claim 5, wherein the filter screen (3) is provided with a deflector rod (34), the housing (1) is provided with a guide ring (16) for guiding and preventing the deflector rod (34) from tilting, two sides of the filter screen (3) are provided with sliding rods (311) which are in sliding connection with the guide rods (32), and springs (321) are arranged between the sliding rods (311) and the guide rods (32) for reserving a vibration space when the fan (13) flaps the deflector rod (34) and shakes the filter screen (3).

The dry chemical filter according to claim 1, wherein the bottom of the filter screen (3) is provided with a sealing plate (33), the sealing plate (33) is provided with an exhaust hole (331), the corresponding part of the bottom of the shell (1) and the sealing plate (33) is provided with a dirt collecting groove (14) for collecting sundries, the dirt collecting groove (14) is provided with dirt collecting holes (141) and (142), the exhaust hole (331) is positioned between the dirt collecting holes (141) and (142), and the dirt collecting hole (141) is provided with a dustproof cloth bag.

A dry chemical filter according to claim 7, characterized in that the dirt collecting drawer (15) is slidably mounted on the dirt collecting tank (14), and a guide plate which is attached to the sealing plate (33) and guides the exhaust gas from the dirt collecting hole (141) to the side of the fan (13) close to the treatment chamber (12) is arranged on the housing (1).
9. A dry chemical filter according to claim 1, characterized in that the housing (1) is provided with a chemical filling filter (17), and that the chemical filling filter (17) is located on the side of the fan (13) remote from the filter screen (3).
