The oil fume treatment device 4 further comprises a cleaning assembly arranged on the material storage tank 41; the cleaning assembly comprises two first rails 51, two first sliding blocks 52, a first cleaning piece 53, two fifth rotating cover plates 54, two second cleaning pieces 55, two sixth rotating cover plates 56, two second rails 57 and two second sliding blocks 58; the two first rails 51 are arranged on two sides of the material storage box, the two first sliders 52 are respectively arranged on the two first rails, the first cleaning piece 53 is connected to the two first sliders, the two fifth rotating cover plates 54 are arranged on the first cleaning piece, the two second cleaning pieces 55 are respectively arranged on the two fifth rotating cover plates, the two sixth rotating cover plates 56 are arranged on two sides of the baffle, the two second rails 57 are arranged on the outer side of the material storage box, and the two second sliders 58 are respectively arranged on the two second rails; the first rail and the second rail are correspondingly arranged, the first sliding block and the second sliding block are correspondingly arranged, the fifth rotating cover plate can rotate relative to the first cleaning piece, the sixth rotating cover plate can rotate relative to the baffle, the first sliding block is made of metal, and the second sliding block is a magnet; the first cleaning piece is made of hard rubber, the second cleaning piece is a brush, and the second rail is an electric rail.
The specific working principle is as follows: when the device is started, cleaning liquid is conveyed into the storage tank 41 through the feeding pipe 42, the feeding pipe 42 is closed after the conveying of the cleaning liquid is finished, then the device is opened to enable oil smoke to enter from the lower filtering device 2, and the oil smoke is primarily filtered through the filter screen 22 and the filter element 28; then when the moving plate 34 is at the lowest end of the sliding rail 33, the ventilating pipe 32 passes through the first ventilating hole 37 and pushes open the plurality of third rotating cover plates 39, so that the oil smoke passes through the ventilating pipe 32 from the lower part of the ventilating pipe 32 and enters the transition cavity 36, after a certain amount of oil smoke is stored in the transition cavity 36, the sliding rail 33 is started to drive the moving plate 34 to move upwards, in the process of moving the moving plate 34 upwards, the volume in the transition cavity 36 becomes small and the air pressure becomes large, so that the oil smoke is pushed into the second ventilating hole 38 by the air pressure, and the plurality of fourth rotating cover plates 30 are pushed open under the action of the air pressure, so that the oil smoke is discharged upwards, when the moving plate 34 moves to the highest end of the sliding rail 33 and discharges the oil smoke in the transition cavity 36 upwards through the second ventilating hole 38, the moving plate 34 is driven to move downwards by the sliding rail 33, in the process of moving, the fourth rotating cover plates 30 are driven to close by the external pressure, and after the moving plate 34 is reset to the lowest end of the sliding rail 33, the oil smoke is quickly pushed into the transition cavity 36 through the vent pipe 32 by the external pressure, so that the oil smoke is driven to be discharged upwards through the up-and-down movement of the moving plate 34; after the oil smoke is discharged upwards through the second vent holes 38, the oil smoke is discharged upwards through the treatment of the cleaning liquid, meanwhile, certain impurities are generated after the oil smoke is treated through the cleaning liquid, part of the impurities are deposited on the fourth rotating cover plate 30, and the impurities on the fourth rotating cover plate 30 are pushed away in the process that the moving plate 34 moves upwards in a matching manner, so that the situation that the fourth rotating cover plate 30 is blocked is avoided, and meanwhile, as the impurities on the fourth rotating cover plate 30 are pushed away and the oil smoke enters the cleaning liquid quickly, the oil smoke can react with the cleaning liquid more fully; when the cleaning liquid in the storage tank 41 is used for a certain time and needs to be replaced, the discharging pipe 43 is opened to discharge the cleaning liquid and impurities through the discharging pipe 43, then the second track 57 is started to drive the second slider 58 to move, meanwhile, the first slider 52 is driven to move along the first track 51 through the magnetic attraction of the second slider 58 and the first slider 52, so that the first cleaning piece 53 is driven to move, the side wall and the bottom surface in the storage tank 41 are cleaned in the moving process of the first cleaning piece 53, and meanwhile, when the first cleaning piece 53 cleans the bottom of the storage tank 41 and contacts the fourth rotating cover plate 30, the fourth rotating cover plate 30 is cleaned through the second cleaning piece 55; when filtering a piece 28 and needing to change, press switch 25 and make numerical control system control axis of rotation 29 rotate to drive rotor plate 26 and rotate, and drive and filter a piece 28 upset outwards, open the second afterwards and rotate apron 201 and take out and filter a piece 28 and change, after filtering a piece 28 and changing the completion, press switch 25 once more and make axis of rotation 29 drive rotor plate 26 rotate, will filter a piece 28 upset inwards.
