Abstract
本发明公开了一种用于医疗美容的凝胶组合物。壳聚糖是一种天然的多糖,具有优良的生物相容性和生物可降解性,还兼具一定的抗菌性能,对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、白色念珠菌等具有一定的抑制效果;柚皮苷原则是一种二氢黄酮类物质,兼具抗氧化、消炎、杀菌等多种功效,对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌均具有良好的抑制作用。本发明选用壳聚糖和柚皮苷原作为医疗美容凝胶组合物的复合抗菌剂,对微生物繁殖起到了良好的抑制作用,符合医用材料的使用需求。另外,本发明的凝胶组合物还可以包含药物,具体的药物可根据实际需求的药用效果进行确定。

本发明涉及医疗美容,具体涉及一种用于医疗美容的凝胶组合物。
背景技术
美容分为生活美容和医疗美容两种。生活美容是指运用手法技术、器械设备并借助化妆、美容护肤等产品,为消费者提供人体表面无创伤性、非侵入性的皮肤清洁、皮肤保养、化妆修饰等服务的行为。医疗美容,则是指运用手术、药物、医疗器械以及其他具有创伤性或者侵入性的医学技术方法对人的容貌和人体各部位形态进行的修复与再塑。
凝胶材料广泛应用于医疗美容的美学程序中,但是,其作为交叉污染的媒介物存在严重的感染风险。医疗美容实践中,被各类微生物细菌污染的凝胶材料可能造成严重的医疗事故。有鉴于此,有必要设计一种抗菌性能优异的医疗美容凝胶材料。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种用于医疗美容的凝胶组合物,该凝胶组合物具备优异的抗菌性能。
本发明的技术方案如下:
一种用于医疗美容的凝胶组合物,其特征在于,所述用于医疗美容的凝胶组合物包括:胶凝剂羟乙基纤维素6.1g-7.2g、有机溶剂丙二醇3.7g-5.1g、抗菌剂A 0.2g-1.5g、抗菌剂B 0.2-1.5g、表面活性剂聚乙二醇3.2g-4.1g、保湿剂赤藓醇2.5g-2.7g、透明质酸钠1.8g-2.3g、水83.3g-100g,并且,用pH调节剂将凝胶组合物的pH调节至6.7-7.5。

实施例2

以下,我们对实施例1-6和对比例1-2中样品的抗菌性能进行评价,具体方法为:
抗菌性能:选择菌液浓度为4×107cfu/m l的金黄色葡萄球菌作为试验用菌液,分别取0.2m l试验用菌液滴加在样品表面,在37℃、相对湿度RH>90%的条件下,培养24h,然后取出样品进行活菌计数,并通过计数得到抗菌率。每个样品做5个平行试验,以未添加抗菌剂的样品为对照组。其中,抗菌率计算公式为:

式中:R表示抗菌率;
A表示对照组平均回收菌数;
B表示实施例或对比例样品平均回收菌数。
值得一提的是,为了准确地比较各样品的抗菌性能,本发明选用了超高浓度的菌液进行试验,意在使得每一样品的抗菌率都无法达到100%,但是,在凝胶组合物的实际应用场景中,不可能遭遇如此高浓度的细菌环境。各样品的抗菌率如表1所示。

从表1可以看出,两种抗菌剂(壳聚糖和柚皮苷原)混合使用的抗菌效果要好于每种抗菌剂单独使用,而且,在实施例4的用量配比下,凝胶组合物的抗菌率更是高达98.7%,这可能是该条件下存在某种原理未知的抗菌效应,此处不再赘述。
壳聚糖是一种天然的多糖,具有优良的生物相容性和生物可降解性,还兼具一定的抗菌性能,对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、白色念珠菌等具有一定的抑制效果;柚皮苷原则是一种二氢黄酮类物质,兼具抗氧化、消炎、杀菌等多种功效,对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌均具有良好的抑制作用。本发明选用壳聚糖和柚皮苷原作为医疗美容凝胶组合物的复合抗菌剂,对微生物繁殖起到了良好的抑制作用,符合医用材料的使用需求。另外,本发明的凝胶组合物还可以包含药物,具体的药物可根据实际需求的药用效果进行确定,这属于本技术领域的普通技术人员的常规能力范围之内。

Claims (2)
1.一种用于医疗美容的凝胶组合物,其特征在于,所述用于医疗美容的凝胶组合物包括:胶凝剂羟乙基纤维素6.1g、有机溶剂丙二醇3.7g、抗菌剂A壳聚糖0.7g、抗菌剂B柚皮苷原1.2g、表面活性剂聚乙二醇3.2g、保湿剂赤藓醇2.7g、透明质酸钠1.8g、去离子水83.3g,并且,用pH调节剂将凝胶组合物的pH调节至6.7。
2.一种如权利要求1所述的用于医疗美容的凝胶组合物,其特征在于,所述凝胶组合物还包括药物。
