The traditional kiln is formed by stacking stone, firewood is placed in the kiln, after the firewood is ignited, flame is used for heating the interior of the kiln, and then the food materials are placed in the kiln for baking. Although the traditional kiln and oven can achieve the purpose of heating food materials, the traditional kiln and oven takes firewood as a heat source, so that the heating efficiency is poor, and a large amount of smoke can be generated to pollute the air.

the base 10 includes a base 12 and a carrier 22, wherein the base 12 has an upper opening 12a and a first space 12b inside the base 12, and the upper opening 12a is located above the first space 12b and is in communication with the first space 12b. The gas supply assembly 42 is disposed on the base 12, and a portion of the gas supply assembly 42 is located in the first space 12b, and the gas supply assembly 42 is connected to a gas source. In the present embodiment, the gas supply assembly 42 includes a gas adjusting valve 44 and a gas pipeline 46, wherein the gas adjusting valve 44 is disposed on the front side plate 14, and the knob 442 is located outside the front side plate 14.
The combustion device 48 is disposed in the second space 30c, in this embodiment, the combustion device 48 includes a fixing frame 50, a plurality of burners 52 and an infrared generating assembly 54, the fixing frame 50 is disposed on the base 12 at a position away from the front side plate 14, the plurality of burners 52 are combined with the fixing frame 50 and are connected to the gas pipeline 46 of the gas supplying assembly 42, and the number of burners 52 may be at least one.
