With continued reference to fig. 3, further, a portion of the first connecting plate 401 is recessed downward to form a mounting groove 207, a notch of the mounting groove 207 forms a second mounting hole, the second fastening plate 405 may be accommodated in the mounting groove 207, a third mounting hole 208 is opened on a groove wall of the mounting groove 207 facing away from the second connecting plate 402, the third mounting hole 208 is located below the first connecting plate 401, a top end of the third mounting hole 208 may extend to a bottom of the first connecting plate 401, and the third mounting hole 208 is used for allowing the second fastening plate 405 to pass through.
With continued reference to fig. 6 and 9, the second engaging plate 405 may extend in a wave shape, the second engaging plate 405 may have a wave trough and a wave crest, and the second engaging plate 405 at the wave crest may abut against the bottom of the supporting plate 201 to reduce a contact area between the second engaging plate 405 and the supporting plate 201, thereby reducing a friction force between the second engaging plate 405 and the supporting plate 201, so that an external force required for mounting and dismounting between the mounting bracket 400 and the mounting base 200 is smaller, and the mounting bracket 400 and the mounting base 200 are easier to assemble.
With continued reference to fig. 2, in some embodiments, a service cover plate 103 may be disposed on the operation side 101, the service cover plate 103 is used for closing the service opening 102, the service cover plate 103 is detachably connected to the housing 100, and the service cover plate 103 and the housing 100 may be connected by fastening bolts.
When the burner 301 needs to be replaced, the maintenance cover 103 is opened to expose the maintenance opening 102, and then the mounting bracket 400 is detached from the mounting base 200 through the maintenance opening 102, and the burner 301 is replaced.
With continued reference to FIG. 8, in some embodiments, the combustor 301 has a first mounting plate 302 and a second mounting plate 303, the planes in which the first and second mounting plates 302, 303 lie being coplanar. Continuing to refer to fig. 5, the mounting frame 400 further includes a third connecting plate 409 and a fourth connecting plate 410, the third connecting plate 409 and the fourth connecting plate 410 are disposed on top of the first connecting plate 401 in parallel and at an interval, the third connecting plate 409 and the fourth connecting plate 410 are both perpendicular to the first connecting plate 401, a top end of the third connecting plate 409 is bent towards the fourth connecting plate 410 to form a first bending plate 411, the first mounting plate 302 is detachably connected to the first bending plate 411, and the first mounting plate 302 and the first bending plate 411 may be connected by fastening bolts. The top end of the fourth connecting plate 410 is bent toward the third connecting plate 409 to form a second bending plate 412, the second mounting plate 303 is detachably connected to the second bending plate 412, and the second mounting plate 303 and the second bending plate 412 may be connected by fastening bolts.
Further, the third connecting plate 409 and/or the fourth connecting plate 410 may be provided with a holding portion for holding a hand of a service person. Illustratively, the grip portion may include a grip opening 413 or a grip handle, and the grip handle may be disposed outside the third connecting plate 409 and/or the fourth connecting plate 410. With continued reference to fig. 4-7, a grip opening 413 may be provided on the third connecting plate 409 and/or the fourth connecting plate 410, and when detaching the mounting bracket 400, fingers of a service person are inserted into the grip opening 413 and pull the mounting bracket 400 toward the service opening 102, so that the mounting bracket 400 can be more easily separated from the mounting seat 200. When assembling the mounting bracket 400 and the mounting base 200, the fingers of the maintenance person are inserted into the holding opening 413 and push the mounting bracket 400 in the direction away from the maintenance opening 102, so that the mounting bracket 400 and the mounting base 200 are easily assembled.
With reference to fig. 7, the gas heating apparatus 300 may further include a gas valve 304, an air inlet pipe 305, an ignition needle 307, and a combustion cylinder 308, the gas valve 304 has an air inlet and an air outlet, the air inlet is communicated with the air inlet pipe 305, the air outlet is communicated with the burner 301, the air inlet pipe 305 may have an air inlet valve 306, gas enters the gas valve 304 from the air inlet pipe 305 and enters the burner 301 from the gas valve 304, the burner 301 has a nozzle, and gas is ejected from the nozzle. The ignition needle 307 is arranged close to the nozzle, both the ignition needle 307 and the nozzle are accommodated in the combustion cylinder 308, the ignition needle 307 is used for igniting gas sprayed from the nozzle, and heat generated by combustion of the gas heats air in the combustion cylinder 308.
Except that the burner 301 is detachably connected with the mounting bracket 400, the gas valve 304, the ignition needle 307 and the combustion cylinder 308 can be detachably connected with the mounting bracket 400, so that when the gas valve 304, the ignition needle 307 or the combustion cylinder 308 is damaged, the damaged parts can be replaced conveniently.
In summary, in the gas clothes dryer according to the embodiment of the present invention, the mounting base 200 is disposed in the casing 100, the gas heating device 300 is connected to the mounting base 400, and the mounting base 400 is detachably connected to the mounting base 200; a maintenance opening 102 is formed in the casing 100, the maintenance opening 102 is opposite to the mounting base 200, and the maintenance opening 102 is used for allowing the gas heating device 300 and the mounting frame 400 to pass through. Through the arrangement, when the burner 301 is replaced, the mounting frame 400 is detached from the mounting base 200 through the maintenance opening 102, and then the gas heating device 300 and the mounting frame 400 are moved out of the shell 100 from the maintenance opening 102 so as to replace the burner 301 on the gas heating device 300, so that the whole process is convenient and fast, the maintenance time is saved, and the maintenance cost is reduced.

Claims (10)

1. A gas-fired clothes dryer, characterized by comprising: the gas heating device comprises a shell, a gas heating device and a mounting rack, wherein the shell is provided with an operation side surface, the operation side surface is used for being arranged towards a user, the operation side surface is provided with a maintenance opening, and the maintenance opening is used for enabling the gas heating device and the mounting rack to pass through;
the gas heating device is characterized in that a mounting seat is arranged in the shell, the mounting seat is right opposite to the maintenance opening, the mounting frame is detachably connected to the mounting seat, and the gas heating device is connected to the mounting frame.

The gas clothes dryer of claim 1, wherein the top of the mounting base has a support plate, the mounting base further has a connection sidewall, the connection sidewall is located below the support plate, and the connection sidewall is adjacent to the support plate, the connection sidewall is disposed toward the service opening;
the mounting bracket comprises a first connecting plate and a second connecting plate, the first connecting plate is parallel to the supporting plate, the second connecting plate is arranged at the bottom of the first connecting plate, the first connecting plate is attached to the supporting plate, the second connecting plate is attached to the connecting side wall, and a fastening bolt penetrates through the second connecting plate and then is connected with the connecting side wall.

The gas-fired clothes dryer of claim 2, wherein a first clamping plate is arranged at the bottom of the first connecting plate, the first clamping plate is perpendicular to the first connecting plate, a notch is arranged at one end of the first clamping plate, which is away from the second connecting plate, and the notch extends to the first connecting plate;
be provided with first mounting hole in the backup pad, first mounting hole is used for making first joint board passes, the backup pad joint is in the breach.

The gas laundry dryer of claim 3, wherein the first mounting hole includes a first hole section, a second hole section, and a third hole section, the first, second, and third hole sections communicate, and distances between the first, second, and third hole sections and the second connection plate increase in sequence;
in the perpendicular to in the direction of first joint board, the width of third hole section equals the thickness of first joint board, the width of first hole section is greater than the width of third hole section, the width of second hole section is followed first hole section to third hole section reduces.
5. The gas laundry dryer of claim 3, wherein a width of the notch in a direction perpendicular to the first connection plate is equal to a thickness of the support plate.

The gas-fired clothes dryer of claim 2, wherein a second clamping plate is arranged at the bottom of the first connecting plate, the second clamping plate has a fixed end and a movable end, the fixed end is connected with the first connecting plate, the movable end extends away from the second connecting plate, and an accommodating gap is formed between the second clamping plate and the first connecting plate;
the supporting plate is provided with a second mounting hole, the second mounting hole is used for enabling the second clamping plate to penetrate through, and the supporting plate is clamped in the accommodating gap.

The gas clothes dryer of claim 6, wherein the first connecting plate is recessed downward to form a mounting groove, a notch of the mounting groove forms the second mounting hole, the second clamping plate can be accommodated in the mounting groove, a groove wall of the mounting groove, which is away from the second connecting plate, is provided with a third mounting hole, and the third mounting hole is used for the second clamping plate to pass through.
8. The gas-fired clothes dryer of claim 1 wherein a service cover is provided on the operating side, the service cover being removably connected to the housing, the service cover for closing the service opening.
9. The gas-fired clothes dryer of any one of claims 2 to 7 wherein said gas-fired heating means comprises a burner, said burner being removably attached to said mounting frame.
10. The gas-fired clothes dryer of claim 9 wherein said burner has a first mounting plate and a second mounting plate, said first mounting plate and said second mounting plate lying in a plane that is coplanar;
the mounting frame further comprises a third connecting plate and a fourth connecting plate, the third connecting plate and the fourth connecting plate are arranged on the top of the first connecting plate in parallel at intervals, the third connecting plate and the fourth connecting plate are both perpendicular to the first connecting plate, the top end of the third connecting plate bends towards the fourth connecting plate to form a first bending plate, and the first mounting plate is detachably connected with the first bending plate; the top of fourth connecting plate orientation third connecting plate bending type becomes the second board of buckling, the second mounting panel with second board detachable connection of buckling.
