在玻璃弯曲工艺期间，玻璃板可能会产生一些畸变。此外，当多个玻璃板被层合在一起时，它们可能具有彼此相同或不同的畸变。因此，层合玻璃制品可能具有由玻璃板导致的畸变。尤其地，玻璃板可能具有沿着玻璃板的顶部边缘的畸变。玻璃板的顶部边缘通常可以指代当层合玻璃制品被安装在车辆中时玻璃板的顶部边缘。这种畸变可能是由弯曲工艺引起的，该弯曲工艺包括下凹弯曲(sag bending)和挤压弯曲的组合。如图1所示，在具有用于收集信息的窗口102的层合玻璃制品中，用于收集信息的窗口102优选地可以位于层合玻璃制品100的顶部边缘附近的区域中。优选地，用于收集信息的窗口102可以位于层合玻璃制品100的顶部边缘的200mm至300mm内，从而用于收集信息的窗口102的底部边缘位于距层合玻璃制品100的顶部边缘200mm至300mm内。用于收集信息的窗口102可以被定位成使得在车辆中将相机或其他传感器放置在高处以便最小化对驾驶员的视野的干扰。
具有不透明印刷件104的第二夹层202可以优选地比第一夹层208薄。优选地，第二夹层202可以是薄的以避免玻璃制品100的厚度发生大的变化。当玻璃板之间的夹层的厚度发生阶跃变化(step-change)时，可能发生畸变。然而，这种畸变可以用于抵消由玻璃板的弯曲导致的一些畸变。玻璃板中的畸变通常可能是负畸变，而由于添加第二夹层202导致的畸变可能是第二夹层202的附加材料的区域中的正畸变。因此优选的是，第二夹层202在用于收集信息的窗口102之内包括未印刷的区域。负畸变和正畸变的组合可以提供具有用于收集信息的窗口102的层合玻璃制品，其畸变比没有第二夹层202的层合玻璃制品100中的畸变更接近于零。
在一些实施方式中，第二夹层202优选地可以具有20μm至50μm的厚度。厚度可以确定由第二夹层202补偿了多少畸变。例如，厚度为50μm的第二夹层的畸变可以比厚度为20μm的第二夹层更远离零。
玻璃板厚度还可以确定可以利用第二夹层202进行畸变补偿的区域。相对较厚的玻璃板的柔性可以小于较薄的玻璃板并且因此可能引起第二夹层202的边缘处的厚度的更平缓的变化。厚度的更平缓的变化可以得到较大的具有由于厚度的变化引起的畸变的区域。例如在一些实施方式中，第一玻璃板204和第二玻璃板206可以具有1.0mm至2.5mm的厚度、更优选1.6mm至2.3mm的厚度。具有相对较厚的玻璃板的层合玻璃制品可以能够补偿在相对较大的用于收集信息的窗口102上的畸变。
根据本公开的其他方面，层合玻璃制品100还可以包括在一个或两个玻璃板204、206上的不透明印刷件。玻璃板上的不透明印刷件104可以包括围绕玻璃板的周边的边条(border)。第二夹层202上的不透明印刷件可以与玻璃不透明印刷件重叠或交叉，因此当观察者查看层合玻璃制品时，不透明印刷件之间没有间隙。玻璃不透明印刷件可以包括黑瓷漆(black enamel)印刷件。
第二夹层不透明印刷件104可以延伸或不延伸到第二夹层的边缘。不透明印刷件104的区域可足以掩蔽安装在车辆中的信息获取系统。在可能干扰或限制车辆驾驶员和/或乘客的视野的情况下，可能不期望较大的不透明印刷件。
可以根据ECE-R43(联合国欧洲经济委员会(UN/ECE)第43号法规——关于批准安全玻璃材料及其在车辆上安装的统一规定)中的规定对光学畸变进行测量。此外，可以通过使用ISRALabscan Screen 2D检测设备来测量光功率。滤光器设定可以是3/2/0，对应于2mm的实体长度。也可以应用合适的掩蔽滤光器设定(masking filter settings)、例如6/5/5/R。用于收集信息的窗口102的光学畸变可以包括在用于收集信息的窗口102上的平均光学畸变。在一些实施方式中，用于收集信息的窗口102的光学畸变可以是在用于收集信息的窗口102中的光学畸变的绝对最小值或最小值的绝对值。
根据本公开的各方面，用于收集信息的窗口102的光学畸变可以比层合玻璃制品100的在用于收集信息的窗口102之外的区域中的畸变更接近于零。例如，用于收集信息的窗口102之外的光学畸变可以作为平均光学畸变被测量。例如，可以沿着距第二夹层202上的不透明印刷件104的外部边缘10mm至100mm的线、在距层合玻璃制品100的顶部的下述距离处测量平均光学畸变，该距离等于从层合玻璃制品100的顶部到用于收集信息的窗口102的中点的距离。在一个实施方式中，距层合玻璃制品100的顶部的距离可以包括距层合玻璃制品100的顶部的最短距离。

第一玻璃板；
第一夹层；
第二夹层；和
第二玻璃板；
其中所述第二夹层的至少一部分包括第一不透明印刷件，所述第一不透明印刷件至少部分地包围用于收集车辆的信息的窗口，其中所述层合玻璃制品中的用于收集信息的所述窗口中的光学畸变比用于收集信息的所述窗口之外的平均光学畸变更接近于零。
2.根据权利要求1所述的层合玻璃制品，其中所述第一夹层和所述第二夹层是相同的基材。
3.根据权利要求1所述的层合玻璃制品，其中所述第二夹层被定位在所述第一夹层和所述第一玻璃板之间。
4.根据权利要求1所述的层合玻璃制品，其中所述第二夹层的厚度为20μm至50μm。
5.根据权利要求1所述的层合玻璃制品，其中所述第一玻璃板和所述第二玻璃板的厚度为1mm至2.5mm。
6.根据权利要求5所述的层合玻璃制品，其中所述第一玻璃板和所述第二玻璃板的厚度为1.6mm至2.3mm。
7.根据权利要求1所述的层合玻璃制品，其中所述第二夹层包括没有所述第一不透明印刷件的至少一个边缘。
8.根据权利要求7所述的层合玻璃制品，其中所述第二夹层的没有所述第一不透明印刷件的至少一个边缘与用于收集信息的所述窗口的边缘对齐。
9.根据权利要求7所述的层合玻璃制品，其中所述第二夹层的没有所述第一不透明印刷件的至少一个边缘在用于收集信息的所述窗口的边缘之外10mm处或10mm内。
10.根据权利要求1所述的层合玻璃制品，还包括在所述第一玻璃板和所述第二玻璃板中的至少一者上的第二不透明印刷件。
11.根据权利要求1所述的层合玻璃制品，其中当安装在车辆中时，用于收集信息的所述窗口位于所述层合玻璃制品的顶部边缘的300mm内。
12.根据权利要求1所述的层合玻璃制品，其中所述层合玻璃制品中的用于收集信息的所述窗口中的所述光学畸变作为在用于收集信息的所述窗口上的平均光学畸变被测量。
13.根据权利要求1所述的层合玻璃制品，其中所述层合玻璃制品中的用于收集信息的所述窗口中的所述光学畸变作为用于收集信息的所述窗口内的绝对最小光学畸变被测量。
