As shown in fig. 2 and 6, the second transition piece 54 includes two clamping wheels 541 and fixing rods, the fixing rods are symmetrically installed on the stabilizing base 51, the two clamping wheels 541 are rotatably installed between the symmetrical fixing rods, the two clamping wheels 541 are clamped with wires, and when the wires changing the movement state pass through the stabilizing straight tube 52 to reach the second transition piece 54 or reach the stabilizing straight tube 52 from the second transition piece 54, the wires are clamped between the two clamping wheels 541, so that the wires are transited from the lower detecting tube 12 to the stabilizing straight tube 52.
