As shown in fig. 8, 9 and 10, the limiting assembly comprises a cavity ring 201 disposed at the upper end of the bottle-shaped base body 103, two locking frames 210 are slidably connected to the cavity ring 201 through two inserting columns 208, the two inserting columns 208 are respectively located at the front side and the rear side of the bottle-shaped base body 103 in the radial direction, one end of each inserting column 208 penetrates out of the cavity ring 201, and the end is provided with a blocking head for blocking and matching with the cavity ring 201. The outer arc circumferential surface of the bottle cap 203 is provided with a jack 206 corresponding to each plug 208, the jack 206 is in plug-in fit with the plug 208, a reset spring 209 is connected between the cavity ring 201 and each locking frame 210, and the reset spring 209 is sleeved outside the corresponding plug 208. In the transportation or placement process, the rectangular sealing ring 305 contacts with the rectangular sealing groove 302 to prevent the overflow of the liquid culture medium, so that the first-layer sealing is realized, the arc sealing ring 306 is extruded into the arc sealing groove 303 to form the second-layer sealing, the trapezoid sealing ring 307 cooperates with the trapezoid sealing groove 304 to realize the third-layer sealing, the bottle cap 203 and the bottle-shaped substrate 103 can be sealed in three layers, and the sealing ring 309 at the lower end of the bottle cap 203 and the butt joint groove ring 308 realize the sealing between the bottle cap 203 and the cavity ring 201.

After the bottle-shaped matrix 103 is aligned with the placing disc 112 and pressed downwards by a person after the bottle-shaped matrix 103 is used, the placing disc 112 moves downwards, the mounting spring 111 is compressed at the moment, then the person rotates the bottle-shaped matrix 103 to enable the clamping block 109 to rotate to the inside of the clamping groove frame 110, then the person releases hands, at the moment, the mounting spring 111 rapidly rebounds to drive the bottle-shaped matrix 103 on the placing disc 112 to move upwards, the clamping block 109 is propped against the clamping groove frame 110, and therefore the bottle-shaped matrix 103 is fixed, the bottle-shaped matrix 103 can be prevented from being impacted to the influence of the person, and the person can conveniently take and place the bottle-shaped matrix 103 at any time.

the inner support (107) comprises a storage cylinder body (117) and a circle of flange (115) connected to the top of the storage cylinder body (117) and used for being in stop fit with the bottle-shaped base body (103), the storage cylinder body (117) is used for being inserted into the bottle-shaped base body (103), a detachable baffle (114) is arranged on the inner bottom wall of the storage cylinder body (117), the baffle (114) is used for preventing a solid culture medium from entering the bottle-shaped base body (103), the bottom of the storage cylinder body (117) is also sleeved with a filtering membrane cylinder (108), and a filtering membrane positioned below the baffle (114) is arranged in the filtering membrane cylinder (108);

the inner diameter of the storage cylinder (117) gradually decreases from top to bottom, and the outer diameter of the positioning cylinder (116) is smaller than the maximum inner diameter of the storage cylinder (117) and larger than the minimum inner diameter of the storage cylinder (117), so that the positioning cylinder (116) can be in interference fit with the storage cylinder (117) after being inserted into the storage cylinder (117);
the bottle-shaped base body is characterized in that the bottom of the bottle-shaped base body is provided with a base (101), the upper end of the base (101) is provided with a clamping barrel (106), the inside of the clamping barrel (106) is connected with a placing disc (112) in a sliding manner along the up-down direction, the placing disc (112) is used for placing the bottle-shaped base body (103), and a fixing component used for fixing the bottle-shaped base body (103) is arranged in the clamping barrel (106); scale marks (104) which are arranged at equal intervals along the up-down direction are arranged on the outer arc circumferential surface of the bottle-shaped matrix (103);

the sealing assembly comprises a rectangular sealing ring (305), an arc-shaped sealing ring (306) and a trapezoid sealing ring (307) which are adhered to the upper end of the bottle-shaped substrate (103), wherein a rectangular sealing groove (302) is formed in the upper end of the inner cambered surface of the bottle cap (203), and the rectangular sealing ring (305) and the rectangular sealing groove (302) are installed in a matched mode; a trapezoid sealing groove (304) is formed in the lower end of the intrados of the bottle cap (203), and the trapezoid sealing ring (307) is installed in a matched mode with the trapezoid sealing groove (304); an arc-shaped sealing groove (303) is formed between the rectangular sealing groove (302) and the trapezoid sealing groove (304) on the inner cambered surface of the bottle cap (203), the arc-shaped sealing ring (306) is matched with the arc-shaped sealing groove (303), a sticky ring (301) is arranged on the top wall of the bottle cap (203), the sticky ring (301) is matched with the inner support (107), and an auxiliary sealing unit is arranged at the lower end of the bottle cap (203);
