Abstract
The application provides grape essence, a cigarette product, a heating non-combustion smoke material and a preparation method thereof. The grape essence comprises the following preparation raw materials in parts by weight: 10 to 20 parts of grape extract, 10 to 20 parts of blackcurrant extract, 3 to 7 parts of ethyl heptanoate, 2 to 10 parts of methyl anthranilate, 1 to 2 parts of myricetin, 1 to 2 parts of sweet orange oil, 1 to 3 parts of ethyl butyrate, 2 to 5 parts of ethyl acetate, 2 to 5 parts of ethyl butyrate, 3 to 6 parts of ethyl propionate, 2 to 5 parts of WS-23, 1 to 2 parts of menthol, 5 to 10 parts of ethanol, 2 to 5 parts of caprylic capric glyceride and 20 to 30 parts of propylene glycol. The grape essence can restore grape fragrance and generate pleasant grape smell, so that fragrance and taste close to natural grape juice can be released when the heating non-burning smoke material is heated, and the smoking pleasure and comfort of consumers are improved.
Description
Technical Field
The application belongs to the technical field of cigarettes, and particularly relates to a grape essence, a heating non-combustion smoking material, a preparation method of the heating non-combustion smoking material and a cigarette product.
Background
The heating non-combustion cigarette products in the market at present mostly adopt tobacco powder or plant husk powder as a filler in the heating non-combustion smoke section, tobacco extract is used as a source of aroma in the heating non-combustion smoke section to blend cigarette taste, and the tobacco powder and the tobacco extract are used for blending, so that the taste is pure, but the nicotine content is unchanged, and the consumer still can produce addiction phenomenon.
Therefore, researchers research a 0-nicotine heating non-combustible cigarette, but the current 0-nicotine heating non-combustible cigarette has the defects of insufficient aroma and poor taste, and cannot meet the taste requirement of consumers for smoking the cigarette.
Disclosure of Invention
The embodiment of the application provides grape essence, a heating non-combustible smoke material, a preparation method thereof and a cigarette product, so as to solve the problems of insufficient aroma and poor taste of the traditional 0-nicotine heating non-combustible cigarette.
In a first aspect, an embodiment of the present application provides a grape essence, where the grape essence includes: 10 to 20 parts of grape extract, 10 to 20 parts of blackcurrant extract, 3 to 7 parts of ethyl heptanoate, 2 to 10 parts of methyl anthranilate, 1 to 2 parts of myricetin, 1 to 2 parts of sweet orange oil, 1 to 3 parts of ethyl butyrate, 2 to 5 parts of ethyl acetate, 2 to 5 parts of ethyl butyrate, 3 to 6 parts of ethyl propionate, 2 to 5 parts of WS-23, 1 to 2 parts of menthol, 5 to 10 parts of ethanol, 2 to 5 parts of caprylic capric glyceride and 20 to 30 parts of propylene glycol.
In a second aspect, embodiments of the present application further provide a heating non-combustion smoking material, where the smoking material includes, in parts by weight: 60-80 parts of plant powder base material without nicotine, 15-25 parts of grape essence, 2-5 parts of propylene glycol, 10-25 parts of glycerol, 2-5 parts of water, 1-2 parts of sodium carboxymethyl cellulose and 5-10 parts of caprylic/capric glyceride; wherein the grape essence is the grape essence.
Optionally, the plant powder base material is selected from one or more of lophatherum gracile powder, lily powder, platycodon grandiflorum powder, jasmine powder, hawthorn powder, red date powder, eugenol powder and rose powder; and/or the number of the sieving meshes of the plant powder bottom material is 100-200 meshes; and/or the water content of the plant powder bottom material is 5% +/-0.5%.
Optionally, the heated non-combustible smoking material has a moisture content of 5% ± 0.5%; and/or the heated non-combustible smoking material is particulate.
Optionally, the heating non-combustion fuming material is cylindrical particles, and the diameter of the cylindrical particles is 1-3 mm and the height of the cylindrical particles is 1-3 mm.
In a third aspect, embodiments of the present application further provide a method for preparing a heated non-combustible smoking material, the method for preparing a heated non-combustible smoking material comprising the steps of: uniformly mixing preparation raw materials of the heating non-combustion fuming material to obtain a mixture, wherein the preparation raw materials of the heating non-combustion fuming material comprise the following components in parts by mass: 60-80 parts of plant powder base material without nicotine, 15-25 parts of grape essence, 2-5 parts of propylene glycol, 10-25 parts of glycerol, 2-5 parts of water, 1-2 parts of sodium carboxymethylcellulose and 5-10 parts of caprylic/capric glyceride, wherein the grape essence is the grape essence; molding the mixture to obtain a pretreated material; and drying the pretreated material to obtain the heating non-combustion fuming material.
Optionally, the plant powder base material is selected from one or more of lophatherum gracile powder, lily powder, platycodon grandiflorum powder, jasmine powder, hawthorn powder, red date powder, eugenol powder and rose powder.
Optionally, the drying the pretreated material includes: and drying the pretreatment material until the water content is 5+/-0.5%.
