the suction nozzle assembly 34 includes:
a suction nozzle supporting unit fixed to the index plate 32, the suction nozzle supporting unit being provided with a mounting hole extending in a height direction;
the gas path pipeline is inserted into the mounting hole;
a mouth part arranged at the bottom end of the air channel pipe, wherein the mouth part is used for sucking crystals;
the head part connected to the top end of the gas path pipeline is connected to the first air pressure component 33, and the first air pressure component 33 is used for controlling the mouth to suck or put down the crystal.
Preferably, eight nozzle assemblies 34 are spaced apart on the indexing disk 32.
Preferably, the first air pressure assembly 33 is provided with an air pressure meter 331 corresponding to each suction nozzle assembly 34, so as to control the suction nozzle assemblies 34 to transfer crystals.
Preferably, the top of the frame bottom plate 11 is provided with a frame support plate 12, the second driving motor 31 is connected to the frame support plate 12, and the first air pressure assembly 33 is connected to the frame support plate 12.
Further, as shown in fig. 4 and 5, the device also comprises a pushing mechanism 4 fixed on the frame at intervals, wherein the pushing mechanism 4 corresponds to the tray taking and placing mechanism 8, the rectifying mechanism 5 and the hopper discharging mechanism 2;
the pushing mechanism 4 comprises a third driving motor 42 fixed on the frame and a first guide plate 43 connected with the third driving motor 42 in a driving way;
the second guide plate 44 slidably provided in the height direction on the first guide plate 43;
the lower ram 46 mounted on the second guide plate 44 is driven by the third driving motor 42 to drive the first guide plate 43 to move downward, thereby driving the second guide plate 44 and the lower ram 46 to move downward, so that the lower ram 46 presses the nozzle assembly 34 downward.
Preferably, the pressing mechanism 4 is disposed on the frame support plate 12, and three pressing mechanisms 4 are disposed.
Specifically, the pushing mechanism 4 further includes a mounting plate 41 fixedly connected to the frame support plate 12, a third driving motor 42 is connected to the mounting plate 41, the third driving motor 42 has a rotating cam 421, a rotating guide post 431 is disposed on the first guide plate 43 corresponding to the rotating cam 421, and the rotating cam 421 is driven to rotate by the third driving motor 42, so that an edge of the rotating cam 421 regularly contacts the rotating guide post 431, thereby driving the rotating guide post 431 to regularly move up and down, and driving the first guide plate 43 to move up and down.
Preferably, a buffer component 45 is further arranged between the first guide plate 43 and the second guide plate 44, the buffer component 45 is utilized to provide a buffer acting force, the suction nozzle component 34 is prevented from being damaged when the lower pressure head 46 presses the suction nozzle component 34 downwards, the first guide plate 43 is driven by the third driving motor 42 to move downwards, the second guide plate 44 and the lower pressure head 46 are driven to move downwards, the lower pressure head 46 presses the suction nozzle component 34 downwards, the spring force of the buffer component 45 is larger than the spring force of the suction nozzle component 34, the suction nozzle component is pressed downwards, when the suction nozzle component 34 is pressed to the maximum extent, the buffer component 45 acts, even if the first guide plate 43 continues to slide downwards, the second guide plate 44 and the lower pressure head 46 do not continue to move downwards any more, and therefore the lower pressure head 46 and the suction nozzle component 34 are prevented from being damaged.
Further, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the device further comprises a first detection mechanism 6 and/or a second detection mechanism 9 fixed on the frame;
the first detecting mechanism 6 is located below the suction nozzle assembly 34 and is used for detecting crystals;
a second detection mechanism 9 is located on top of the tray pick-and-place mechanism 8 and the basket mechanism 7 for detecting crystals placed on the discharge plate 75.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 11, the first detection mechanism 6 includes a first detection support unit 61 fixed to the chassis base plate 11, a first detection camera 62 fixed to the first detection support unit 61, and a first light source 63 fixed to the first detection support unit 61 and located above the first detection camera 62, by which the position of the crystal is detected by the first detection camera 62, the crystal is adjusted to a specified position by the convenient correction mechanism 5.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 12, the second detection mechanism 9 includes a second detection support unit 91 fixed to the rack support plate 12, a second detection camera 92 fixed to the second detection support unit 91, and a second light source 93 fixed to the second detection support unit 91 and located below the second detection camera 92, and through the second detection camera 92, whether the crystal is a qualified crystal is detected, so that the screening of the crystal is facilitated.
Further, as shown in fig. 13, the apparatus further comprises a recovery mechanism 10 mounted on the frame for recovering the failed crystals;
the recovery mechanism 10 includes:
a recovery base 1001 fixed to the frame;
a recovery box 1004 mounted to the recovery base 1001;
and a guide cylinder 1003 mounted on the recovery base 1001 and located at the top of the recovery box 1004, and when the second detection camera 92 detects that the crystal is a defective crystal, the corresponding suction nozzle assembly 34 is transferred to the upper side of the guide cylinder 1003, and the defective crystal is placed in the recovery box 1004.
Preferably, the side portion of the recovery base 1001 corresponding to the recovery box 1004 is provided with a recovery sensor 1002 for detecting the condition of the unqualified crystals collected by the recovery box 1004, so that the recovery box 1004 can be replaced by a worker conveniently, and the unqualified crystals are prevented from overflowing.
Further, as shown in fig. 6 and 7, the return mechanism 5 includes:
a return support unit 53 mounted to the frame;
a reforming receiving platform 57 mounted to the reforming support unit 53, on which a crystal can be placed, the suction nozzle assembly 34 corresponding to the reforming receiving platform 57;
a plurality of clamping jaws 55 connected to a righting receiving platform 57;
the fourth driving motor 51 is arranged on the rectifying support unit 53, the rectifying bearing platform 57 is in driving connection with the fourth driving motor 51, and the rectifying bearing platform 57 is driven to rotate by the fourth driving motor 51 so as to change the position of crystals;
the fifth driving motor 52 is installed on the righting support unit 53, the clamping jaw 55 is connected to the fifth driving motor 52 in a driving mode, and the clamping jaw 55 is driven to rotate through the fifth driving motor 52, so that the clamping jaw 55 clamps crystals placed on the righting support platform 57.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 6 and 7, the righting support unit 53 includes a first drive lever mounted to the chassis base plate 11, a first righting connection plate drivingly connected to the first drive lever and slidably provided to the chassis base plate 11, a second drive lever mounted to the first righting connection plate, a second righting connection plate drivingly connected to the second drive lever and slidably provided to the chassis base plate 11, and a righting side plate connected to the second righting connection plate, and the fourth drive motor 51 and the fifth drive motor 52 are connected to the righting side plate to preliminarily adjust the position of the righting receiving platform 57 by adjusting the position of the first righting connection plate relative to the chassis base plate 11 and the position of the second righting connection plate relative to the first righting connection plate.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 6 and 7, the fourth driving motor 51 is connected with a driving wheel 511, a connecting seat 56 is provided at the bottom of the righting and receiving platform 57, a clamping jaw 55 is connected to the connecting seat 56 through a rotating shaft 54, a driven wheel 512 is provided at the bottom of the connecting seat 56, the driving wheel 511 and the driven wheel 512 are connected through a crawler belt, the driving wheel 511 is driven to rotate by the fourth driving motor 51 so as to drive the driven wheel 512 to rotate, thereby driving the connecting seat 56 to rotate and driving the righting and receiving platform 57 to rotate, so that the position of crystals placed on the righting and receiving platform 57 is changed.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 6 and 7, the fifth driving motor 52 has a crankshaft, the side of the righting support platform is slidably provided with a driven plate 521, the driven plate 521 is connected to the crankshaft, the top of the driven plate 521 is provided with a driven rod 522, the driven rod 522 is arranged through the connecting seat 56, the clamping jaw 55 is connected to the driven rod 522, the fifth driving motor 52 is driven to drive the driven plate 521 to move upwards, thereby driving the driven rod 522 to move upwards, so as to drive the top end of the clamping jaw 55 to rotate in a direction away from the righting support platform 57, thereby loosening the crystal, and the fifth driving motor 52 is driven to drive the driven plate 521 to move downwards, thereby driving the driven rod 522 to move downwards, so as to drive the top end of the clamping jaw 55 to rotate in a direction close to the righting support platform 57, thereby clamping the crystal.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 6 and 7, the two sides of the connection seat 56 corresponding to the aligning and receiving platform 57 are further provided with a first optical fiber 58 and a second optical fiber 59, and whether the position of the crystal placed on the aligning and receiving platform 57 is taken away by the suction nozzle assembly 34 or not is identified through the first optical fiber 58 and the second optical fiber 59, that is, whether the residual material remains on the aligning and receiving platform 57 is detected.
Further, as shown in fig. 3, the hopper discharging mechanism 2 includes:
a hopper support unit 22 mounted to the frame and having an adjustable height;
the storage box 23 is arranged at the top of the hopper supporting unit 22, and a discharge hole is formed in the side part of the storage box 23;
a discharge plate 24 mounted at a side of the magazine 23 and corresponding to the discharge hole, and a suction nozzle assembly 34 corresponding to the discharge plate 24;
the second air pressure component 25 is arranged on the frame and connected with the storage box 23, and the air pressure in the storage box 23 is changed through the second air pressure component 25, so that crystals can be conveniently controlled to be vibrated out from the discharge hole.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 3, a hopper control unit 21 is further disposed on the chassis base plate 11, and the hopper control unit 21 is in control connection with the storage box 23 to control the vibration of the storage box 23, so as to vibrate the quartz crystal out of the discharge hole.
In the concrete implementation case of the transfer machine for crystals, a worker pours crystals into a storage box 23, and controls the storage box 23 to vibrate through a hopper control unit 21 so as to vibrate crystals to a discharge hole to a discharge plate 24;
the dividing disc 32 of the dividing disc mechanism 3 rotates to drive one of the suction nozzle assemblies 34 to rotate to the position corresponding to the discharge plate 24, and then the lower pressure head 46 of the lower pressing mechanism 4 of the corresponding hopper discharge mechanism 2 presses the corresponding suction nozzle assembly 34 downwards to absorb crystals, and then the dividing disc 32 drives the crystals to rotate above the first detection mechanism 6, the first detection camera 62 recognizes the position of the crystals and transmits the crystals to the normalization mechanism 5, and then the dividing disc 32 transfers the crystals to the normalization mechanism 5;
the suction nozzle assembly 34 places the crystal on the correcting receiving platform 57 of the correcting mechanism 5, the fifth driving motor 52 drives the clamping jaw 55 to clamp the crystal, the fourth driving motor 51 drives the correcting receiving platform 57 to rotate, when the first optical fiber 58 and the second optical fiber 59 detect that the crystal rotates to a designated position, the fourth driving motor 51 is controlled to stop, the fifth driving motor 52 controls the clamping jaw 55 to loosen the crystal, and the suction nozzle assembly 34 sucks the crystal;
the index plate 32 drives the crystal to rotate, the second detecting camera 92 of the second detecting mechanism 9 detects whether the crystal is a qualified crystal,
when the qualified crystals are detected, the crystals are transferred to the discharging plate 75 of the charging tray taking and placing mechanism 8, and when the charging tray sensor 859 of the charging tray taking and placing mechanism 8 detects that the discharging plate 75 is full of crystals, the charging tray assembly 85 is controlled to put the discharging plate 75 back into the basket 74 and replace the empty discharging plate 75;
when a defective crystal is detected, the crystal is transferred to the upper side of the recovery mechanism 10, and then the crystal is put into the recovery box 1004.

Claims (10)

1. A move and carry machine for crystal, characterized by comprising:
a frame;
the hopper discharging mechanism is arranged on the frame and used for supplying crystals;
the basket mechanism comprises a plurality of discharging plates, and crystals are arranged on the discharging plates;
the tray taking and placing mechanism is used for taking and placing the discharging plate;
the indexing disc mechanism corresponds to the hopper discharging mechanism and the charging disc taking and placing mechanism, and comprises an indexing disc which is installed on the frame and can be adjusted in a rotating mode and a plurality of suction nozzle assemblies which are installed on the indexing disc and are adjustable in height, and the suction nozzle assemblies are used for sucking crystals;
and the resetting mechanism is arranged on the frame and corresponds to the suction nozzle assembly, and is used for adjusting the position of the crystal.
2. The transfer for crystals as set forth in claim 1, wherein the basket mechanism comprises:
the first driving motor is arranged on the rack and is provided with a rotating shaft which extends along the vertical direction and has adjustable height;
the basket is arranged at the top of the rotating shaft, an outlet is formed in one side face of the basket, a detection hole is formed in the other side face of the basket along the height direction, a plurality of placing grooves are formed in the inner side wall of the basket at intervals along the height direction, and the discharging plates are arranged in the placing grooves in a sliding mode;
the vertical rod is arranged on the frame and corresponds to the basket, a first sensor is arranged on the vertical rod in a sliding mode, the first sensor corresponds to the detection hole, the first sensor is connected with the first driving motor, and the first sensor is connected with the charging tray taking and placing mechanism.
3. The transfer for crystals as set forth in claim 2, wherein the tray pick-and-place mechanism includes:
a first mount fixed to the frame and corresponding to the basket mechanism, the first mount extending in a first direction;
the first sliding plate is arranged at the top of the first mounting seat in a sliding manner along the first direction;
the second installation seat is fixed on the top of the first sliding plate and extends along a second direction, the second direction is perpendicular to the first direction, and the second direction is parallel to the extending direction of the placing groove;
the second sliding plate is arranged on the second mounting seat in a sliding manner along a second direction;
the tray taking assembly is arranged on the second sliding plate and used for taking and placing the discharging plate.
4. A transfer for crystals as set forth in claim 3 wherein the tray picking assembly comprises:
a tray taking bottom plate fixed on the top surface of the second sliding plate;
the tray taking positioning plate is fixed at the top of the tray taking bottom plate and is provided with holes;
a support plate secured to a side of the second mount proximate the rim;
two support rods fixed on the support plate along the second direction and positioned below the tray taking and positioning plate;
a plurality of cylinders which are fixed on the tray taking bottom plate and have adjustable heights;
the tray taking support plates are fixed at the top ends of the cylinders and correspond to the holes;
the first tray hooking pin is arranged at the top of the tray taking supporting plate and connected with the air cylinder, is positioned at the side part of the tray taking positioning plate, which is close to the supporting plate, and is used for connecting the discharging plate;
the second tray hooking pin is arranged at the top of the tray taking supporting plate and connected with the air cylinder, is positioned in the hole and is used for being connected with the discharging plate.
5. The transfer for crystals as set forth in claim 1, wherein the index disc mechanism includes a second drive motor fixed to the frame and a first pneumatic assembly mounted to the frame, the index disc being drivingly connected to the second drive motor, the suction nozzle assembly being connected to the first pneumatic assembly;
the suction nozzle assembly includes:
the suction nozzle supporting unit is fixed on the index plate and provided with a mounting hole extending along the height direction;
the gas path pipeline is inserted into the mounting hole;
the mouth is arranged at the bottom end of the gas path pipeline and is used for sucking crystals;
the head is connected to the top end of the gas path pipeline and is connected to the first air pressure assembly.
6. The transfer for crystals as set forth in claim 5, further comprising a hold-down mechanism fixed to the frame at intervals, the hold-down mechanism corresponding to the tray pick-and-place mechanism, the return mechanism, and the hopper discharge mechanism;
the pushing mechanism comprises a third driving motor fixed on the frame and a first guide plate in driving connection with the third driving motor;
the second guide plate is arranged on the first guide plate in a sliding manner along the height direction;
the lower pressure head is arranged on the second guide plate and driven by the third driving motor to drive the first guide plate and the second guide plate to move downwards, so that the lower pressure head is driven to move downwards, and the lower pressure head presses the suction nozzle assembly downwards.
7. The transfer for crystals of claim 1, further comprising a first detection mechanism and/or a second detection mechanism fixed to the frame;
the first detection mechanism is positioned below the suction nozzle assembly and is used for detecting the position of the crystal;
the second detection mechanism is located at the tops of the tray picking and placing mechanism and the basket mechanism and is used for detecting whether crystals are qualified or not.
8. The transfer for crystals as set forth in claim 1, wherein the righting mechanism includes:
a righting support unit mounted to the frame;
the crystal can be placed on the correcting and carrying platform, and the suction nozzle assembly corresponds to the correcting and carrying platform;
a plurality of clamping jaws connected to the righting bearing platform;
the fourth driving motor is arranged on the correcting supporting unit, the correcting receiving platform is in driving connection with the fourth driving motor, and the correcting receiving platform is driven to rotate by the fourth driving motor so as to change the position of crystals;
and the fifth driving motor is arranged on the righting supporting unit, the clamping jaw is connected with the fifth driving motor in a driving way, and the clamping jaw is driven to rotate by the fifth driving motor, so that the clamping jaw clamps crystals placed on the righting supporting platform.
9. The transfer for crystals as set forth in claim 1, wherein the hopper discharge mechanism includes:
a hopper supporting unit which is installed on the frame and has adjustable height;
the storage box is arranged at the top of the hopper supporting unit, and a discharge hole is formed in the side part of the storage box;
the suction nozzle assembly is arranged on the side part of the storage box and corresponds to the discharge plate;
and the second air pressure component is arranged on the rack and connected with the storage box.
10. The transfer for crystals as set forth in claim 1, further comprising a recovery mechanism mounted to the frame for recovering failed crystals;
the recovery mechanism includes:
a recovery base fixed to the frame;
a recovery box mounted to the recovery base;
and the guide cylinder is arranged on the recovery base and positioned at the top of the recovery box.
