The core of the application is to provide a control method, a device and a medium for an H-bridge power supply circuit so as to improve the safety and reliability of the H-bridge power supply circuit.
In order to provide a better understanding of the present application, those skilled in the art will now make further details of the present application with reference to the drawings and detailed description.
In the power supply circuit shown in fig. 1, an H-bridge power supply circuit is connected to a primary winding of a transformer to supply an electric signal to a back-end circuit through the transformer. When the back-end circuit is short-circuited, the power of the transformer is unchanged, so that the current in the H-bridge power supply circuit is increased, and the H-bridge power supply circuit can be burnt. As shown in fig. 1, when the back-end circuit is shorted during the starting process of the H-bridge power circuit, the back-end circuit may be equivalently a circuit in which the diode D1 and the diode D2 are connected in series, so that the current in the back-end circuit increases rapidly, and the current in the front-end circuit increases due to the magnetic characteristic of the transformer, so that the current flowing in the switching tubes M1, M2, M3 and M4 is too large, which may cause the switching tubes to burn. In order to solve the technical problem, the application provides a control method of an H-bridge power supply circuit, which is characterized in that when the H-bridge power supply circuit is detected to be in an abnormal working state, a safe working voltage is determined according to circuit information and circuit detection information, and a switching tube of the H-bridge power supply circuit is powered according to the safe working voltage so as to increase the impedance of the switching tube of the H-bridge power supply circuit, prevent the H-bridge power supply circuit from being damaged due to overlarge current of the switching tube caused by short circuit of a rear-end circuit, and improve the safety and reliability of the circuit.
Fig. 2 is a flowchart of a control method of an H-bridge power supply circuit according to an embodiment of the present application, where, as shown in fig. 2, the control method of the H-bridge power supply circuit includes:
s10: acquiring circuit detection information sent by a detection circuit; the detection circuit is used for detecting the working states of the H-bridge power supply circuit and the back-end circuit.
S11: judging whether the H-bridge power supply circuit is in an abnormal working state according to the circuit detection information.
In a specific implementation, circuit detection information sent by a detection circuit is firstly obtained to determine the working states of an H-bridge power supply circuit and a back-end circuit. It can be understood that, after the back-end circuit is shorted, the abnormal operation states mentioned in this embodiment are the high-current operation state of the front-end circuit and the shorted operation state of the back-end circuit.
Specifically, the detection circuit can be connected with the back-end circuit of the transformer to acquire current information or voltage information of the back-end circuit, so as to judge whether the back-end circuit is short-circuited; the detection circuit can also be connected with the front-end circuit of the transformer to acquire current information in the front-end circuit, so as to judge whether the front-end circuit is in a high-current working state; the detection circuit can also be connected with the front-end circuit of the transformer and the back-end circuit of the transformer so as to acquire detection information of the front-end circuit and the back-end circuit at the same time, thereby judging whether the H-bridge power supply circuit is in an abnormal working state or not. It will be appreciated that, since the types of the back-end circuits connected to the H-bridge power supply circuit are various, the connection modes for acquiring the detection information in the different back-end circuits are also different, and thus, detecting the back-end circuits may result in excessively high complexity of the circuits. In order to reduce the complexity of the power supply circuit and reduce the power supply cost, a mode of detecting the front-end circuit of the transformer by using a detection circuit is generally selected.
S12: and if the power supply is in the abnormal working state, acquiring the circuit information of the H-bridge power supply circuit.
S13: determining a safe working voltage according to the circuit information and the circuit detection information; the safe operating voltage is a voltage which enables the impedance of the H-bridge power supply circuit to be larger than an impedance threshold value.
S14: and supplying power to the switching tube of the H-bridge power supply circuit according to the safe working voltage so as to control the H-bridge power supply circuit to work.
In the implementation, when the switching tube is in a conducting state, the smaller the voltage applied by the control end of the switching tube is, the larger the impedance of the switching tube is, and the components of the H-bridge power supply circuit can be burnt out due to overlarge current in an effective mode. Therefore, in the scheme, when the H-bridge power supply circuit is detected to be in an abnormal working state with overlarge current, the driving voltage of the control end of the switching tube is reduced to a safe working voltage, so that the on-resistance of the switching tube is increased.
When the output end Vout is short-circuited, the maximum value of the current flowing through the primary sides of the transformers M1, M2, M3 and M4 is Vin/(RM1+RM4) or Vin/(RM2+RM3), and the resistance of the MOS tube is related to the value of the driving voltage, and the lower the driving voltage is, the larger the on-resistance of the MOS is. Therefore, if the MOS driving voltage is reduced during starting, the impedance of the switching tube can be increased, and the purpose of primary current limiting is achieved. In order to ensure that the circuit elements of the H-bridge power supply circuit are not burned out at the safe operating voltage, it is necessary to ensure that the impedance provided by the switching tube is greater than the voltage of the impedance threshold at the safe operating voltage. The impedance threshold is determined according to the voltage value in the current circuit, and can enable each circuit element to safely work under the current voltage. And corresponding driving voltage values are determined according to the impedance value and the characteristics of the switching tube so as to control the H-bridge power supply circuit to work.
The embodiment provides a control method of an H-bridge power supply circuit, which comprises the following steps: acquiring circuit detection information sent by a detection circuit; the detection circuit is used for detecting the working states of the H-bridge power supply circuit and the back-end circuit; judging whether the H-bridge power supply circuit is in an abnormal working state according to the circuit detection information; if the power supply is in an abnormal working state, acquiring circuit information of an H-bridge power supply circuit; determining a safe working voltage according to the circuit information and the circuit detection information; the safe working voltage is a voltage which enables the impedance of the H-bridge power supply circuit to be larger than an impedance threshold value; and supplying power to the switching tube of the H-bridge power supply circuit according to the safe working voltage so as to control the H-bridge power supply circuit to work. Therefore, when the H-bridge power supply circuit is detected to be in an abnormal working state, the safety working voltage is determined according to the circuit information and the circuit detection information, and the switching tube of the H-bridge power supply circuit is powered according to the safety working voltage, so that the impedance of the switching tube of the H-bridge power supply circuit is increased, the H-bridge power supply circuit is prevented from being damaged due to overlarge current of the switching tube caused by short circuit of a rear-end circuit, and the safety and the reliability of the circuit are improved.
In a specific implementation, the H-bridge power supply circuit includes, in addition to the switching tube shown in fig. 1, other components such as a resistor and a capacitor, where the specifications and types of the components used in different circuits are different, so that the impedance provided by the switching tube is different. Even with the same switching tube, the impedance provided varies with the manner of connection in the different forms of circuit. In order to accurately determine the driving voltage of the switching tube, the impedance value and the voltage value need to be calculated by combining the switching tube parameter information and the circuit specification information.
On the basis of the embodiment, the circuit information comprises switching tube parameter information and circuit specification information; correspondingly, determining the safe operating voltage based on the circuit information and the circuit detection information includes: analyzing the detection information of the circuit to obtain a detection current value; determining a target impedance value according to the circuit specification information; the target impedance value is an impedance value which enables the H-bridge power supply circuit to work normally under the detection current value; and determining the safe working voltage corresponding to the target impedance value in the starting voltage database according to the switching tube parameter information.
In a specific implementation, specification information of a circuit is first obtained, wherein the specification information of the circuit includes circuit structure information, voltage information, transformer power information, other component information, and the like, and a target impedance value required for reducing a present detection current value to a safe current value capable of enabling safe operation of each component is determined according to the specification information of the circuit and the detection current value.
And then, acquiring parameter information of the switching tube, and determining a safe working voltage corresponding to the target impedance value according to the related parameter information by inquiring a starting voltage database.
The starting voltage database is a database which is built in advance and used for storing the corresponding relation between the impedance and the driving voltage of the switching tubes of different types. Specifically, the switching tubes with different specifications need to be tested to determine the corresponding relation between the driving voltage and the impedance of each switching tube in different circuits; and storing the corresponding relation between the driving voltage and the impedance into a starting voltage database.
In the implementation, even if the impedance value of the H-bridge power supply circuit is increased, when the back-end circuit is in a short-circuit state for a long time, the H-bridge power supply circuit is also likely to burn out. In order to prevent this problem, further improving the safety of the circuit, after the step of controlling the start of the H-bridge power supply circuit according to the safe operating voltage, the method further includes: judging whether the H-bridge power supply circuit is always in an abnormal working state in a detection period; and if the power supply circuit is always in an abnormal working state, controlling the H-bridge power supply circuit to be turned off. To prevent long-term high-impedance operation from damaging the switching tube and other components.
Further, after the step of controlling the H-bridge power circuit to be turned off, the method further includes: and sending alarm information to staff, and generating an abnormal work log according to the circuit detection information and the safety work voltage. So that workers can find abnormal conditions in time and maintain the circuit according to the abnormal work log.
It should be noted that, in the technical solution provided in the foregoing embodiment, the problem to be solved is mainly that the back-end circuit is shorted during the starting process of the H-bridge power circuit. In a specific implementation, when the back-end circuit is shorted, it takes a certain time to adjust the driving voltage, and components in the circuit may burn out during this adjustment time.
In order to solve this technical problem, on the basis of the above embodiment, the H-bridge power supply circuit control method further includes: when a power supply starting instruction is acquired, determining a safe starting voltage according to the circuit specification information and the switching tube parameter information; and supplying power to each switching tube according to the safe starting voltage so as to control the starting of the H-bridge power supply circuit.
In specific implementation, when a power supply starting instruction is acquired, a driving voltage capable of enabling the switching tube to run under the condition of a rear end short circuit is determined according to the circuit specification information, the switching tube parameter information and the driving voltage database, and a safe starting voltage of the switching tube is determined according to the driving voltage. The safe starting voltage can be larger than or equal to the safe working voltage in the database, and is not limited herein, and the safe starting voltage is only required to be smaller than the standard operating voltage of the switching tube.
In the embodiment, the H-bridge power supply circuit is controlled to safely start voltage, so that the short circuit is prevented from burning out components during starting, and the safety and reliability of the circuit are further improved.
In a specific implementation, after the step of controlling the H-bridge power circuit to be turned off, the method further includes: after a first preset time, supplying power to each switching tube according to the safe starting voltage; judging whether the working current of the H-bridge power supply circuit in the detection period is always smaller than a current threshold value or not; if the current threshold value is smaller than the current threshold value, determining the standard working voltage of the H-bridge power supply circuit according to the starting voltage database, and supplying power to each switching tube according to the standard working voltage.
In the above embodiments, the H-bridge power supply circuit control method is described in detail, and the present application further provides corresponding embodiments of the H-bridge power supply circuit control device. It should be noted that the present application describes an embodiment of the device portion from two angles, one based on the angle of the functional module and the other based on the angle of the hardware.
