In order to solve the problems that the washing machine in the prior art is easy to grow various bacteria and the like in the washing machine after long-term use, so that clothes are polluted in the washing process, peculiar smell is generated even and health is damaged, the invention provides a washing device, and next, the washing device is taken as a drum washing machine for illustration, and as shown in fig. 1-2, the washing device comprises a device shell 1, a micro-channel plasma generator 2, a liquid inlet valve 3, a clothes accommodating part 4 and a window pad 7. The laundry accommodation portion 4 is a drum to which the window pad 7 is connected, the drum includes an outer tub 41 and an inner tub 42, and the laundry accommodation portion 4 is provided inside the apparatus casing 1. The mini-channel plasma generator 2 is provided with a liquid input end 21 and a liquid output end 22, and the liquid output end 22 is communicated with an outer cylinder 41 of the clothes accommodating part 4 through a first liquid channel 5; the liquid introduced into the mini channel plasma generator 2 from the liquid inlet 21 is treated and then introduced into the laundry container 4 through the liquid outlet 22. The liquid input end 21 is also communicated with an external water source through a second liquid channel 6, and the liquid inlet valve 3 is arranged on the second liquid channel 6.
A control valve (not shown) may be further provided in the first liquid passage 5, which may be a one-way valve, and allows liquid to flow unidirectionally from the liquid output end 22 into the laundry accommodation portion 4, so as to prevent bubbles or the like in the laundry accommodation portion 4 from entering the micro-channel plasma generator 2.
The micro-channel plasma generator 2 comprises a shell 23, wherein a positive electrode 25 and a negative electrode 24 are arranged in the shell 23, and a micro-channel 26 is arranged between the positive electrode 25 and the negative electrode 24; the liquid output 22 and the liquid input 21 are both provided to the housing 23. When the microchannel plasma generator 2 is in operation, a voltage is applied to the microchannel plasma generator 2 so that a part of a small amount of gas (air or oxygen) mixed with the liquid introduced into the microchannel plasma generator 2 generates ozone, and the other liquid is sterilized. The liquid and the mixed gas introduced into the micro-channel plasma generator 2 also belong to a part of the raw materials for generating ozone to a certain extent, and the micro-channel 26 has extremely small diameter, so that the generated ozone can be quickly consumed after the liquid is disinfected, and the ozone can be effectively prevented from leaving the micro-channel plasma generator 2, and cannot enter the clothes accommodating part 4 to cause pollution.
It should be noted that the foregoing embodiments are merely illustrative of the principles of the present invention, and not in limitation of the scope of the invention, and that those skilled in the art can modify the above structure without departing from the principles of the present invention so that the present invention can be applied to more specific application scenarios, which do not deviate from the principles of the present invention, and therefore all fall within the scope of the present invention.
For example, in an alternative embodiment, the control valve described in the previous embodiment may be a one-way valve, and the liquid may flow from the liquid output end 22 into the clothes receiving portion 4 in one direction, and the control valve may be replaced by an electric ball valve (not shown) or an electromagnetic valve (not shown), as long as the control valve can prevent the liquid, foam, or other object in the clothes receiving portion 4 from entering the micro-channel plasma generator 2 from the first liquid channel 5. Without departing from the principles of the present invention, and thus, fall within the scope of the present invention.
For example, in another alternative embodiment, the first liquid passage 5 described in the above embodiment before the replacement may be further provided with a control valve, and the first liquid passage 5 may be replaced with a first liquid passage 5 not provided with a control valve (not shown). This arrangement is suitable for use in washing appliances employing a washing pattern that produces less suds, such as low suds laundry detergent for use in washing appliances. The effect that the liquid enters the micro-channel plasma generator 2 through the liquid input end 21 and then enters the clothes receiving portion 4 through the liquid output end 22 after being treated in the micro-channel plasma generator 2 can be achieved. Without departing from the principles of the present invention, and thus, fall within the scope of the present invention.
For example, in another alternative embodiment, in addition to the structure described in the previous embodiment, a pump body (not shown in the drawings) may be further provided in the second liquid channel 6, and the structure of this embodiment may be applied to a case of an external water source, in which water in a water container such as a water bucket enters the mini-channel plasma generator 2 through the liquid input end 21, and the liquid enters the laundry accommodation portion 4 through the liquid output end 22 after being processed in the mini-channel plasma generator 2. Without departing from the principles of the present invention, and thus, fall within the scope of the present invention.
For example, in another alternative embodiment, the liquid inlet valve 3 described in the above embodiment before the replacement may be provided in the second liquid passage 6, instead of providing the liquid inlet valve 3 in the liquid input port 21 (not shown). This arrangement also achieves the effect that liquid enters the mini-channel plasma generator 2 through the liquid inlet 21 and enters the laundry compartment 4 through the liquid outlet 22 after being treated in the mini-channel plasma generator 2. Without departing from the principles of the present invention, and thus, fall within the scope of the present invention.
For example, in another alternative embodiment, the liquid input end 21 described in the previous embodiment may be further communicated with an external water source through the second liquid passage 6, the liquid inlet valve 3 is provided in the second liquid passage 6, the liquid input end 21 is instead communicated with the laundry accommodation portion 4 through a third liquid passage (not shown in the drawing), the liquid inlet valve 3 is provided in the third liquid passage (not shown in the drawing), and the third liquid passage is further provided with a liquid driving pump (not shown in the drawing). Specifically, the third liquid passage communicates with a position near the bottom of the apparatus casing 1 at an end of the laundry accommodation portion 4 away from the laundry putting surface. The structure of this embodiment achieves a circulation effect of driving liquid into the micro-channel plasma generator 2 through the liquid input end 21, and after the liquid is treated in the micro-channel plasma generator 2, the liquid enters the laundry accommodation portion 4 through the liquid output end 22, and then the liquid returns to the micro-channel plasma generator 2. Can effectively kill the inside of the washing equipment and the clothes. Without departing from the principles of the present invention, and thus, fall within the scope of the present invention.
For example, in another alternative embodiment, the liquid input end 21 described in the previous embodiment may be communicated with a position near the bottom of the apparatus housing 1 at an end of the laundry accommodation portion 4 distant from the laundry putting-in surface through the third liquid passage, instead of the liquid input end 21 being communicated with a position on the side surface of the laundry accommodation portion 4 through the third liquid passage (not shown in the figure). This arrangement also achieves the circulation effect of driving liquid into the microchannel plasma generator 2 through the liquid input 21, after being treated in the microchannel plasma generator 2, the liquid then enters the laundry accommodation portion 4 through the liquid output 22, and then the liquid returns to the microchannel plasma generator 2. Without departing from the principles of the present invention, and thus, fall within the scope of the present invention.
For example, in another alternative embodiment, the liquid input end 21 described in the previous embodiment may also be communicated with an external water source through the second liquid channel 6, and the liquid inlet valve 3 is provided on the basis of the second liquid channel 6, further, the liquid input end 21 may also be communicated with the laundry accommodation portion 4 through a third liquid channel (not shown in the figure), the third liquid channel may also be provided with a lint filter, and the third liquid channel may also be provided with a liquid driving pump (not shown in the figure). Specifically, the third liquid passage communicates with a position near the bottom of the apparatus casing 1 at an end of the laundry accommodation portion 4 away from the laundry putting surface. The structure of the present embodiment can drive the liquid to enter the mini channel plasma generator 2 through the liquid input end 21 as well as the water from the outside, and the liquid enters the laundry accommodation portion 4 through the liquid output end 22 after being treated in the mini channel plasma generator 2, and then returns to the circulation effect of the mini channel plasma generator 2. Can effectively kill the inside of the washing equipment and the clothes. Without departing from the principles of the present invention, and thus, fall within the scope of the present invention.
For example, in another alternative embodiment, the third liquid passage described in the above embodiment may be further provided with a lint filter, and instead of the third liquid passage, the lint filter may not be provided. Such an arrangement is suitable for clothing that is not prone to lint generation, and can also achieve the effect that liquid enters the mini-channel plasma generator 2 through the liquid input 21, and after being treated in the mini-channel plasma generator 2, the liquid enters the clothing receiving portion 4 through the liquid output 22. Without departing from the principles of the present invention, and thus, fall within the scope of the present invention.
For example, in another alternative embodiment, the micro-channel plasma generator 2 described in the previous embodiment may be provided between the apparatus case 1 and the laundry accommodation portion 4, the micro-channel plasma generator 2 may be provided on top of the laundry accommodation portion 4, instead of the micro-channel plasma generator 2 being provided between the apparatus case 1 and the laundry accommodation portion 4, and the micro-channel plasma generator 2 being provided on a side surface (not shown in the figure) of the laundry accommodation portion 4. This arrangement also achieves the effect that liquid enters the mini-channel plasma generator 2 through the liquid inlet 21 and enters the laundry accommodation portion 4 through the liquid outlet 22 after being treated in the mini-channel plasma generator 2. Without departing from the principles of the present invention, and thus, fall within the scope of the present invention.
For example, in another alternative embodiment, the micro-channel plasma generator 2 described in the above embodiment before the replacement may be provided between the apparatus case 1 and the laundry accommodation portion 4, and the micro-channel plasma generator 2 may be provided on top of the laundry accommodation portion 4, instead of the micro-channel plasma generator 2 being provided outside the apparatus case 1 or embedded in the apparatus case 1.
For example, in another alternative embodiment, the micro-channel plasma generator 2 may be further provided with a gas input (not shown) and a gas valve (not shown) on the basis of the structure described in the previous embodiment. By providing a gas input and a gas valve, when liquid enters the micro-channel plasma generator 2 and air mixed in the liquid is insufficient, the micro-channel plasma generator 2 can be supplemented with air or oxygen through the gas input. In the present embodiment, the air pump is not provided, because an external air supply manner, such as a high-pressure air cylinder air supply, may be employed, and thus the air pump is not necessarily provided.
For example, in another alternative embodiment, an air pump (not shown) may be further provided at the air input end (not shown) in addition to the structure described in the above embodiment.
For example, in another alternative embodiment, in addition to the structure described in the previous embodiment, an ozone eliminating portion (not shown) may be further provided between the liquid output end 22 and the clothing accommodating portion 4, and the ozone eliminating portion may be provided at the liquid output end 22 or at the first liquid passage 5. The ozone eliminating part may be a net-shaped shell provided with activated carbon, or the like. The ozone eliminating part can effectively avoid pollution caused by a small amount of ozone entering the clothes containing part 4. Without departing from the principles of the present invention, and thus, fall within the scope of the present invention.
For example, in another alternative embodiment, the liquid output end 22 described in the previous embodiment may be directly connected to the outer tube 41 of the laundry accommodation portion 4 through the first liquid passage 5, and the first liquid passage 5 may be connected to the window gasket 7 (not shown) instead, thereby indirectly connected to the outer tube 41 of the laundry accommodation portion 4.
For example, in another alternative embodiment, the washing machine described in the above embodiment before the replacement may be a drum washing machine, and the washing machine may be a pulsator washing machine, a sock washing machine, or the like (not shown). Of course, it is obvious that the structure of the embodiment before replacement is adapted to match different types of washing apparatuses, such as pulsator washing machines and sock washing machines, which are not generally provided with window mats 7 (not shown in the drawings). Without departing from the principles of the present invention, and thus, fall within the scope of the present invention.
In summary, the washing device of the present invention can perform the sterilization treatment of the liquid inputted from the outside into the mini-channel plasma generator 2, thereby avoiding the pollution to the washing device and the laundry. It is also possible to perform a circulation process of the liquid from the inside of the laundry accommodation portion 4 by the arrangement of the related structure, thereby eliminating bacteria and the like in the washing appliance and the odor generated thereby. The present invention can effectively prevent ozone generated in the micro-channel plasma generator 2 from entering the laundry accommodation part 4, and on the basis, can introduce plasma generated in the micro-channel plasma generator 2 into the laundry accommodation part 4 to obtain a good effect. The invention can be applied to various washing devices such as drum washing machines, pulsator washing machines and the like.
Of course, the alternative embodiments described above, as well as the alternative and preferred embodiments, may also be used in a cross-fit manner, thereby combining new embodiments to suit more specific application scenarios.
Thus far, the technical solution of the present invention has been described in connection with the preferred embodiments shown in the drawings, but it is easily understood by those skilled in the art that the scope of protection of the present invention is not limited to these specific embodiments. Equivalent modifications and substitutions for related technical features may be made by those skilled in the art without departing from the principles of the present invention, and such modifications and substitutions will fall within the scope of the present invention.
