The base screw 231 provided on the base 23 is screwed with the housing screw 211 provided on the housing 21, so that the ultraviolet lamp unit and the housing 21 can be detachably connected (alternatively, the ultraviolet lamp unit and the housing 21 may be fixedly connected, integrally structured, or fastened). The base 23 is further provided with a connection plate 232, and a groove 233 for accommodating a sealing member 234 is provided between the connection plate 232 and the base screw portion 231, so that the ultraviolet lamp portion can be connected in a sealing manner after being mounted on the housing 21. It should be noted that the foregoing embodiments are merely illustrative of the principles of the present invention, and not in limitation of the scope of the invention, and that those skilled in the art can modify the above structure without departing from the principles of the present invention so that the present invention can be applied to more specific application scenarios, which do not deviate from the principles of the present invention, and therefore all fall within the scope of the present invention.
For example, in an alternative embodiment, the liquid inlet valve 3 described in the previous embodiment may be an electromagnetic valve, and the liquid inlet valve 3 may be replaced with an electric ball valve (not shown). Without departing from the principles of the present invention, and thus, fall within the scope of the present invention.
For example, in another alternative embodiment, the liquid inlet valve 3 described in the above embodiment before the replacement may be provided in the second liquid passage 6 instead of the liquid inlet valve 3 (not shown). The effect of liquid entering the photo-oxidant generator 2 through the liquid input 25 and then entering the laundry accommodation portion 4 through the liquid output 26 after being treated in the photo-oxidant generator 2 can be achieved as well. Without departing from the principles of the present invention, and thus, fall within the scope of the present invention.
For example, in another alternative embodiment, the protection tube 24 may be further provided in the case 21 described in the previous embodiment, and the protection tube 24 (not shown) may be omitted instead, so that the photooxidizer generator 2 can treat the liquid. Without departing from the principles of the present invention, and thus, fall within the scope of the present invention.
For example, in another alternative embodiment, in addition to the structure described in the previous embodiment, a pump body (not shown in the drawings) may be further provided in the second liquid channel 6, and the structure of this embodiment may be applied to a case of an external water source, in which water in a water container such as a water bucket enters the photo-oxidizing agent generator 2 through the liquid input end 25, and the liquid enters the laundry accommodating portion 4 through the liquid output end 26 after being treated in the photo-oxidizing agent generator 2. Without departing from the principles of the present invention, and thus, fall within the scope of the present invention.
For example, in another alternative embodiment, the liquid inlet valve 3 described in the previous embodiment may be provided in the second liquid passage 6, instead of providing the liquid inlet valve 3 in the liquid input port 25 (not shown). This arrangement also achieves the effect that liquid enters the photo-oxidizing agent generator 2 through the liquid inlet 25 and, after being treated in the photo-oxidizing agent generator 2, enters the laundry accommodation portion 4 through the liquid outlet 26. Without departing from the principles of the present invention, and thus, fall within the scope of the present invention.
For example, in another alternative embodiment, the liquid input 25 described in the previous embodiment may be further connected to an external water source through the second liquid passage 6, the liquid inlet valve 3 may be provided in the second liquid passage 6, and instead, as shown in fig. 3, the liquid input 25 may be connected to the laundry accommodation portion 4 through the third liquid passage 9, and the third liquid passage 9 may be further provided with the liquid-driven pump 10. Specifically, the third liquid passage 9 communicates with a position near the bottom of the apparatus housing 1 at an end of the laundry accommodation portion 4 away from the laundry putting-in surface. The structure of this embodiment achieves a circulation effect of driving the liquid into the photo-oxidizing agent generator 2 through the liquid input end 25, and the liquid after being treated in the photo-oxidizing agent generator 2 is then introduced into the laundry accommodation portion 4 through the liquid output end 26, and then the liquid is returned to the photo-oxidizing agent generator 2. Can effectively kill the inside of the washing device and the clothes. And on the basis of this, it is also possible to communicate with the outside at the liquid outlet 26 by providing a fourth liquid channel (not shown in the figures) provided with a fourth valve (not shown in the figures); the first liquid channel 5 is provided with a first valve (not shown in the figures). When used for washing laundry or the like that clearly contains germs (or laundry of a high probability of containing germs, such as laundry of hospital staff), the photo-oxidizing agent generator 2 may be used to perform a sterilizing treatment before discharging in order to prevent the washing waste water from being directly discharged to the environment. Without departing from the principles of the present invention, and thus, fall within the scope of the present invention.
For example, in another alternative embodiment, the liquid input end 25 described in the previous embodiment may be communicated with a position near the bottom of the device casing 1 at an end of the laundry accommodation portion 4 distant from the laundry putting-in surface through the third liquid passage 9, and instead, the liquid input end 25 may be communicated with a position (corresponding to the lowermost surface of the laundry accommodation portion 4 in fig. 1) at a side surface of the laundry accommodation portion 4 through the third liquid passage 9 (not shown in the figure). This arrangement also achieves the effect of a circulation of driving liquid into the photo-oxidant generator 2 through the liquid inlet 25, after the liquid has been treated in the photo-oxidant generator 2, into the laundry accommodation portion 4 through the liquid outlet 26, after which the liquid is returned to the photo-oxidant generator 2. Without departing from the principles of the present invention, and thus, fall within the scope of the present invention.
For example, in another alternative embodiment, the liquid input end 25 described in the previous embodiment may also be connected to an external water source through the second liquid channel 6, the liquid inlet valve 3 is provided on the basis of the second liquid channel 6, further, the liquid input end 25 is connected to the laundry accommodation portion 4 through the third liquid channel 9, the third liquid channel 9 is further provided with a lint filter (not shown), and the third liquid channel 9 is further provided with a liquid driving pump 10 (not shown). Specifically, the third liquid passage 9 communicates with a position near the bottom of the apparatus housing 1 at an end of the laundry accommodation portion 4 away from the laundry putting-in surface. The structure of the present embodiment can drive the liquid to enter the photo-oxidizing agent generator 2 through the liquid input end 25 as well as the water from the outside, and the liquid enters the laundry accommodation portion 4 through the liquid output end 26 after being treated in the photo-oxidizing agent generator 2, and then returns to the circulation effect of the photo-oxidizing agent generator 2. Can effectively kill the inside of the washing device and the clothes. Without departing from the principles of the present invention, and thus, fall within the scope of the present invention.
For example, in another alternative embodiment, the third liquid passage 9 described in the above embodiment may be further provided with a lint filter (not shown), and instead of the third liquid passage 9, the lint filter may not be provided. Such an arrangement is suitable for clothing that is not prone to lint generation and can also achieve the effect that liquid enters the photo-oxidant generator 2 through the liquid input 25 and after being treated in the photo-oxidant generator 2, enters the clothing receptacle 4 through the liquid output 26. Without departing from the principles of the present invention, and thus, fall within the scope of the present invention.
For example, in another alternative embodiment, the photo-oxidizing agent generator 2 described in the previous embodiment may be disposed between the apparatus case 1 and the laundry accommodating portion 4, the photo-oxidizing agent generator 2 may be disposed on top of the laundry accommodating portion 4, alternatively, the photo-oxidizing agent generator 2 may be disposed between the apparatus case 1 and the laundry accommodating portion 4, and the photo-oxidizing agent generator 2 may be disposed on a side surface (not shown in the drawing) of the laundry accommodating portion 4.
For example, in another alternative embodiment, the photo-oxidizing agent generator 2 described in the above embodiment before the replacement may be provided between the device case 1 and the clothing accommodating portion 4, and the photo-oxidizing agent generator 2 may be provided on top of the clothing accommodating portion 4, instead of being provided outside the device case 1 or embedded in the device case 1.
For example, in another alternative embodiment, the structure described in the previous embodiment may be further provided with a gas input end (not shown in the figure) and a gas valve (not shown in the figure) in addition to the structure. By providing a gas input and a gas valve, the photooxidation generator 2 can be supplemented with air or oxygen through the gas input when liquid enters the photooxidation generator 2 and the air mixed in the liquid is insufficient. In the present embodiment, the air pump is not provided, because an external air supply manner, such as a high-pressure air cylinder air supply, may be employed, and thus the air pump is not necessarily provided.
For example, in another alternative embodiment, an air pump (not shown) may be further provided at the air input end (not shown) in addition to the structure described in the above embodiment.
For example, in another alternative embodiment, in addition to the structure described in the above embodiment before the replacement, an oxidizing agent removing portion (not shown) may be further provided between the liquid output end 26 and the laundry accommodation portion 4. The first liquid passage 5 includes a first pipe (not shown) and a second pipe (not shown), one end of each of which is connected to the liquid output end 26 and the other end of which is connected to the laundry accommodation portion 4, and the first pipe and the second pipe are each provided with a control valve (not shown), respectively, and the oxidizer eliminating portion is provided in the first pipe or the second pipe. The structure of the oxidizing agent removing portion may be a net shell provided with activated carbon, or the like. Since some materials of clothes are not suitable for being killed by the oxidizing agent, the oxidizing agent eliminating part can be arranged to prevent the oxidizing agent such as ozone from entering the clothes accommodating part 4 to damage the clothes. And the water in the photo-oxidizing agent generator 2 can be subjected to a sterilization treatment by the photo-oxidizing agent generator 2 as well. Without departing from the principles of the present invention, and thus, fall within the scope of the present invention.
For example, in another alternative embodiment, the liquid output end 26 described in the previous embodiment may be directly connected to the outer tube 41 of the laundry accommodation portion 4 through the first liquid passage 5, and the first liquid passage 5 may be connected to the window gasket 7 (not shown) instead, thereby indirectly connected to the outer tube 41 of the laundry accommodation portion 4.
For example, in another alternative embodiment, the washing device described in the previous embodiment may be a drum washing machine, and the washing device may be a pulsator washing machine, a sock washing machine, or the like (not shown). Of course, it is obvious that the structure of the embodiment before replacement is adapted to match different types of washing apparatuses, such as pulsator washing machines and sock washing machines, which are not generally provided with window mats 7 (not shown in the drawings). Without departing from the principles of the present invention, and thus, fall within the scope of the present invention.
For example, in another alternative embodiment, in addition to the structure described in the previous embodiment, as shown in fig. 4 and 5, a micro-channel plasma generator 8 may be provided at the liquid discharge end of the laundry accommodation portion 4, the micro-channel plasma generator may include an ion generation case 81, a positive electrode 83 and a negative electrode 82 may be provided in the ion generation case 81, a micro-channel 84 may be provided between the positive electrode 83 and the negative electrode 82, an input end of the ion generation case 81 may be in communication with the liquid discharge end of the laundry accommodation portion 4, and an output end of the ion generation case 81 may be in communication with the outside. The diameter of the micro-channel 84 is 0.01mm to 1mm; the ratio of the length of the micro-tunnels 84 to the diameter of the micro-tunnels 84 is 10:1 to 1:1. When the microchannel plasma generator 8 is in operation, a voltage is applied to the microchannel plasma generator 8 so that a part of a small amount of gas (air or oxygen) mixed with the liquid introduced into the microchannel plasma generator 8 generates ozone, and the other liquid is sterilized. The liquid and the mixed gas introduced into the micro-channel plasma generator 8 also belong to a part of the raw materials for generating ozone to a certain extent, and the micro-channel 84 has extremely small diameter, so that the generated ozone can be quickly consumed after the liquid is disinfected, and the ozone can be effectively prevented from leaving the micro-channel plasma generator 8, and cannot be discharged to the outside to cause pollution. The microchannel plasma generator 8 may be provided in other embodiments as well as in the present embodiment. Without departing from the principles of the present invention, and thus, fall within the scope of the present invention.
In summary, the washing device of the present invention can sterilize the liquid introduced into the photooxidizer generator 2 from the outside, thereby avoiding the pollution to the washing device and the clothes. It is also possible to implement a circulation process of the liquid from the inside of the laundry accommodation portion 4 by the arrangement of the related structure, thereby eliminating bacteria and the like in the washing device and the odor generated thereby. And on the basis, the liquid treated by the photo-oxidant generator contains oxidant, and can be introduced into the clothes accommodating part for sterilization.
