Abstract
本发明公开了一种金丝桃素在调节植物开花结荚中的用途,属于植物生长调节剂技术领域。当金丝桃素浓度为1~5×10‑5mg/L,特别是浓度为1×10‑3‑2×10‑4mg/L和2×10‑3‑1×10‑ 3mg/L时,可有效的促进植物开花结荚。本发明发现金丝桃素能促进植物开花,提高植物结荚率,主要是通过调控植物体内叶绿素的降解与合成,增强或减弱叶片的光合作用,调节能量代谢从而实现抑制或促进植物开花、控制结荚。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于植物生长调节剂技术领域,具体涉及金丝桃素在调节植物开花结荚中的用途。
背景技术
植物源农药是指从植物中提取具有杀虫或抗菌作用的活性物质,直接或间接加工合成的新型农药。涵盖了从植物中提纯的活性成分、植物本身和对活性结构修饰后合成的化合物。有植物毒素、植物内源激素、植物源昆虫激素、拒食剂、引诱剂、驱避剂、绝育剂、增效剂、植物防卫素、异株克生物质等多种类型。植物源农药所含的有效成分为天然产物,施用后在自然界易降解,对环境污染小,且不易产生抗药性,具选择性强、对人、畜及天敌毒性低,开发和使用成本相对较低等特点。应用植物源农药防治病虫害已成为当前病虫害绿色防控的新趋势。截至2020年10月10日,我国共批准登记了194个植物源农药产品,其中活性成分登记较多的是苦参碱、印楝素、鱼藤酮等,共有124家企业持有登记证,主要应用在茶树、烟草、蔬菜等经济作物及储粮害虫的防治。
金丝桃素(hypericin,Hyp)是天然中草药贯叶连翘中最具生物活性的物质,为抗病毒的活性单体。研究表明:金丝桃素具有抗病毒、抗炎症、抗肿瘤和增强免疫力等生物活性,在抗抑郁、抑制神经胶质瘤生长等方面也有较强作用,此外,金丝桃素可作为光动力疗法的新型光敏剂。光动力疗法的原理是光敏剂选择性作用在繁殖迅速的靶细胞,在适当波长光源的激发下,依靠氧气的参与,通过Ⅰ型、Ⅱ型反应产生单线态氧等活性氧物质,破坏靶细胞内生物大分子,进而产生选择性杀伤作用。刘高峰等向乳腺癌MDA-MB-231细胞培养基中加入不同浓度金丝桃素,并在加药后给予光照,发现光激活后,4μM和8μM浓度的金丝桃素可以有效抑制MDA-MB-231细胞的增殖,诱导其的凋亡;MDA-MB-231细胞内ROS水平显著增加。光激活的金丝桃素对MDA-MB-231细胞具有较好的体外抗肿瘤作用。有研究表明金丝桃素对绝大多数菌株(0.5McF)具有杀菌作用,最小杀菌浓度(≥3log10 CFU)为0.63μM。但目前尚未发现金丝桃素在调节植物生长,特别是开花结荚方面的功能作用。
发明内容
针对现有技术中的上述不足,本发明提供了一种金丝桃素在调节植物开花结荚中的用途,可有效的促进植物开花结荚。
为实现上述目的,本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
金丝桃素素在调控植物开花中的用途。
进一步地,植物为豆科类植物。
进一步地,豆科类植物为豌豆、花生、绿豆。
进一步,使用1~5×10-5mg/L浓度金丝桃素喷施植物;其中,金丝桃素的浓度以金丝桃素浓度计。
进一步,使用1×10-3-2×10-4mg/L浓度金丝桃素喷施植物;其中,金丝桃素的浓度以金丝桃素浓度计。
采用上述进一步技术方案的有益效果为:该浓度范围的含有金丝桃素的溶液可促进植物开花提高开花率。
金丝桃素在促进植物结荚中的用途。
进一步,在植物苗期对植物施用金丝桃素浓度为1~5×10-5mg/L的溶液3~5次,且每次每株溶液的施用量为0.2~0.5L;其中,金丝桃素的浓度以金丝桃素浓度计。
进一步,在植物苗期对植物施用金丝桃素浓度2×10-3-1×10-3mg/L的溶液;其中,金丝桃素的浓度以金丝桃素浓度计。
采用上述进一步技术方案的有益效果为:该浓度范围的含有金丝桃素的溶液可提高植物叶片叶绿素含量,促进植物结荚。
一种含金丝桃素的生长调节剂,生长调节剂包括金丝桃素,生长调节剂中金丝桃素的质量分数为10~51%;优选地,生长调节剂中的金丝桃素的质量分数为39%。
当生长调节剂为水剂时,该生长调节剂还包括质量分数为0.1%的溶剂、2%的稳定剂、5%的防冻剂和0.1~0.5%的防腐剂;其中,溶剂为二甲苯、甲苯或环己酮,稳定剂为亚磷酸三苯酯或环氧氯丙烷,防冻剂为乙二醇、丙二醇、甘油或尿素,防腐剂为苯甲酸或苯甲酸钠。
当生长调节剂为悬浮剂时,该生长调节剂还包括质量分数为3%的分散剂、5~7%的润湿剂、2%的增稠剂、0.1~0.5%的防腐剂、0.1~0.5%消泡剂和4%的防冻剂;其中,分散剂为烷基萘磺酸盐、聚羧酸盐或木质素磺酸盐,润湿剂为烷基酚聚氧乙烯基醚磷酸酯、苯乙基酚聚氧乙烯基醚磷酸酯、烷基硫酸盐、烷基磺酸盐或萘磺酸盐,增稠剂为黄原胶、硅酸镁铝或膨润土,防腐剂为苯甲酸或苯甲酸钠,消泡剂为有机硅类,例如聚二甲基硅氧烷;防冻剂为甘油、尿素、乙二醇或丙二醇。
当生长调节剂为可湿性粉剂时,该生长调节剂还包括质量分数为6%的分散剂、3%的润湿剂和4~5%填料;其中,分散剂为聚羧酸盐、木质素磺酸盐或烷基萘磺酸盐,润湿剂为烷基磺酸盐、烷基硫酸盐或萘磺酸盐,填料为轻质碳酸钙、滑石粉、硅藻土、高岭土或凹凸棒土。
当生长调节剂为颗粒剂时,该生长调节剂还包括质量分数为4%的分散剂、5%润湿剂、5%崩解剂、0.3%粘结剂和28~37%填料;其中,分散剂为聚羧酸盐、木质素磺酸盐或烷基萘磺酸盐,润湿剂为烷基硫酸盐、聚氧乙烯醇、烷基磺酸盐或萘磺酸盐,崩解剂为柠檬酸、硫酸铵、葡萄糖、尿素或碳酸氢钠,粘结剂为玉米淀粉、微晶纤维素类或硅藻土,填料为轻质碳酸钙、滑石粉、硅藻土、高岭土或凹凸棒土。
此外,在实际中,上述不同剂型的生长调节剂中的各种助剂(助剂为乳化剂、润湿剂、稳定剂、增稠剂、防腐剂、防冻剂、分散剂、填料、崩解剂和粘结剂中的任意几种)只要满足在生长调节剂加工或使用中能改善药剂理化性质、提高药效以及便于运输贮藏等性能的辅助物质都可作为本实施例中生长调节剂中的助剂。
本发明的有益效果:
本发明发现金丝桃素,或含有其为活性成分的生长调节剂能促进植物开花,提高植物结荚率,主要是通过调控植物体内叶绿素的降解与合成,增强或减弱叶片的光合作用,调节能量代谢,从而实现抑制或促进植物开花、控制结荚。
具体实施方式
下面对本发明的具体实施方式进行描述,以便于本技术领域的技术人员理解本发明,但应该清楚,本发明不限于具体实施方式的范围,对本技术领域的普通技术人员来讲,只要各种变化在所附的权利要求限定和确定的本发明的精神和范围内,这些变化是显而易见的,一切利用本发明构思的发明创造均在保护之列。
实施例1金丝桃素对植物开花的影响
分别选取生长状况相近的健康的豌豆(品种为中豌六号)、花生(品种为鲁花一号)、绿豆(品种为毛绿一号)种子,移栽至盆中,每盆2株,每组10盆,每组进行3次重复。
配置实验溶液:将金丝桃素分别用含有0.1%二甲基亚砜和0.1%吐温-80的蒸馏水稀释至1×103、5×103、5×104、5×105、1×106、5×106、1×107、2×107倍即溶液浓度分别为1mg/L、2×10-1mg/L、2×10-2mg/L、2×10-3mg/L、1×10-3mg/L、2×10-4mg/L、1×10-4mg/L、5×10-5mg/L,并以含有0.1%二甲基亚砜和0.1%吐温-80的蒸馏水作为对照组。
实施例采用盆栽试验法,当植物均初具花芽时对各组盆栽进行喷洒,自开花第1日起,每天记录1次开花量,每次观察以花瓣涂色进行计数记录数据,直至开花结束,统计开花率,结果见表1,开花率的计算公式如下:

注:使用DPS 6.0数据处理软件进行统计分析,采用邓肯氏新复极差法进行差异显著性分析,同列数据后标记不同小写字母表示差异显著(P<0.05)。下同。
表1说明,金丝桃素对豌豆、花生及绿豆植株开花产生了一定的影响,具体表现为:从豌豆来看,药剂浓度为1×10-3-2×10-4mg/L处理时开花率高出对照组近13%,表现出促进开花的趋势且药剂浓度为2×10-2-5×10-5mg/L处理组植株开花率均大于对照组;对花生而言,在药剂浓度为2×10-3-1×10-4mg/L处理时开花率显著高于对照组;对绿豆的处理,药剂在2×10-3-1×10-4mg/L此浓度区间内喷施使得开花率明显高于对照组,且其他浓度处理组开花率与对照组无明显差异。金丝桃素浓度为1mg/L处理盆栽时,豌豆和花生组开花率均显著低于对照组,对三种作物而言在药剂浓度为1mg/L处理时的发芽率均为其所有处理里最低。总体而言,药剂浓度在1×10-3-2×10-4mg/L区间内喷施对促进三种作物开花效果最好。
实施例2金丝桃素对植物结荚情况的影响
选取开花期生长状况相近的健康豌豆、花生、绿豆植株,移栽至盆中,每盆2株,每组10盆,每组进行3次重复。
配置与实施例1相同的实验溶液,以含有0.1%二甲基亚砜和0.1%吐温-80的蒸馏水作为对照组。
对各组盆栽进行喷洒。每株单次喷洒量为0.2L,每个喷洒周期为5天,共喷施5次。完成喷洒后,将植物置于25℃环境下培养,记录成熟期结荚数,统计结荚数:

表2说明,金丝桃素对豌豆、花生及绿豆植株开花产生了一定的影响,具体表现为药剂最高浓度处理豌豆时结荚率显著低于对照组,表现出抑制植物结荚,在浓度为2×10-1-1×10-4mg/L时豌豆处理组结荚率均高于对照组,且在浓度为2×10-3-2×10-4mg/L区间内效果较对照组显著,表现促进植物伸长;在药剂浓度为2×10-2-1×10-4mg/L处理花生时,花生结荚率明显高于对照组,且结荚率在药剂施用浓度为2×10-3mg/L时达到最高;对绿豆而言,药剂施用促进结荚率最适浓度范围在2×10-3-1×10-3mg/L,且1×10-3mg/L金丝桃素施用效果最佳。总体而言,药剂在2×10-3-1×10-3mg/L浓度范围内施用对三种植物结荚的促进效果最佳。

3.根据权利要求1所述的用途,其特征在于,用于促进开花结荚率。
4.根据权利要求1~3任一项所述的用途,其特征在于,所述植物为豆科植物。
5.根据权利要求4所述的用途,其特征在于,所述植物为绿豆、豌豆或花生。
6.权利要求1所述的金丝桃素在制备调节植物开花结荚的生长调节剂中的用途。
7.根据权利要求6所述的用途,其特征在于,所述生长调节剂为水剂、悬浮剂、可湿性粉剂或颗粒剂。
8.根据权利要求6所述的用途,其特征在于,所述生长调节剂中金丝桃素的浓度为1~5×10-5mg/L。
