The invention provides a system and a method for collecting and matching color of wall paint and an intelligent paint brush, wherein a color recognition module collects wall image color information; the main control module matches the color number corresponding to the image color information in the pigment preparation control module according to the image color information, matches the pigment component and the proportioning relation data in the pigment preparation control module according to the color number, and then controls the pigment outlet valve control module to open the pigment control valve of the corresponding pigment component according to the pigment component and the proportioning relation data, conveys the pigment component with the corresponding share to the pigment preparation bin according to the proportioning relation, and uniformly mixes in the pigment preparation bin. The periphery of the color recognition module is provided with the light shield, so that the influence of environmental factors during color collection can be avoided. Further, as an implementation mode of the invention, the color recognition module comprises a color recognition sensor, acquires a picture of the wall paint, converts colors in the picture into RGB values and sends the RGB values to the control main board module. The RGB values identified by the color identification sensor are more accurate than colors observed by naked eyes.

The color base table database and the color modulation table database are produced in advance and stored in the pigment modulation control module. In actual use, if the color recognition module recognizes the image color information which does not exist in the color basic table database, the image color information is manually added into the color basic table database, and the corresponding pigment components and the proportioning relation are manually allocated and updated into the color modulation table database. Therefore, the color basic table database and the color modulation table database can be continuously expanded, and the color basic table database and the color modulation table database are suitable for various different color requirements.

And S3, the main control module matches the pigment components and the proportion relation corresponding to the color numbers in the color modulation table database.
The color modulation table database stores the corresponding relation table of color numbers, color names, pigment components and proportions, as shown in the above table 2.
The color base table database and the color modulation table database may be stored in any storage medium, such as SQL\MYSQL, hard disk, U disk, etc.
And S4, controlling the main module to open a pigment control valve corresponding to the pigment component by controlling the pigment outlet valve control module according to the pigment component and the proportioning relation, conveying the corresponding pigment into a pigment preparation bin according to the proportioning relation, and uniformly mixing to complete the color matching of the wall paint.
