Abstract

Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种真空吸尘器,特别是涉及一种用于移动并改变真空吸尘器方向的缓冲器结构的脚轮,通过适当调节和处理这种脚轮,可以避免真空吸尘器与墙壁或类似的物体直接相撞。
背景技术
通常,在韩国产的真空吸尘器中,筒式真空吸尘器的吸气管与机体分离,而立式真空吸尘器的吸气管集成在机体上。筒式真空吸尘器有一个作为伸缩管一部分的手柄和一个弹性连接软管,弹性连接软管一端与手柄相连,另一端与真空吸尘器机体相连,用于在清洁过程中手持手柄并通过连接软管拖动真空吸尘器机体。真空吸尘器机体底部安装有带有脚轮的滚动装置,以便其平滑的运动。如图1所示,这种滚动装置在真空吸尘器机体1后端的两侧安装有一对后轮3,机体1底部前端中央安装有脚轮组件4,其中后轮3可以沿与地面平行的轴转动,脚轮组件4可以绕两个轴向,即相对于地面水平的轴和垂直的轴转动,轻便地改变真空吸尘器机体移动的方向。并且,如图2所示,脚轮组件4的底部具有半球形的凸出4a,这样,当脚轮组件4撞上地面上突起的物体时,脚轮组件4沿垂直轴转动并平滑地滚过物体。
但是,这种相关技术的真空吸尘器有一个经常会发生的问题。当安装有这种滚动装置的真空吸尘器1在清洁过程中,由于其不能改变方向会撞到墙壁或家具。在这种情况下,由于这种相关技术的真空吸尘器机体1在其前表面没有安装缓冲装置,当其撞到墙壁或类似物体时真空吸尘器机体1将受到严重的冲击,如果撞击很严重,真空吸尘器受到冲击的那部分会被损坏。
发明简述
因此,本发明涉及一种用于真空吸尘器的缓冲器结构的脚轮,这种脚轮充分避免了由于相关技术的限制和不足造成的一个或多个问题。
本发明的目的之一是提供一种用于真空吸尘器的缓冲器结构的脚轮,允许真空吸尘器机体自由地改变方向,或避免真空吸尘器机体在前进中撞击墙壁或类似的物体,或缓冲撞击造成的冲击。
本发明的其他优点、目的和特征将部分在说明书中进行说明,本领域技术人员在阅读下列内容后或者从本发明的实践中会部分了解本发明。本发明的目的和其他优点通过说明书的文字和权利要求及附图所阐明的技术方案可以实现或达到。
为了达到本发明上述目的和其他优点,正如这里所说明的和具体表现的,用于真空吸尘器的缓冲器结构的脚轮包括两个或两个以上安装在真空吸尘器机体底部前端的脚轮组件,每个脚轮组件都可以沿两个轴向转动,并具有一个伸出真空吸尘器机体外轮廓的部分。

本发明的最佳模式
下面将详细描述本发明的优选实施例,其示例在附图中表示。
如图3所示,真空吸尘器机体1后部两侧的后轮3可转动地安装到与地面平行的轴上,并将两个脚轮组件40可旋转地安装在真空吸尘器机体1底部前端两侧的两轴中间。安装脚轮组件,使每一个脚轮组件的一部分都伸出真空吸尘器机体1的外轮廓。
如图4A和图4B所示,脚轮组件40包括具有半球形顶部和平坦底部的主体41,主体41底部的一对扣紧支架42和可旋转地安装到扣紧支架42上的轮43。脚轮组件40的主体41中心有一个通孔44,用来和真空吸尘器机体1连接,每个支架42上都有孔42a用于和轮43连接。并且,真空吸尘器机体1的底部有装配部件50,用于可旋转地安装主体41,装配部件50中心还有一个垂直旋转轴51,其中装配部件50内凹用以安装到主体41上,垂直旋转轴51的直径略小于主体41中通孔44的内径,用以通过通孔44与主体41连接,允许主体41绕垂直轴51转动。弹性钩52从其中两侧垂直开口的末端沿径向伸出,弹性钩可以和垂直旋转轴51一起穿过主体41中的通孔44,并通过钩住和支撑通孔44下表面,将主体41定位。也就是说,当垂直旋转轴51穿过通孔44时,弹性钩52滑动并穿过通孔44,弹性钩52被通孔44的内壁挤压,并在其自身的弹性力的作用下重新恢复原来的位置,并支撑通孔44的下表面。另一方面,与主体41上的扣紧支架42相连接的轮子43两侧的中心具有向外伸出的水平旋转轴43a,43a用于和扣紧支架42中的孔42a可旋转地连接。
脚轮组件40的凸出部分从真空吸尘器机体1前部的两侧伸出机体1的外轮廓,当用户手持手柄移动真空吸尘器机体进行清洁工作时时,在真空吸尘器机体1接近墙壁或家具并在其撞墙之前,突出的部分会先与墙相撞,从而避免了真空吸尘器机体1直接撞墙。具体地,当脚轮组件40的突出部分接近一个低的间隙,例如地板和家具之间的间隙时,突出的部分进入该间隙,主体41中的半球形部分首先撞击家具的底部,使脚轮组件40的主体41沿垂直旋转轴51旋转,改变真空吸尘器机体1的方向,避免真空吸尘器机体1与墙壁直接撞击,保证了流畅的清洁过程。
工业适用性
如上所述,用于真空吸尘器的缓冲器结构的脚轮安装在真空吸尘器机体前部的两侧,允许真空吸尘器在清洁过程中自由地改变方向。而且,由于当真空吸尘器靠近墙壁时,缓冲器结构的脚轮作为缓冲器首先撞击墙壁,避免了真空吸尘器机体的直接损坏。
显然,对本领域技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明的宗旨和范围的前提下,本发明的用于真空吸尘器的缓冲器结构的脚轮可以有各种修改和变化。因此,本发明的附加权利要求书和其等同物的所有修改和变化都属于本发明涵盖的内容。
Claims (6)
1.一种用于真空吸尘器的缓冲器结构的脚轮,包括:
两个或两个以上安装到真空吸尘器机体的脚轮组件,所述真空吸尘器机体具有一个外轮廓,
其中每个脚轮组件包括脚轮主体和一个轮子,所述轮子可旋转地安装到一个固定在所述脚轮主体上的水平旋转轴上,并且其中所述脚轮主体可旋转地安装到一个垂直旋转轴上,所述垂直旋转轴从所述真空吸尘器机体的底表面伸出,并且所述脚轮主体从所述真空吸尘器机体的外轮廓中突出。
2.根据权利要求1所述的缓冲器结构的脚轮,其中,所述的每个脚轮组件的脚轮主体具有一个半球形顶部,安装在所述真空吸尘器机体的底表面的一个凹陷部分。
3.根据权利要求1所述的缓冲器结构的脚轮,其中,所述脚轮主体的中心具有一个通孔,用于安装所述垂直旋转轴。
4.根据权利要求3所述的缓冲器结构的脚轮,其中,所述垂直旋转轴的下部具有弹性钩,用于钩住和支撑所述脚轮主体。
5.根据权利要求4所述的缓冲器结构的脚轮,其中,所述弹性钩可以和垂直旋转轴一起穿过脚轮主体上的通孔。
6.根据权利要求3所述的缓冲器结构的脚轮,其中,所述轮子沿所述水平旋转轴可旋转地安装在所述脚轮主体底部的一侧。
