Abstract
The invention provides a precoating liquid for moisture-resistant coated paper, which comprises the following components: an adhesive, a mineral; the adhesive is at least one of the following: starch, latex, polyvinyl alcohol, chitosan, carboxymethyl cellulose CMC, casein and protein; the mineral is at least one of the following: heavy calcium carbonate, light calcium carbonate, kaolin, talcum powder and mica powder. The invention also provides a preparation method and application of the pre-coating liquid for the moisture-resistant coated paper. The precoating liquid for the wet-resistant coated paper can be used for precoating the wet-resistant base paper by widely used conventional coating technical equipment, can effectively improve the film forming integrity and uniformity of the wet-resistant coated paper, reduce the dosage of the water-based wet-resistant coating liquid and improve the wet-resistant performance of the wet-resistant coated paper; and simultaneously improves the glossiness and heat sealing performance of the moisture-resistant coated paper and the folding-resistant and antiknock performance of the precoating liquid after drying.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of coated paper, in particular to a precoating liquid for moisture-resistant coated paper, a preparation method and application thereof.
Background
Under the requirements of plastic reduction and plastic replacement in the packaging industry, paper and paperboard are paid attention as a nontoxic, low-cost and excellent biodegradable material, and the trend is gradually growing from paper to plastic.
Because of the special working environment in the industries of food and the like, the moisture-resistant coated paper is required to have moisture-resistant performance, so that permeation of cold and hot liquids such as water, oil coffee, beverages and the like is prevented. Meanwhile, the wet-resistant coated paper is required to have good overall degradation or recovery performance, so that the wet-resistant coated paper after use is recycled and treated.
The existing preparation method of the moisture-resistant coated paper generally comprises the steps of directly coating a water-based coating with moisture-resistant performance on the surface of moisture-resistant base paper or paperboard so as to obtain a paper product with the moisture-resistant performance. However, since the moisture-resistant base paper itself is made of fibers containing long-chain cellulose molecules, and has a porous structure formed by interlacing fiber networks. On the one hand, cellulose itself is rendered hydrophilic by the hydroxyl groups contained in the cellulose base unit; on the other hand, because of the porosity of the fiber network formed by interweaving fibers, a plurality of gaps exist among the fibers, so that the surface flatness of the moisture-resistant base paper is inconsistent; the combination of the problems results in that when the moisture-resistant base paper is coated with the water-based moisture-resistant coating, the water-based moisture-resistant coating can largely permeate into the moisture-resistant base paper or the paperboard, and the formed moisture-resistant coating has the following problems: the coating thickness is uneven, the film forming of the coating is incomplete, and pinholes or coating leakage are easy to form on the coating; the method not only causes waste of the water-based moisture-resistant coating liquid and improves the production cost of the moisture-resistant coated paper, but also seriously affects the moisture-resistant performance of the moisture-resistant coated paper.
The inventor finds that before the moisture-resistant base paper is coated with the water-based moisture-resistant coating, the pre-coating liquid for the moisture-resistant coated paper is adopted to pre-coat the moisture-resistant base paper, so that the pre-coating liquid has an important effect on the moisture-resistant coated paper, the film forming integrity and uniformity of the moisture-resistant coated paper can be effectively improved, the dosage of the water-based moisture-resistant coating liquid is reduced, the moisture-resistant performance of the moisture-resistant coated paper is improved, and the like.
Although the prior art discloses a technical scheme for pre-coating the base paper, the prior art does not aim at improving the film forming integrity and uniformity of the wet-resistant coated paper, reducing the dosage of the water-based wet-resistant coating liquid and improving the wet-resistant performance of the wet-resistant coated paper.
Chinese patent CN102220727B discloses a coated paper and a method for manufacturing the same, which uses a coating mechanism in a paper machine to apply surface sizing to a base paper to form a sizing layer, and coats a precoating coating on the surface of the base paper to form a precoating layer, so that the coated paper has a higher bulk; however, this patent does not address improving the barrier properties of the paper.
Chinese patent CN103821029B discloses an oxygen-resistant and moisture-resistant coated paper and a method for preparing the same, which comprises arranging an ink layer, a moisture-resistant layer and an oxygen-resistant layer on the surface of a base paper in sequence. The ink layer is equivalent to a precoating coating layer, but does not substantially contribute to the improvement of the moisture resistance of the paper, and does not substantially improve the film forming property of the moisture resistance layer and the oxygen resistance layer of the paper, the dosage of the coating liquid and the like.
Chinese patent CN1323766C discloses a method for producing a multilayer coated substrate with improved barrier properties, which employs a composite multilayer free-flowing coating curtain to impart various barrier functions to paper including moisture barrier, but which does not pre-coat the base paper, etc.; and the multilayer coating curtain has high requirements on equipment, high production cost and great popularization difficulty, and does not meet the requirements of large-scale industrial production.
Furthermore, the existing wet-resistant coated paper has the problems of unsatisfactory glossiness and heat sealing performance, and the folding-resistant and antiknock performance of the pre-coating liquid for the wet-resistant coated paper after being dried is still to be further improved.
