step S400, responding to the acceptance question signal through the server, and connecting a bidirectional audio transmission link between the main speaking terminal equipment and the participant terminal equipment so as to answer questions online;
step S500, responding to the end question signal sent by the main speaking terminal equipment through the server, closing the bidirectional audio transmission link, and sending a recovery signal to the main speaking terminal equipment after judging that the question signal sent by other reference terminal equipment is not received within a given time length;
And step 600, responding to the recovery signal through the main speaking terminal equipment, and automatically and forwards browsing the PPT conference file according to the latest PPT page number so as to continue speaking.
In the embodiment of the invention, at least a file display area and a question service area are arranged on the interface of the main speaker terminal equipment, the corresponding content display is carried out on the PPT conference file in the process of the speech of the main speaker through the file display area, and the question service area is used for responding to the question requirement fed back by any one of the participant terminal equipment in the process of the speech of the main speaker; the questioning service area is provided with at least five controls, namely a questioning receiving control, a questioning ending control, a lecture restoring control, a questioning prohibiting control and a questioning allowing control; wherein, the English of PPT is called PowerPoint.
In the embodiment of the invention, at least a file sharing area and a question control area are arranged on the interface of each participant terminal device, corresponding content synchronous display is carried out on the PPT conference file in the process of the lecture of the presenter through the file sharing area, and the question requirement is timely sent in the process of the lecture of the presenter through the question control area; the questioning control area is provided with at least three controls and a single page number input box, the three controls comprise an initiating questioning control, a participating questioning control and a continuous questioning control, the page number input box is associated and bound with the initiating questioning control, and the initiating questioning control is allowed to be triggered only when valid PPT page numbers exist in the page number input box (namely, the PPT page number does not exceed the maximum PPT page number of the PPT conference file).
In the embodiment of the invention, if no participant wants to ask questions in the lecture process of the presenter, the server is utilized to communicate a unidirectional audio transmission link between the presenter terminal equipment and each participant terminal equipment, namely, the server is utilized to only receive all lecture audio data sent by the presenter terminal equipment in real time and forward the lecture audio data to each participant terminal equipment for playing, and at the moment, the server refuses to receive all interference audio data sent by each participant terminal equipment so as to ensure the lecture quality of the presenter.
In the embodiment of the present invention, before executing the step S100, the presenter is further required to upload the PPT conference file to the presenter terminal device in advance, then open the PPT conference file on the presenter terminal device and read and mark the PPT conference file on the interface thereof, so as to insert a corresponding plurality of stop markers at the ends of a plurality of different paragraphs in the PPT conference file, each of the inserted stop markers represents that the content of the preceding paragraph has no absolute relevance to the content of the following paragraph, and the presenter can accept a question of any participant after the content of the preceding paragraph is presented, and then continue presenting the content of the following paragraph, so as to ensure the presentation order of the presenter.
In the embodiment of the present invention, before executing the step S200, it is further required to identify, by using the server, that the hosting terminal device is currently allowed to open the question authority to the plurality of participant terminal devices, where a specific identification process is shown as follows:
when the host allows any participant to conduct timely questioning at any moment in the lecture process, the host triggers the questioning permission control displayed on the interface of the host terminal equipment, so that the host terminal equipment controls the questioning permission control to be in a normally-on state when detecting the triggering action, and the normally-on state of the questioning permission control is fed back to the server by the host terminal equipment, so that the server can judge that the host terminal equipment is currently allowed to open questioning permissions to the multiple participant terminal equipment;
or when the presenter refuses any participant to ask questions at any moment in the speech process, the presenter triggers the question inhibition control displayed on the interface of the presenter terminal device, so that the presenter terminal device controls the question inhibition control to be in a normally-on state when detecting the trigger action, and then the presenter terminal device feeds back the normally-on state of the question inhibition control to the server, so that the server can judge that the presenter terminal device refuses to open the question permission to the participant terminal devices at present, and at this time, the presenter terminal device does not need to execute the step S200 to the step S600, and can continue to normally carry out the speech without being interrupted by any participant.
It should be noted that, at the same time, one and only one of the question permission control and the question prohibition control may be in a normally-on state; and during the lecture of the presenter, one of the question permission control and the question prohibition control must be in a normally-on state; assuming that when the question permission control is in a normally-on state, the main speaker triggers the question prohibition control to enable the question permission control to be in the normally-on state, and automatically cancels the normally-on state of the question permission control at the same time by default of a system; assuming that when the question prohibiting control is in a normally-on state, the main speaker triggers the question permitting control to be in the normally-on state, and the system defaults to automatically cancel the normally-on state of the question prohibiting control at the same time.
It should be noted that, after recognizing that the present refusal of the main speaking terminal device to open the question authority to the multiple participant terminal devices, the server generates a question prohibiting signal and sends the question prohibiting signal to the multiple participant terminal devices respectively, so that each participant terminal device sets three controls displayed on its interface in a trigger prohibiting state after receiving the question prohibiting signal.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the reference terminal devices mentioned in the above step S200 and the above step S400 are denoted as first reference terminal devices, the reference associated with the first reference terminal device is denoted as first reference, and the generating process of the question signal mentioned in the above step S200 is described as follows: the PPT page number is filled in a page number input frame displayed on the interface of the first participant terminal device by the first participant, and then an initiation question control displayed on the interface of the first participant terminal device is allowed to be triggered by the first participant, so that the first participant terminal device controls the initiation question control to be in a normally-on state after detecting the triggering action, and meanwhile, the corresponding question signal is generated according to the PPT page number and is transmitted to the server.
It should be noted that, in the above step S200, the server only responds to the first received question signal; and if the server receives N questioning signals sent by N pieces of the multiple pieces of the reference terminal equipment at the same time, selecting one questioning signal from the N pieces of the reference terminal equipment in a random mode to respond, generating and respectively sending the questioning signals to N-1 pieces of the reference terminal equipment which are not selected with the questioning signals, so that the N-1 pieces of the reference terminal equipment control an initiating questioning control displayed on an interface of the N-1 pieces of the reference terminal equipment to be switched from a normally-on state to a normally-off state (namely, canceling the normally-on state of the initiating questioning control) to remind and inform N-1 pieces of reference terminal equipment that N-1 pieces of reference persons associated with the N-1 pieces of reference terminal equipment do not have questioning qualification at present.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the specific implementation process of the step S300 includes the following steps:
step S310, after receiving the questioning signal, using the main speaker terminal device to control the questioning receiving control displayed on the interface to be in a normally-on state so as to prompt the main speaker that the content of the documents which are being presented by the participant is in doubt;
step S320, inquiring the current displayed single-page file content (hereinafter referred to as first file content) on the interface by using the main terminal equipment so as to judge whether a pause marker appears at the end position of the first file content; if yes, the following step S330 is executed; if not, jumping to execute the following step S340;
step S330, when the presenter finishes speaking the first file content, using the presenter terminal device to prevent the presenter from manually manipulating and browsing the PPT conference file on the interface thereof, so as to avoid error display of a single page of file content (hereinafter referred to as second file content) closely arranged behind the first file content, recording the PPT page number of the second file content (i.e., the PPT page number of the first file content plus one) as the latest PPT page number, and performing the following step S390;
Step S340, starting from the end position of the first file content, using the main terminal device to query the PPT conference file backward page by page until identifying a single page file content (hereinafter referred to as a third file content) in which a pause marker appears first;
step S350, judging whether a pause marker which is first appeared in the third file content falls at the end position of the third file content by using the main speaking terminal equipment; if yes, the following step S360 is executed; if not, jumping to execute the following step S370;
step S360, when the presenter finishes speaking the third file content, using the presenter terminal device to prevent the presenter from manually manipulating and browsing the PPT conference file on the interface thereof, so as to avoid error display of a single page of file content (hereinafter referred to as fourth file content) closely arranged behind the third file content, recording the PPT page number of the fourth file content (i.e., the PPT page number of the third file content plus one) as the latest PPT page number, and performing the following step S390;
step S370, in the third file content, using the main speaking terminal device to block all file contents behind the first-appearing pause marker in a mosaic or other forms;
Step S380, when the presenter finishes the presentation of all the file contents before which are not blocked in the third file content, the presenter is prevented from manually operating and browsing the PPT conference file on the interface by using the presenter terminal equipment so as to avoid the error display of the single-page file contents closely arranged behind the third file content, the PPT page number of the third file content is recorded as the latest PPT page number, and the following step S390 is continuously executed;
step S390, when the presenter cannot manually control to scroll through the PPT conference file on the interface of the presenter terminal device, the presenter triggers the question receiving control displayed on the interface of the presenter terminal device, so that the presenter terminal device generates a question receiving signal and transmits the question receiving signal to the server after detecting the trigger action, and controls the question receiving control to be switched from a normally-on state to a normally-off state (i.e., cancel the normally-on state of the question receiving control); and simultaneously, automatically and backwards browsing the PPT conference file by using the main speaker terminal equipment until the interface of the PPT conference file displays the content of the single-page file corresponding to the PPT page number, so that the first participant can conveniently conduct targeted questioning and the main speaker can effectively answer.
In the embodiment of the present invention, after the automatic backward scroll task mentioned in the above step S390 is performed, the method further includes: firstly, carrying out interface screen capturing on single-page file contents corresponding to the PPT page numbers displayed on an interface of the main terminal equipment by using a screen capturing mode of a screen snapshot or other screen capturing modes, and further obtaining file images; and then the PPT page number and the file image are associated and bound and then transmitted to the server.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the online answering process mentioned in the step S400 is actually performed in a one-to-one answer form, and only the following summary is made here:
the first participant terminal equipment is utilized to receive all the question audio data output by the first participant in real time and transmit the question audio data to the server in real time, and the server is utilized to forward all the question audio data to the main participant terminal equipment in real time for playing;
the host terminal equipment is utilized to receive all answering audio data output by the host in real time and transmit the same to the server, and the server is utilized to forward all answering audio data to the first participant terminal equipment in real time for playing, wherein all answering audio data are responded one by one for all the questioning audio data;
And the server is utilized to perform text conversion and ordering on all question audio data and all answer audio data one by one in the order of the receiving time from the beginning to the end, namely, the question is added in front of each question audio data after conversion: "this text content, corresponding to each answer audio data after conversion, is preceded by" answer: "the text content, and each question audio data after conversion and each answer audio data after conversion are set to be typeset in different line forms, so as to form a question-answer document.
In the embodiment of the invention, when at least one participant (hereinafter referred to as a second participant) wants to listen to the online answering process before or during the online answering process, the participant terminal equipment associated with the second participant is recorded as second participant terminal equipment (the participant terminal equipment which is not directly leading the online answering process), firstly, the second participant triggers a participation question control displayed on an interface of the second participant terminal equipment, so that the second participant terminal equipment controls the participation question control to be in a normally-on state when detecting the triggering action, and then the normally-on state of the participation question control is fed back to the server by the second participant terminal equipment; then, after receiving the feedback information, the server synchronously forwards all the question audio data and all the answer audio data which are received in real time to the second participant terminal equipment;
Conversely, when the second participant wants to exit the online answering process of listening halfway, the second participant triggers the participation question control displayed on the interface of the second participant terminal device again, so that the second participant terminal device controls the participation question control to be switched from a normally-on state to a normally-off state (namely, cancels the normally-on state of the participation question control) when detecting the triggering action again, and feeds back the normally-off state of the participation question control to the server by the second participant terminal device; then stopping forwarding any audio data to the second participant terminal device in real time by using the server after receiving the feedback information; in addition, the server stops forwarding any audio data related to the online answering process to the second participant terminal device in real time after receiving the end question signal.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the generation process of the ending question signal mentioned in the above step S500 is described as follows: when the presenter considers that the question raised by the first participant has been solved at present, the presenter triggers the ending question control displayed on the interface of the presenter terminal device, so that the presenter terminal device generates a corresponding ending question signal after detecting this triggering action and transmits it to the server.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the closing the bidirectional audio transmission link mentioned in the above step S500 further includes: firstly, the server is utilized to respectively forward the ending questioning signal to the plurality of participant terminal devices; after receiving the end question signal, the first participant terminal equipment controls an initiating question control displayed on an interface of the first participant terminal equipment to be switched from a normally-bright state to a normally-dark state (namely, the normally-bright state of the initiating question control is canceled) so as to remind and inform the first participant terminal equipment that the first participant terminal equipment does not have question qualification at present, and the initiating question control is limited to be allowed to be triggered only after the presenter continues to give a speech so as to avoid occupying question opportunities of other participants; and simultaneously, after receiving the end question signal, other participant terminal equipment except the first participant terminal equipment is used for controlling a continuous question control displayed on an interface of the first participant terminal equipment to be in a timed flashing state so as to remind and inform other participant related to the other participant terminal equipment of timely questions.
In the embodiment of the present invention, after the two-way audio transmission link is closed as mentioned in the above step S500 is executed, the server is further required to encapsulate the document image bound with the PPT page number and the question-answer document to obtain an answer record file, and transmit the answer record file to the first participant terminal device, so that the first participant performs consolidated learning after the whole lecture is finished.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the given duration mentioned in the above step S500 may be, but is not limited to, set to 6 seconds, and the given duration is calculated from the time of closing the bi-directional audio transmission link; in addition, if the server receives the question signals sent by other participant terminal devices within the given time period, the same response needs to be made to the question signals.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the specific implementation process of the step S600 includes the following steps:
step S610, after receiving the recovery signal, the host terminal device is used for controlling the recovery lecture control displayed on the interface to be in a timing flashing state so as to remind and inform the host that no participant currently asks and can prepare to continue lecturing;
step S620, identifying whether a partial shielding phenomenon exists in the content of the latest single page file corresponding to the latest PPT page number in the PPT conference file by using the main terminal equipment; if yes, execute step S630; if not, jumping to execute step S640;
step S630, using the presenter terminal device to highlight the pause marker that appears at the beginning position of the blocked portion in the latest single page file content, which can be but is not limited to setting the pause marker to be in a timing jumping state, and then restoring the latest single page file content to a non-blocked state entirely, and then displaying the latest single page file content on an interface, so as to facilitate the presenter to continue to speak from the pause marker to the back;
And step 640, directly displaying the content of the latest single page file on the interface by using the main speaker terminal equipment so as to facilitate the main speaker to continue the lecture.
