Method and equipment for initiating and participating in online packet discussion
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of computers, in particular to an initiating and participating method and equipment for online group discussion.
Background
In daily study and work, the application scenes of group discussion are numerous, such as teaching projects of school organization students for topic research, debate competition and the like, and enterprise organization interviewers for group interview and the like. In general, the main flow of the packet discussion is roughly: 1, the organizer proposes the subjects (facing the whole), 2, the organizer groups the participants (facing the whole), 3, the group members carry out the discussion in the group (facing the group), 4, the discussion is finished, and the organizer summarizes or each group member party displays the discussion result (facing the whole).
A great deal of remote collaborative teaching/office needs are generated by various teaching institutions and enterprises. However, with the mainstream software market in mind, the group discussion of the important function cannot be well restored in an online scene at present. For example, only grouping is implemented, but the initiator and participant are not distinguished, nor is the material of the discussion displayed.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the technical defects and aims to transplant the full flow of offline group discussion to an online environment so that an organizer can remotely organize the group discussion; the method supports the whole/group scene switching, ensures the privacy of discussion in each group, and supports the organizer to control the progress and participate in the discussion at any time; the participation will and the enthusiasm of the participants are improved, the self is fully displayed, and the aim of improving the overall discussion effect is finally achieved.
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides an initiating method of an online packet discussion, where the method includes:
creating a main scene, and inviting all participants to join the main scene;
arranging the discussion topic, and explaining the background of the discussion topic to all participants;
determining the number of groups and the number of people in each group, distributing participants to each group, setting group lengths for each group, and forwarding the grouped information to each participant through a server; creating sub-scenes for each group, and selectively synchronizing the current content of the main scene into each sub-scene;
sending a message for ending the discussion to all participants, and selectively copying the discussion result in each sub scene to the main scene;
and closing all the sub-scenes, switching to the main scene, and commenting and summarizing the discussion in the main scene.
As an improvement of the above method, the main scene includes a parking area for displaying the initiator and all participants, wherein the initiator is located at the first place, a large blackboard, and various small tools; the large blackboard supports blackboard writing, file display, and the use of small tools provided in the main scene.
As an improvement of the above method, the determining the number of groups and the number of persons per group, assigning participants to the groups and setting group lengths for the groups; the method specifically comprises the following steps:
setting the grouping quantity, and randomly grouping the participants into each group in a random grouping mode;
displaying grouping results, and displaying the button of each participant in the box of the group;
the participants are adjusted to the final group in a manner of dragging the buttons of the participants, and the group length of each group is determined.
As an improvement of the above method, the information of the packet includes: the group number to which the participant belongs and whether the participant is a group leader.
As an improvement of the above method, the method further comprises: patrolling each sub-scene in an overhearing mode; the method specifically comprises the following steps: and selecting any sub-scene as a tour object, and acquiring the audio of the sub-scene so as to carry out tour discussion in an overhearing state.
As an improvement of the above method, the method further comprises: directly entering sub-scenes of each group to participate in the discussion of each group; the method specifically comprises the following steps: leave from the main scene, select and enter any one of the sub-scenes as one of the participants of the group to participate in the discussion directly.
The present invention also provides a computer device comprising: comprising a memory, a processor and a computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, the processor implementing the aforementioned method when executing the computer program.
The invention provides a participation method of online grouping discussion, which comprises the following steps:
receiving packet information forwarded by a server, comprising: the group number to which the packet belongs and whether the packet is a group length;
switching from the main scene to the sub-scene of the group to which the main scene belongs;
conducting discussions with other participants of the group in a sub-scene;
receiving a message for finishing the discussion forwarded by the server, and switching the sub-scene to the main scene;
the discussion result is presented in the main scenario.
As an improvement of the above method, the sub-scenes comprise a parking area for displaying all participants of the group, wherein the group leader of the group is located first, a small blackboard and various small tools; the small blackboard supports writing, file display, and the use of gadgets provided in the sub-scene.

The invention has the advantages that:
1. the method of the invention has rich application scenes: in the teaching scene, a teacher can use the grouping discussion function to carry out teaching items such as subject research, debate competition, student mutual assistance, brainstorming and the like with students; in an enterprise scenario, the initiator can apply the group discussion function to meeting and group interviews;
2. the invention greatly improves the participation willingness and enthusiasm of the participants, enables the participants to fully show themselves, and enables the remote teaching/office to realize a cooperation mode of taking tasks as a main line, organizers as a leading part and participants as a main part.
Drawings
FIG. 1 is a flow chart of an interactive group discussion of the present invention;
fig. 2 is a schematic diagram of a computer device provided in embodiment 2 of the present invention.
Detailed Description
The technical solution of the present invention is described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and specific embodiments.
The invention divides the discussion scene into two types of main scene and sub scene, designs the data standard and transmission protocol between the main scene and the sub scene, and sets up the interactive process and the authority control method, which are explained in detail below.
The packet interaction process supported by the present invention (as shown in fig. 1) consists of 1 organizer initiated discussion (main scene) -2 organizer initiated packet (main scene) -3 intra-group discussion (sub scene) -4 packet discussion end (back to main scene).
1. The organizer initiates the discussion: in a main scene, an organizer shares a visual angle with participants, discussion topics are arranged in the forms of large blackboard writing, files and the like, and topic backgrounds are explained for the participants;
2. the organizer initiates grouping: the organizer self-defines the grouping number and the number of people in each group, distributes participants to each group (can be randomly distributed by one key or can be freely adjusted), sets group lengths for each group, and selectively synchronizes the existing blackboard writing and file contents of the main scene into the sub-scene;
3. in-group discussion: participants enter into respective groups of sub-scenarios for discussion, support blackboard writing, documentation, and use of gadgets (e.g., timers, etc.) provided in the sub-scenarios. The organizer now has two forms of understanding the progress of the discussion: (1) patrolling each sub-scene by way of hearing (participants will not perceive the presence of organizer); (2) directly entering a sub scene to participate in discussion;
4. the packet discussion ends: the organizer and all participants return to the main scene; the organizer can selectively copy the discussion results (blackboard writing and files) in each sub-scene to the main scene for comment summary, or the group member displays the discussion results. After the discussion is finished, the organizer can also initiate the discussion again using the previous grouping scheme.
The invention adds interactive group discussion function for remote teaching/office, defines the use flow and scene conversion form of interactive group discussion, leads participants to actively think and communicate discussion, solves the problem together by team cooperation mode, and improves the whole discussion effect.
