And the MDS system is used for controlling each service node and sending the revised OCR image recognition result to the corresponding service node. As shown in fig. 3 and 4, an application diagram of the MDS system is shown. The MDS system is mainly applied to province metering center staff and city company metering staff. The MDS system is used as a core of integral coordination control of the metering automation system, and is used for mainly supporting daily work of a metering center of the province, including whole processes of purchasing, delivering, verifying, distributing and the like, and providing system support for businesses such as sorting of a detachable intelligent meter, evaluation of suppliers, whole process management of metering auxiliary equipment and the like. The method and the device realize that the related delegation process is automatically completed by the auxiliary service personnel through the application of the OCR technology by means of the visual recognition technology, so that the service convenience and the quality efficiency are improved, the workload of the delegation service process is reduced, and the working efficiency is improved.
In the embodiment, the image information recognition is completed through the OCR image recognition technology by making the entrusting verification information sheet template. In the service execution process, the OCR algorithm unit is used for carrying out calculation processing, and then the calculation processing is manually revised and then transmitted to the MDS system service links to assist the efficient operation of each service link. The OCR automatic recognition software only runs at the server side, and a client can fill relevant information by using the provided template and then put the relevant information into an OCR server terminal for OCR recognition; the platform application service can also be connected with other business systems to receive data of the other business systems for analysis and processing.
The modules or steps of the present embodiment described above may be implemented by a general-purpose computing system, they may be centralized in a single computing system, or distributed over a network of multiple computing systems, or they may alternatively be implemented in program code executable by a computing system, such that they may be stored in a memory system and executed by the computing system, or they may be separately fabricated into individual integrated circuit modules, or multiple modules or steps within them may be fabricated into a single integrated circuit module. Thus, the present invention is not limited to any specific combination of hardware and software.

As shown in fig. 5, a first aspect of the present embodiment provides an electronic device, including a memory, a processor, and a computer program stored in the memory and capable of running on the processor, where the processor implements a management and control method based on OCR image recognition technology when executing the program.
The electronic device in this embodiment includes a processor and a memory for storing processor-executable instructions. Wherein the processor is configured to implement any of the aforementioned methods of managing based on OCR image recognition technology when executing the executable instructions.
Here, it should be noted that the number of processors may be one or more. Meanwhile, in the electronic device of the present embodiment, an input system and an output system may be further included. The processor, the memory, the input system, and the output system may be connected by a bus, or may be connected by other means, which is not specifically limited herein.
The present embodiment provides a computer-readable storage medium having stored thereon a computer program which, when executed by a processor, implements a management and control method based on OCR image recognition technology.
The memory is a computer-readable storage medium that can be used to store software programs, computer-executable programs, and various modules, such as: a program or a module corresponding to a management and control method based on OCR image recognition technology in an embodiment of the present disclosure. The processor executes various functional applications and data processing of the electronic device by running software programs or modules stored in the memory.
The input system may be used to receive an input digital or signal. Wherein the signal may be a key signal generated in connection with user settings of the device/terminal/server and function control. The output system may include a display screen.

Claims (10)

1. The management and control method based on the OCR image recognition technology is characterized by comprising the following specific steps of:
collecting the filled entrusted authentication information sheet template of the client through the service end, and reporting the collected information to an OCR server;
performing OCR image recognition on the entrusted verification information sheet template through an OCR server, judging whether the recognition data and a preset recognition limiting image have differences, revising and auditing the differences, and sending the data which are audited to be indiscriminate to an MDS system;
and forwarding the OCR image recognition result to the corresponding service node through the MDS system.
2. The method for managing and controlling OCR image recognition technology according to claim 1, further comprising, before the client collects the delegated authentication information form template filled in the client data, the steps of:
acquiring service and system requirements, and constructing a consignment verification information sheet template on an OCR server;
an access request is initiated to a service end through an OCR server, and after a response of the service end is obtained, a consignment verification information single template is issued to the service end through an access port;
and the service end receives and configures the entrusted verification information sheet template.
3. The method for managing and controlling the OCR image recognition technology according to claim 1, wherein the performing OCR image recognition on the delegated verification information sheet template includes:
traversing each table cell of the delegated verification information sheet template;
performing OCR image recognition on the table cells, extracting corresponding OCR recognition information, and sequentially generating the OCR recognition information of each table cell according to the sequence of each table cell;
and generating an OCR recognition form of the entrusting verification information form template according to the OCR recognition information of each form unit, and sending the OCR recognition form to the service end.
4. A method of OCR image recognition technology based management as recited in claim 3, wherein the transmitting of the data audited as indifferent to the MDS system comprises:
checking and auditing the OCR recognition form through the service end, and judging whether a form unit meeting a preset recognition limiting image exists in the OCR recognition form or not:
if so, extracting the recognized OCR information in the OCR form, and modifying the mark;
after auditing and modifying the form units meeting the preset recognition limiting images, sending the OCR recognition form to an OCR server, and sending the OCR recognition form to an MDS system by the OCR server;
if not, the data is directly sent to an OCR server and sent to the MDS system by the OCR server.
5. The OCR image recognition technology-based management and control method of claim 4, wherein forwarding the OCR image recognition result to the corresponding service node through the MDS system comprises:
after receiving the OCR recognition form, the MDS system recognizes and obtains a service node matched with the OCR recognition form according to an OCR image recognition result in the OCR recognition form, and sends the OCR recognition form to the service node.
6. A method of managing an OCR image recognition technique according to claim 3, further comprising, when traversing each form cell of the delegated verification information sheet template:
when the traversal entrust verification information sheet template and the table cells are subjected to OCR image recognition, if a certain table cell is found to have no OCR image recognition result which is output correspondingly, the table cell is subjected to table marking;
calling a blank cell table, filling and covering the marked cell table to generate a blank cell table, and outputting OCR (optical character recognition) information of the blank cell table:
when the OCR recognition form is checked and audited through the service end, the blank form unit is displayed on the OCR recognition form, and the corresponding form information is requested to be revised again and filled into the blank form unit;
and generating an OCR recognition form of the entrusting verification information form template according to the OCR recognition information of each form unit, and sending the OCR recognition form to the service end.
7. The method for managing and controlling an OCR image recognition technology according to claim 6, further comprising, before generating the OCR recognition form of the delegated verification information form template and transmitting the OCR recognition form to the service side:
checking and auditing the integrity of the OCR recognition form in the OCR server:
counting the sum T of all the table units in the OCR recognition table;
counting the sum T1 of all blank table cells in the OCR recognition table;
calculating the duty ratio t of the blank table unit: t=t1/T;
when t is less than or equal to 0.1-0.3, the OCR recognition form is an available form, and the OCR recognition form is sent to a service end;
when t is more than 0.3, the OCR recognition form is a revocation form, and a corresponding re-acquisition instruction is issued to the service end.
8. A system for implementing the OCR image recognition technology-based management method of any one of claims 1-7, comprising:
the business end is used for providing a consignment verification information form template and reporting the filled consignment verification information form template to the OCR server;
the system comprises an OCR server, an MDS system and a client, wherein the OCR server is used for carrying out OCR image recognition on a entrusted verification information sheet template reported by a service end through OCR automatic recognition software deployed in the background, revising an OCR image recognition result and then sending the revised OCR image recognition result to the MDS system;
and the MDS system is used for controlling each service node and sending the revised OCR image recognition result to the corresponding service node.
9. An electronic device comprising a memory, a processor and a computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, wherein the processor implements the OCR image recognition technology-based management method of any one of claims 1-7 when the program is executed by the processor.
10. A computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, characterized in that the program, when being executed by a processor, implements a method of managing OCR-image recognition technology as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 7.
