Claims (6)

1. An inventory replenishment early warning system for an automatic wine sales terminal, comprising:
the commodity determining module is used for determining commodity categories in the automatic sales terminal;
the allowance determining module is used for detecting the allowance of various commodities in the automatic sales terminal;
the commodity quantity analysis module is used for receiving various commodity allowance data in the allowance determination module and analyzing and placing planning, and specifically comprises the following steps: acquiring real-time allowance of various commodities, acquiring each shipment time point of the various commodities, setting a plurality of preset time periods according to each shipment time point of the various commodities, calculating the quantity of shipment time points of the various commodities in each time period, and calculating the average value of the quantity of shipment time points in each time period to obtain shipment frequency of the various commodities; calculating the total shipment frequency of all commodities through a summation calculation method, and calculating the duty ratio of the shipment frequency of each commodity to the total shipment frequency of all commodities respectively; determining the arrangement planning in each goods channel in the automatic sales terminal according to the total frequency ratio of goods output of each type of goods;
the early warning module is used for receiving the commodity supplementing signaling generated by the commodity quantity analysis module and carrying out commodity supplementing warning on commodity supplementing personnel;
the optimizing module is used for receiving the optimizing signaling generated by the commodity quantity analyzing module and re-distributing commodity placement in the automatic sales terminal;
after receiving the optimizing signaling, acquiring the quantity and layout of the goods in the goods quantity analysis module and placed by various goods after the goods are neutralized, and sending the placement plan to an optimizing personnel terminal;
the placement planning comprises the placement of the quantity of the goods placed on each goods channel in the automatic sales terminal and the neutralization layout of the quantity of the goods after optimization;
specifically, after optimization is completed, the automatic sales terminal monitors the commodity type at the forefront side in each commodity channel in real time through monitoring equipment, and automatically changes commodity names and prices corresponding to the commodity types according to the commodity types so as to be purchased by customers in a self-service manner;
the optimizing module is provided with a corresponding optimizing period according to the total daily sales amount of the automatic sales terminal; recording the sales total amount of different types of commodities of the automatic sales terminal every day, calculating the sales total amount average value of different types of commodities of the automatic sales terminal every day according to an average value calculation formula, comparing the obtained average value with three preset continuous average value intervals, wherein the three preset continuous average value intervals respectively correspond to three optimization periods, and therefore changing the commodity layout of the automatic sales terminal according to actual sales conditions;
and the sales analysis module is used for analyzing the sales condition of the automatic sales terminal through different parameters and displaying the sales condition through the line graph.
2. The inventory replenishment early warning system for an automatic wine sales terminal according to claim 1, wherein the commodity kind determination process comprises the steps of:
automatically adjusting the monitoring angle of the monitoring equipment in the automatic sales terminal to enable the monitoring area of the monitoring equipment to coincide with the commodity placing area;
connecting the monitoring equipment to a computer or a network for testing, judging the operation state of the monitoring equipment, and determining that the video transmitted by the monitoring equipment is normal and stable;
the method comprises the steps that the image recognition software is arranged to recognize the commodity types of images captured by monitoring equipment, meanwhile, a commodity type model is built, the training data set is used for training the image recognition software, and the commodity types are accurately recognized;
and extracting a plurality of sample data to test the model, and adjusting the model according to the test result to improve the accuracy of the model.

The inventory replenishment early warning system for an automatic wine selling terminal according to claim 1, wherein the specific operation steps of the remaining amount determining module for detecting the remaining amounts of various commodities in the automatic selling terminal are as follows:
detecting the residual quantity of various commodities by using a sensor arranged on various commodity channels, shooting the quantity of the commodities by using monitoring equipment, analyzing the residual quantity of the commodities, comparing the two detection modes, judging whether the two detection modes are consistent, collecting inconsistent commodity types and inconsistent time when the inconsistent conditions exist, and generating a quantity difference signaling;
after receiving the quantity difference signaling, detecting the residual quantity of various commodities by using the two detection modes again for verification, and after judging and determining that the abnormality occurs, sending an abnormality report to a terminal of an inspector, and overhauling the two detection modes by using the inspector.
4. The inventory replenishment early warning system for an automatic wine sales terminal according to claim 1, wherein the specific operation steps of the commodity quantity analysis module determining the commodity placement rules in each lane in the automatic sales terminal are as follows:
the method comprises the steps of collecting the number of goods lanes in an automatic sales terminal through monitoring equipment, collecting the depth of each goods lane, collecting the width of each type of goods where single goods are placed on the goods lanes, dividing the depth of the goods lane by the width of each type of goods where single goods are placed on the goods lanes to obtain the number of matched goods which can be placed on each type of goods lanes;
neutralizing the commodity type with high shipment ratio to the commodity type with low shipment ratio, changing the quantity of each type of commodity placed in an automatic sales terminal, enabling the shipment ratio difference of each type of commodity to be the lowest, and recording the quantity of each type of commodity obtained through analysis after neutralization; the commodity storage method has the advantages that the commodity with low commodity discharge ratio is correspondingly reduced, so that the rear side of a commodity storage channel of the commodity is idle and is used for storing the commodity with high commodity discharge ratio, and the aim of commodity neutralization is fulfilled; recording the quantity of various commodities to be placed, and generating an optimized signaling;
analyzing the residual quantity of each type of commodity, setting a corresponding minimum value of the residual quantity according to the shipment frequency of each type of commodity, presetting the same proportion according to the minimum value of the residual quantity of each type, resetting an early warning value, verifying the residual quantity of each type of commodity again when the residual quantity of the commodity reaches the minimum value of the residual quantity, judging whether the residual quantity of the commodity reaches the corresponding commodity early warning value, recording the commodity type reaching the minimum value of the residual quantity and the early warning value, calculating the quantity of the commodity required to be supplemented, and generating a commodity supplementing signaling.
5. The inventory replenishment early warning system for an automatic wine selling terminal according to claim 1, wherein the specific operation steps of the early warning module for commodity replenishment warning to a replenishment person are as follows:
acquiring a replenishment signaling, recording the types of commodities reaching the minimum allowance value and the early warning value and the quantity of the required replenishment of various commodities, calculating the estimated time of empty goods of each type of commodity to be replenished according to the minimum allowance value or the early warning value of the commodity and the shipment frequency of the commodity, and sending the data to a mobile phone terminal of a replenishment person;
meanwhile, the distance between the mobile phone terminal of the restocking person and the automatic sales terminal is collected, the time required by the restocking person is analyzed, the time required by the restocking person to arrive at the automatic sales terminal for restocking is compared with the shortest time of empty goods of each type of goods to be restocked, and whether the restocking person can restock the goods before the empty goods of the goods is judged;
when the goods are empty, the automatic sales terminal is controlled to turn off the light and the shipment control button of the goods.

acquiring the sales total amount of different types of commodities of an automatic sales terminal in an optimization module, acquiring the people stream number of the automatic sales terminal through a camera, and acquiring the weather condition of the area to which the automatic sales terminal belongs; the weather is classified into five grades, namely sunny days, overcast days, light rain and snow days, medium rain and snow days and heavy rain and snow days, and the weather is replaced by numbers;
collecting daily electricity consumption of the automatic sales terminal and calculating the electricity fee and the site renting fee, wherein the site renting fee is generally month or year, and the site renting fee is calculated as daily site renting fee;
