Abstract

c. Two-pass putty knife coating
The mildew-proof alkali-resistant outer wall waterproof putty is added with redispersible latex powder 0.5-0.75% by mass, the mortar is coated on a concrete wall layer by layer, each layer is controlled to be 1-1.5 mm thick, and each layer of putty is polished to avoid bottom appearance during polishing.
d. White cement
After the white cement and the water are stirred, a layer of the white cement is scraped on the putty layer, and 100-mesh sand paper, 200-mesh sand paper and 500-mesh sand paper are used for polishing respectively.
e. Two pass (Bai Lvfen) tinting paint
The white aluminum powder with the use mass ratio of 5-8% is added into the white environment-friendly water-based paint, the color is the same as that of the bare concrete, and the paint is rolled and coated twice after being stirred.
f. Surface layer fluorocarbon finish varnish for two times
The layers are subjected to rolling coating varnish, each layer is 0.5mm in thickness and consistent in gloss, sagging and missing coating are avoided, and after 7 days of curing, the surface is formed into a stable protective film.
Further, in the construction method of the imitated fresh water concrete facing, the base layer adjusting material is a mixture of mildew-proof putty and redispersible emulsion powder with the mass ratio of 0.5-0.75%.
Furthermore, in the construction method of the imitated fresh water concrete facing, the construction method is characterized in that the color-mixing paint is a mixture of white environment-friendly water paint and white aluminum powder with the mass ratio of 5-8%.

The common screw hole is chiseled along the screw position by using an electric pick, the diameter is 30mm, the depth is 20mm, the screw is cut off by using a cutting machine, and the screw hole area is painted by using antirust paint until the original section of the screw is not visible. The three-section screw is directly painted into the screw hole by using antirust paint until the original section of the screw is not visible. And (3) embedding cement and sand into the screw hole with the anticorrosive paint at a ratio of 1:2.5 until the cement and sand are flush with the wall surface, then plugging a rubber block with a thickness of 5mm and a diameter of 30mm into the screw hole, extruding the redundant mortar, flattening the rubber block, immediately cleaning the overflowing mortar by using a plastic scraper, and taking out the rubber block after 12 hours.
3. Two-pass putty knife coating
The mildew-proof alkali-resistant waterproof putty for the outer wall is added with 0.5-0.75% of VAE redispersibility emulsion powder according to the mass ratio, so that the adhesiveness of the putty is improved, the adhesive force is increased, the putty is coated on the concrete wall in a layered manner, the thickness of each layer is controlled to be 1-1.5 mm, and each layer of putty is polished. When meeting the joint parts of different components, the anti-cracking fiber net is hung at the joint part in each putty construction process, and the polishing is avoided to see the bottom and the anti-cracking fiber net is exposed after polishing.
4. White cement
After the white cement and water are stirred, adding 7% of polyvinyl alcohol-containing rubber powder with the mass ratio, stirring again for 3 minutes, scraping a layer of rubber powder on the putty layer, polishing by using 100-mesh sand paper, 200-mesh sand paper and 500-mesh sand paper respectively, and avoiding bottom appearance after polishing.
5. Two pass (Bai Lvfen) tinting paint
The white aluminum powder with the use mass ratio of 5-8% is added into the white environment-friendly water-based paint, the mixture is prepared for a few times, the amount of the mixture is no more than 25L each time, the mixture is used within 4 hours, the color of the mixture is the same as that of the bare concrete, and the mixture is rolled and coated twice after being stirred. After the rolling coating, no obvious chromatic aberration exists, the defect of the concrete structure is completely covered, the concrete structure is smooth by touching with hands, and the concrete texture is obtained.
6. Surface layer fluorocarbon finish varnish for two times
The varnish is rolled and coated in layers, each layer has 0.5mm, the gloss is always free from sagging and missing coating, and after curing for 7 days, the surface forms a stable protective film which comprises a micro-conductive layer, a water layer and a compact layer, and the damage of the finish coat caused by the actions of burst sun and acid rain can be effectively prevented, so that the finish effect can be kept for a long time.
After the construction of the common concrete surface facing is finished, the surface is smooth, the color is uniform, no color difference exists, and the mechanism effect of the bare concrete can be presented. The surface is not permeated with water, and the surface is not changed after being soaked with water.
Compared with the existing bare concrete surface layer effect, the method has the advantages of wide application range, convenient construction, low maintenance cost and short maintenance time.
The invention is also applicable to the decoration of finishing layers of materials such as bare concrete repair, common concrete surface layer, bare concrete facing, plates, GRC, GRG and the like.
