Abstract
本发明公开了一种双动力互补式光纤收放装置,包括承载机构、绕线机构、行走机构和人工动力轮;其中,绕线机构转动连接在承载机构上以收放光纤;行走机构装配在承载机构底部以实现行走功能,且行走机构通过离合传动组件与绕线机构传动连接以将行走动力传递给绕线机构进而带动绕线机构转动;人工动力轮装配在承载机构顶部,并通过链轮传动组件与绕线机构传动连接以手动输入动力进而带动绕线机构转动。利用本发明,单人即可轻松实现对光纤的收放转移,能够显著降低工作人员收放光纤的劳动强度,有效减少光纤损坏率、降低作业成本。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于石油天然气野外勘探技术领域,涉及一种光纤收放设备,具体地说是一种双动力互补式光纤收放装置。
背景技术
随着地震勘探对效率和效益要求的提高,高效采集普遍成为勘探公司的施工方法。野外勘探时,地震数据需要通过光纤传送到仪器车中,在完成一块探区的采集任务后采集设备需要向下一块探区转移,所以光纤在一个施工项目中需要进行多次的收放。目前工作人员在野外收放光纤时,直接从辊子上取下光纤进行放线,收线转移时通常直接缠在手臂和肩膀上,项目交接时就直接将光纤绕盘装袋。但因为使用的光纤一般较长、收线后重量又大,所以目前行业内采用的这种收线方式,不仅工作人员劳动强度大,而且绕成的线盘凌乱不规则,极容易造成对光纤的损坏。
发明内容
为解决现有技术中存在的以上不足,本发明旨在提供一种双动力互补式光纤收放装置,单人可轻松实现对光纤的收放转移,进而以达到降低工作人员收放光纤的劳动强度、减少光纤损坏率、降低作业成本的目的。
为实现上述目的,本发明所采用的技术方案如下:一种双动力互补式光纤收放装置,包括承载机构、绕线机构、行走机构和人工动力轮;
其中,绕线机构转动连接在承载机构上以收放光纤;行走机构装配在承载机构底部以实现行走功能,且行走机构通过离合传动组件与绕线机构传动连接以将行走动力传递给绕线机构进而带动绕线机构转动;人工动力轮装配在承载机构顶部,并通过链轮传动组件与绕线机构传动连接以手动输入动力进而带动绕线机构转动。
作为本发明的限定,绕线机构包括转动连接在承载机构上的绕线盘和排线器,且绕线盘与排线器传动连接;
人工动力轮通过链轮传动组件与绕线盘传动连接;行走机构通过离合传动组件与排线器传动连接。
作为本发明的另一种限定,行走机构为三轮式行走结构,包括装配在承载机构行走前端的行走轮和动力轮,以及装配在承载机构行走后端的万向轮;
其中,动力轮通过离合传动组件与绕线机构传动连接。
作为本发明的进一步限定,行走轮和动力轮均采用充气式轮胎;万向轮为万向刹车轮。
作为本发明的其它限定,承载机构为具有推拉操纵杆的金属框架。
由于采用了上述的技术方案,本发明与现有技术相比,所取得的有益效果是:
(1)本发明中“行走机构+离合传动组件”与“人工动力轮+链轮传动组件”形成了双动力互补式的动力输入系统,行走机构与人工动力轮均可带动绕线机构转动以实现绕线功能,进而可根据施工地区的地面情况或者使用情况选择动力源来完成收线作业。在地形较平坦的施工地区,合闭离合传动组件,工作人员即可在推行或拉行的同时依靠行走动力完成收线工作;在装置静态、车载或者路面崎岖的情况下,打开离合传动组件,令行走机构脱离对绕线机构的传动,工作人员可利用人工动力轮手动输入动力完成收线工作。上述两种动力相互弥补,使收线方式更加丰富灵活,装置能够更好适应野外复杂的路面环境,适用范围更广。
而且,本发明中承载机构与行走机构配合形成推车式结构,绕线机构装配在承载机构上,工作人员无需背负光纤,可直接对装置进行推行或拉行,有效降低了工作人员的劳动强度,同时边推边收的特点也减少了收线时的收线张力,降低了光纤的损坏率。
(2)本发明绕线机构中设置的排线器,巧妙地借助了行走机构或者人工动力轮的动力,能够使光纤整齐有序的缠绕在绕线盘上,避免了线盘绕成后凌乱不规则的情况,进一步降低了光纤的损坏率。
(3)本发明中行走机构采用灵活稳定的三轮式行走结构,其中前方的行走轮、动力轮应用大尺寸的充气式轮胎,对各种复杂地形的通过能力强;而后方的万向轮则能够提供灵活的转向功能。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图对本发明的优选实施例进行说明。应当理解,此处所描述的优选实施例仅用于说明和理解本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
本实施例公开了一种双动力互补式光纤收放装置,包括承载机构1、绕线机构、行走机构和人工动力轮9。
承载机构1主要起到承载功能,是一个简易的金属框架。如图1所示,该金属框架的顶部设有便于工作人员操作的推拉操纵杆,底部以行走方向为参考基准设有用于装配行走机构的前支腿和后支腿。
绕线机构转动连接在承载机构1上,用于收放光纤。如图1所示,绕线机构包括绕线盘2和排线器3,其中,绕线盘2通过链轮轴4转动连接在承载机构1上,而排线器3则直接装配在承载机构1上。并且,排线器3与绕线盘2之间通过链轮、链条形成传动连接关系。需要补充说明的,本实施例中的排线器3包括转动连接在承载机构1上的螺杆以及装配在螺杆上的导轮。
行走机构装配在承载机构1底部,用于实现行走功能。如图1所示,行走机构为三轮式行走结构,包括装配在上述金属框架两个前支腿上的行走轮5、动力轮6,以及装配在上述金属框架后支腿上的万向轮7。推行时,行走轮5和动力轮6为行走前端,两者均装配有充气式轮胎,以确保对各种复杂地形较高的通过能力;万向轮7为行走后端,采用的是现有结构的万向刹车轮,能够提供灵活转向功能。
进一步的,行走机构中的动力轮6还通过离合传动组件与绕线机构形成传动连接关系,以作为绕线机构的第一动力输入机构,在推行或拉行时将行走动力传递给绕线机构以带动绕线机构转动来收卷光纤。如图1所示,本实施例中的离合传动组件包括装配在动力轮6上的传动离合8,以及连接在传动离合8与排线器3之间的链轮、链条。
人工动力轮9装配在承载机构1顶部,是绕线机构的第二动力输入机构,用于手动输入动力以带动绕线机构转动来收卷光纤。如图1所示,人工动力轮9为带手柄的手摇轮,并且是通过链轮传动组件与绕线机构形成传动连接关系的。具体的,链轮传动组件为连接在人工动力轮9与绕线盘2之间的链轮、链条。
本实施例可用于地震勘探时对光纤的收放转移,具体工作过程如下所示:
一、收线时,首先将光纤一头穿过排线器3的导轮缠到绕线盘2上,并将光纤头卡置在绕线盘2的卡扣上;然后进行收线作业。
当地形较平坦时,松开万向轮7的刹车并闭合传动离合8,再用手握住推拉操纵杆将装置沿布线方向推行;推行过程中,动力轮6将行走动力传递给排线器3,排线器3中的螺杆转动以带动导轮进行排线;同时,排线器3将动力传递给链轮轴4,使链轮轴4带动绕线盘2转动完成收线动作。
当地形崎岖不平时,动力轮6无法持续输出动力给绕线机构。此时,打开传动离合8,使动力轮6与排线器3传动分离后,摇动人工动力轮9;将动力通过链轮传动组件传递给链轮轴4,使链轮轴4带动绕线盘2转动;同时,链轮轴4将动力传递给排线器3,使排线器3中的螺杆转动以带动导轮进行排线,进而完成收线动作。
二、放线时,首先将装置固定在放线位置,闭合万向轮7刹车,并打开传动离合8以使动力轮6与排线器3传动分离后,工作人员手持光纤一头向放线放线移动并拖动光纤,使光纤带动绕线盘2转动,进而完成放线动作。

Claims (5)
1.一种双动力互补式光纤收放装置,其特征在于:包括承载机构、绕线机构、行走机构和人工动力轮;
其中,绕线机构转动连接在承载机构上以收放光纤;行走机构装配在承载机构底部以实现行走功能,且行走机构通过离合传动组件与绕线机构传动连接以将行走动力传递给绕线机构进而带动绕线机构转动;人工动力轮装配在承载机构顶部,并通过链轮传动组件与绕线机构传动连接以手动输入动力进而带动绕线机构转动。
2.根据权利要求1所述的双动力互补式光纤收放装置,其特征在于:绕线机构包括转动连接在承载机构上的绕线盘和排线器,且绕线盘与排线器传动连接;
人工动力轮通过链轮传动组件与绕线盘传动连接;行走机构通过离合传动组件与排线器传动连接。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的双动力互补式光纤收放装置,其特征在于:行走机构为三轮式行走结构,包括装配在承载机构行走前端的行走轮和动力轮,以及装配在承载机构行走后端的万向轮;
其中,动力轮通过离合传动组件与绕线机构传动连接。
4.根据权利要求3所述的双动力互补式光纤收放装置,其特征在于:行走轮和动力轮均采用充气式轮胎;万向轮为万向刹车轮。
5.根据权利要求1-2、4中任意一所述的双动力互补式光纤收放装置,其特征在于:承载机构为具有推拉操纵杆的金属框架。
