The invention provides a head fixing device for radiotherapy department, comprising: the device comprises a rack 1, wherein the rack 1 is movably provided with a baffle 11 and a connecting arm 12, and the baffle 11 is positioned below the connecting arm 12; in the height direction, the baffle 11 has a motion trend of reciprocating movement within a first displacement range, a bearing part 111 is arranged on one surface of the baffle 11, a plurality of different first preset displacement values are arranged within the first displacement range, and when the baffle 11 moves according to one of the first preset displacement values, the bearing part 111 is used for bearing the head; in the horizontal direction, the connecting arm 12 has a movement trend of horizontally moving towards the surface direction of the baffle 11 with the bearing part 111 within a second displacement range value, one end of the connecting arm 12, which is away from the frame 1, is provided with an abutting part 121, and a plurality of different second preset displacement values are arranged within the second displacement range value; when the supporting portion 111 supports the head, the connecting arm 12 moves according to one of the second preset displacement values, and then the abutting portion 121 abuts against the head of the person; and a locking mechanism 2, wherein the locking mechanism 2 is provided on the frame 1, and the locking mechanism 2 is used for locking the baffle 11 on the frame 1 when the supporting part 111 supports the head.
In practical application, the present application may be used in combination with a hospital bed (not shown in the drawings) in the prior art, specifically, the baffle 11 may be controlled to move upward or downward by a first preset displacement value according to the height of the hospital bed, which aims to ensure that the head can be supported by the supporting portion 111 when the patient lies on the hospital bed with his face facing upward, and of course, it is preferable that the supporting surface (the surface contacting the head) of the supporting portion 111 is flush with the supporting surface (the surface contacting the human body) of the hospital bed. After the head position is pre-fixed by the supporting part 111, the connecting arm 12 is controlled to horizontally move by a second preset displacement value, so that the abutting part 121 abuts against the surface of the head of the person, such as the area of the ventricle, and the function of fixing the head is achieved. In order to turn over the patient in situ from the lying state (without withdrawing the patient along the length direction of the sickbed and then placing the head on the supporting part 111), the abutting part 121 can be moved away from the head or the baffle plate 11 can be controlled to move downwards, so that the head of the patient is away from the abutting part 121, thus being convenient for turning over the patient in situ, the face of the patient lies down on the sickbed, of course, after the face of the patient faces the supporting part 111, the baffle plate 11 can be controlled to move upwards or downwards by a first preset displacement value according to the relative distance between the head and the abutting part 121 in the height direction, the head can be supported by the supporting part 111, the head position is pre-fixed by the supporting part 111, then the connecting arm 12 is controlled to horizontally move by a second preset displacement value, so that the abutting part 121 abuts against the head of the patient, such as the surface of the hindbrain area, and the effect of fixing the head is achieved. It is worth reminding that the first preset displacement value generated by the upward face of the person is different from or the same as the first preset displacement value generated by the downward face of the person, and of course, the numerical value difference degree depends on the head shape difference of different people; similarly, the second preset displacement value generated by the upward face is different from or the same as the second preset displacement value generated by the downward face, and the degree of the numerical difference is of course dependent on the difference of the head shapes of different people.
As described above, the supporting surface (the surface contacting the head) of the supporting portion 111 is preferably flush with the supporting surface (the surface contacting the human body) of the hospital bed, and of course, the second preset displacement value may be different even if the first preset displacement value is the same for people of different sizes (i.e. the horizontal height of the supporting portion 111 is the same for people of different sizes).
The utility model has the advantages of this application, when the people lie prone, through nimble high low position of adjusting supporting portion 111, can make the neck of people keep straight state, make the skin of neck expose completely, the radiotherapy equipment high efficiency of being convenient for acts on the neck, can not influence treatment effeciency and effect because of skin fold.
The crown can be abutted against the surface of the baffle 11 provided with the supporting part 111 to play a role in the predetermined positioning no matter when a person lies down or lies down, and of course, the structure arrangement plays a role in guiding and indicating the feeding distance of the connecting arm 12.
When the user adjusts the relative position between the abutting portion 121 and the supporting portion 111 according to the patient position, the user can adjust the relative position gradually by the judgment of the eyes, so that the abutting portion 121 effectively abuts against the head.
