An upper pressing plate 12 is arranged below the supporting plate 102, one end of an eccentric rotating rod 111, which is far away from the output shaft, is rotationally connected with the upper surface of the upper pressing plate 12, and after the motor module 11 is started, the upper pressing plate 12 is driven to move in a circular track through the eccentric rotating rod 111 on the surface of the output shaft; the lower surface of the support plate 102 is provided with a circular groove, the upper surface of the upper pressing plate 12 is provided with a support rod, and the upper end of the support rod is slidably arranged in the circular groove.
The lower pressing plate 13 is arranged below the upper pressing plate 12, the lower pressing plate 13 is connected with the upper pressing plate 12 through a plurality of springs, the design of the lower pressing plate 13 can squeeze and buffer chicken, and meanwhile, when the upper pressing plate 12 moves in a circular track, the upper pressing plate 12 can drive the lower pressing plate 13 to move in a circular track through the springs, so that the chicken can be pressed and kneaded, and meanwhile, the chicken is prevented from being deformed by pressing and kneading; the lower surface of the lower pressing plate 13 is provided with a plurality of salient points in an array arrangement, which is beneficial to improving the kneading effect of the chicken surface.
The working principle of chicken product treatment equipment is as follows:
firstly, chicken is placed on the surface of a placing plate 2, muscles are conveyed to the position below a first supporting frame 3 by the placing plate 2, through holes on the surface of the placing plate 2 correspond to a second sleeve 52 below a liquid guide plate 32 up and down, then a first hydraulic rod 31 is started to drive the liquid guide plate 32 to move downwards, and the liquid guide plate 32 drives a pickling seasoning guide assembly 5 to move downwards.
When the pickling seasoning guide component 5 corresponding to the chicken moves downwards, the lower end of the sleeve II 52 pierces the chicken, when the limiting block 522 contacts the chicken, the sleeve II 52 does not move any more, the sleeve I51 moves downwards relative to the sleeve II 52, the sleeve I51 drives the infusion tube 6 to move downwards, the infusion tube 6 pushes the puncture guide component 8 to move through the connector 7, and the puncture guide component 8 is pushed out of the guide hole 521 and pierces into chicken tissues.
When the infusion tube 6 moves downwards, the lower end of the infusion tube is communicated with the cavity inside the connector 7, the ejector rod 71 in the cavity pushes away the blocking piece 61 at the lower end of the infusion tube 6, the infusion tube 6 is communicated with the cavity inside so as to be communicated with the inside of the hose 85, at the moment, pickling seasoning in the liquid tank 4 enters the liquid guide plate 32 through the liquid guide tube 41, enters the infusion tube 6 through the runner inside the liquid guide plate 32, then enters the hose 85 through the connector 7, and enters chicken tissues through the through holes in the surface of the hose 85.
After the curing seasoning enters chicken tissues, the liquid guide plate 32 drives the curing seasoning guide assembly 5 to reset, the placing plate 2 conveys the placing plate 2 to the position below the second supporting frame 10, the second hydraulic rod 101 is started, the second hydraulic rod 101 drives the supporting plate 102 to move downwards, the upper pressing plate 12 and the lower pressing plate 13 move synchronously until the lower pressing plate 13 contacts with the surface of chicken, the motor module 11 is started at the moment, an output shaft of the motor module 11 is matched with the eccentric rotating rod 111 to drive the upper pressing plate 12 to move along a circular track, the upper pressing plate 12 drives the lower pressing plate 13 to move along a quasi-circular track through a spring, and the lower pressing plate 13 is utilized to carry out kneading treatment on the surface of the chicken so as to facilitate dispersion of the curing seasoning inside the chicken.
