the rule making unit is used for making a monitoring rule based on a patient monitoring project, wherein the monitoring rule comprises a medicine type, corresponding medicine dosage, medicine time and sign preset information;
and the second management unit is used for taking the monitoring means, the monitoring range and the monitoring rule as monitoring information.

the prompt unit is used for prompting the patient end to take medicine in a monitoring range based on the medicine taking time, and acquiring nursing contents and physical sign nursing information of the patient end personnel as nursing information through a monitoring means in the monitoring range, wherein the nursing contents comprise medicine taking types and corresponding medicine taking amounts;
and the guiding unit is used for guiding the nursing content to be transmitted to the patient end for medical nursing based on the monitoring information.

the information extraction unit is used for collecting a medicine picture to be used by a patient end in a monitoring range and extracting area identification information in medicines in the medicine picture;
the searching unit is used for searching in the original monitoring information based on the region identification information and the position information of the region identification information to obtain corresponding medicine types;
and the matching unit is used for acquiring the corresponding dosage in the monitoring rule based on the medicine type and taking the medicine type and the corresponding dosage as nursing contents.

the state monitoring unit is used for judging whether the nursing state of the nursing information is abnormal or not based on the monitoring rule;
