In this embodiment, the treatment plan display screen displays the types, doses, frequencies, treatment courses, and cautions of the drugs included in the plan, so as to guide the medical care personnel to perform corresponding medical measures on the patient according to the information. Meanwhile, when the display screen of the treatment scheme is displayed, the medical terminal 2 can also send corresponding prompts (such as prompting modes of sound, vibration and the like) so as to prompt medical staff to check in time.

in step S3, the plan control unit 14 controls the treatment plan search generation unit 15 to search the guidance information storage unit 12 and generate a corresponding anti-infective treatment plan based on the bacteriological examination/culture result, and then the process proceeds to step S7;
in step S4, the protocol control unit 14 controls the infection risk assessment generation unit 16 to generate infection risk assessment information on the patient based on the degree of infection indicated by the symptom information or the sign information and the examination result of the patient history in the medical history information, and then the process proceeds to step S5;
in step S5, the plan control unit 14 controls the treatment plan search generation unit 15 to search the guidance information storage unit and generate a corresponding standardized treatment plan based on the infection risk assessment information, the symptom information, and the physical sign information, and then the process proceeds to step S7;
in step S6, the plan control unit 14 controls the treatment plan search generation unit 15 to generate a corresponding infection prevention plan based on the infection site search guidance information storage unit 12 described in the medical record information, and then the process proceeds to step S7;
in step S7, the apparatus-side communication unit 21 transmits the protocol created in step S2, step S3, step S5, or step S6 to the medical care terminal 2 to be viewed by the medical care worker, and then proceeds to step S8;
in step S8, the protocol control section 14 controls the protocol effect information acquisition section 17 to acquire examination record information, which is subsequently updated by the patient, corresponding to the protocol generated in step S2, step S3, step S5, or step S6 as protocol effect information, and then proceeds to step S9;
in step S9, the project control section 14 controls the effect score search generation section 18 to search the guidance information storage section 12 and generate effect scores corresponding to the respective projects based on the project effect information acquired in step S8, and then proceeds to step S10;
in step S10, the score judging unit 19 judges whether the effect score generated by the effect score search generating unit 18 is lower than a preset effect criterion score, and if so, the process proceeds to step S11, and if not, the process proceeds to an end state;
in step S11, the protocol control unit 14 controls the treatment protocol search generation unit 15 to search the guidance information storage unit 12 according to the protocol effect information so as to perform the adjustment operation on the corresponding protocol, and then proceeds to step S12;
in step S12, the device-side communication unit 21 transmits the protocol adjusted in step S11 to the medical care terminal 2 to be viewed by the medical care worker, and then enters an end state.
Examples effects and effects
According to the infection prevention and control device provided by the embodiment, the infection information acquisition and determination part can automatically acquire the infection-related condition of the patient in the medical institution from the patient information storage part, and the infection prevention and control device can timely respond to the infection condition possibly occurring in the hospital by the treatment scheme retrieval and generation part according to the infection-related information retrieval and guidance information and generate a corresponding treatment scheme for the medical staff to process, so that the infection of the patient in the hospital can be timely prevented and controlled.
In addition, in the embodiment, the scheme effect information acquisition part acquires the subsequently updated information of the patient corresponding to each scheme, the effect score retrieval generation part scores the information to judge the effect of the patient after being treated by each scheme, and the treatment scheme retrieval generation part carries out step of adjusting the scheme with poor treatment effect.
In addition, in the embodiment, since the information captured each time by the infection prevention and control device and the generated plan are stored as the plan records in correspondence by the plan record storage unit, the medical staff can access the plan record storage unit through the medical terminal to summarize and analyze the plan periodically.

    a patient information storage unit, a guidance information storage unit, an infection information acquisition determination unit, a protocol control unit, a treatment protocol search generation unit, and an infection risk assessment generation unit,
    wherein the patient information storage unit stores at least patient information and medical record information about a patient and examination record information including symptom information, physical sign information, a bacteriological examination and culture result, and medical order information related to an infection,
    the guide information storage unit stores at least medical-related specialist consensus information and clinical guideline information,
    the infection information acquisition determination unit acquires the medical record information and/or the examination record information concerning the infection from the patient record storage unit as infection information and determines the content of the infection information,
    if the infection information is judged to contain the medical advice information, the plan control unit controls the treatment plan search generation unit to search the guidance information storage unit based on the medical advice information and generate a corresponding preventive medication plan,
    when it is determined that the infection information does not include the order information but includes the bacteriological examination/culture result, the plan control unit controls the treatment plan search/generation unit to search the guidance information storage unit based on the bacteriological examination/culture result and generate a corresponding anti-infective treatment plan,
    if the infection information is judged to contain only the symptom information and the physical sign information, the plan control unit controls the infection risk assessment generation unit to generate infection risk assessment information of the patient based on the infection degree indicated by the symptom information or the physical sign information and the test result of the patient history in the medical history information, and controls the treatment plan search generation unit to search the guidance information storage unit based on the infection risk assessment information, the symptom information and the physical sign information and generate a corresponding standardized treatment plan,
    when the infection information is determined to contain only the medical record information, the plan control unit controls the treatment plan search generation unit to search the guidance information storage unit to generate a corresponding infection prevention plan based on the infected site described in the medical record information.
  2. 2. The infection prevention and control device according to claim 1, further comprising:
    a plan effect information acquisition unit, an effect score search generation unit, and a score determination unit,
    wherein the plan control section controls the treatment plan search generation section to generate a plan, further controls the plan effect information acquisition section to acquire examination record information, which is updated subsequently, of the patient corresponding to the plan as plan effect information, and controls the effect search determination section to search the guidance information storage section and generate an effect score of the plan based on the plan effect information,
    , the plan creating section controls the treatment plan retrieval creating section to retrieve the guide information storage section based on the plan effect information so as to perform the adjustment operation for the corresponding preventive regimen, the anti-infective treatment plan, the standardized treatment plan or the infection prevention plan, when the score judging section judges that the effect score is smaller than the preset effect criterion score.

    wherein the adjustment operation comprises at least of the adjustment of the type of the antibacterial drug, the adjustment of the dosage, the adjustment of the frequency, the recommended use period, the withdrawal and replacement of the drug use indication and the monitoring problem of the main complication.
  4. 4. The infection prevention and control device according to claim 1, further comprising:
    a plan record storage unit for storing the individual plans generated by the treatment plan search generation unit, the infection information, and the patient information of the patient in association with each other.
  5. 5. The infection prevention and control device according to claim 1, wherein:
    wherein the preventive treatment plan includes a drug type, a dosage information, and a usage information of the antibacterial drug used in the order information,
    the anti-infection treatment scheme comprises the medicine type, the dosage information, the use information and the content to be monitored of the antibacterial medicine used aiming at the bacteriological examination culture result,
    the standardized treatment protocol comprises standard treatment recommendations and standard treatment procedures,
    the infection prevention program contains the drug type, the dosage information and the use information of the general antibacterial drugs.

    wherein the dosage information comprises at least dosage, output time, use frequency, use period and treatment course of the antibacterial drugs,
    the usage information includes at least of the precautions and methods of use of the antimicrobial drug.

    the dosage information adjusting unit is used for adjusting the dosage information according to the medical record information of the patient;
    and the scheme generating unit is used for generating a corresponding scheme according to the medicine type and the dosage information.
  8. An infection control system of species, comprising:
    a plurality of medical care terminals, which are respectively held by different medical care personnel and are in communication connection with the infection prevention and control device;
    the infection prevention and control device is respectively connected with each medical care terminal through a communication network and at least used for generating a preventive medication scheme, an anti-infection treatment scheme, a standardized treatment scheme or an infection prevention scheme and pushing the scheme to the medical care personnel,
    wherein the infection control device is the infection control device according to any of claims 1 to 7.
