The invention not only realizes the monitoring and management of the individual medicine taking behaviors of the chronic disease patients, but also expands the public health management system on the basis of monitoring the individual medicine taking behaviors of a plurality of chronic disease patients, and guides and supervises the individual medicine taking behaviors to be more rationalized and regulated through the big data advantages, authority and resources of the public health management system. The practical situations of a plurality of individuals are summarized and are in turn attested and corrected for the public health management system from practice, so that the construction and maintenance of the public health management system are further improved. The medical management system combines the monitoring result of the medicine taking action of individual patients, realizes the assistance effect on medical insurance administrative departments and strengthens the supervision on similar endowment institution services through the overall planning effect of the public health management system, thereby further perfecting the function of the existing public health management system.

the medicine taking unit is used for reminding and supervising a patient to take medicines according to regulations, recording medicine taking information and transmitting the medicine taking information to the cloud platform server;
the detection unit is used for detecting the physical condition of the patient with the chronic disease and automatically uploading the detected data to the cloud platform server through manual input or the detection unit;
the cloud platform server is used for storing information transmitted by each medicine taking unit, the detection unit and the public health end, counting, analyzing, judging and feeding back the received information, and transmitting the received, counted and analyzed information to the medicine taking unit and the public health management end;
the public health management terminal is used for supervising and receiving the medicine taking condition, the treatment effect and the associated data of the chronic disease patient in the district, analyzing the received data, evaluating the treatment scheme, providing guidance opinions or issuing instructions to hospitals and relevant doctors in the district to adjust the corresponding treatment scheme; and according to the received actual patient medicine taking condition and treatment effect, big data analysis is carried out, and a conventional reference treatment scheme is continuously optimized and output to a related party.

A public health management system based on administration of medication behaviors by chronic patients according to claim 1, wherein: the public health management terminal comprises an information comprehensive terminal and an early warning system, wherein the information comprehensive terminal receives the treatment scheme, the medication behavior data and the detection data transmitted by the cloud platform server, summarizes and analyzes the received information and judges the rationality of the original treatment scheme;
if the information integration end judges that the original treatment scheme is unreasonable, an early warning signal is sent out through an early warning system, and a guide suggestion or an adjustment instruction is sent out to hospitals and relevant doctors in the jurisdiction to reasonably adjust the original treatment scheme; if the original treatment scheme is judged to be reasonable, the original treatment scheme is compared with the conventional chronic disease treatment scheme stored in the original treatment scheme, if the comparison result exceeds the set range, the original treatment scheme enters a scheme database in the information comprehensive terminal, big data comparison and analysis of a plurality of samples are carried out, a new conventional treatment scheme is formed through continuous optimization, and the new conventional treatment scheme is output to be referred to hospitals, relevant doctors and other institutional personnel for treating chronic diseases.
3. A public health management system based on administration of medication behaviors by chronic patients according to claim 2, characterized in that: the information comprehensive end comprises an information storage module, a verification matching module and a filtering analysis module;
the information storage module is used for storing patient information, hospital and doctor information in a district, and treatment schemes, medication behavior data and detection data of all patients transmitted from the cloud platform server;
the verification matching module is used for identifying the identity of a patient in the district, the disease condition of the patient, the verification of diagnosis information and the matching and intercommunication with other public institution systems;
the filtering and analyzing module is used for filtering and eliminating abnormal data, summarizing and analyzing the received information, and providing guidance opinions or issuing adjustment instructions to the early warning system.

A public health management system based on administration of medication behaviour by chronic patients according to claims 1 to 3, characterised in that: the public health management terminal also comprises a feedback system, wherein the feedback system is used for receiving the instruction issued by the superior unit and issuing an implementation instruction to the management units in the jurisdiction so as to better serve the treatment and rehabilitation process of the chronic disease patient; the implementation instructions comprise follow-up survey, health education, medication behavior intervention, physiological index detection, curative effect evaluation, treatment scheme adjustment and referral assistance of a target patient.

A public health management system based on administration of medication behaviors by chronic patients according to claim 4, wherein: the public health management terminal also comprises a display system, wherein the display system is used for displaying system prompt information, and the prompt information comprises patient distribution information, disease information, medicine taking behavior information, early warning information, higher unit instruction information and instruction completion progress in the jurisdiction and instruction information and completion progress issued to a lower level.
