and (5) delivering out of a warehouse: the medical consumables are delivered according to the types and the quantity of the medical consumables required to be delivered, which are acquired in the delivery information acquisition step, and the traceability codes on the medical consumables are scanned when the medical consumables are delivered;
checking the ex-warehouse information: comparing the types and the numbers of medical consumables after actual ex-warehouse with the ex-warehouse clearance list acquired in the ex-warehouse information acquisition step;
the method comprises the following steps: using medical consumables which are discharged from a warehouse in a specified time, and recording the number of the medical consumables used each time;
and (3) recycling: recovering the medical consumables which are already in stock within a specified time, wherein the recovered medical consumables comprise used medical consumables and unused medical consumables, and the used medical consumables enter a collecting box by scanning a traceability code on the medical consumables when being recovered; the unused medical consumables execute a warehousing step, the traceability codes are scanned when the warehousing step is executed, and the same traceability codes are counted once;
primary statistics: if the used medical consumable traceability code in the recovery step is damaged and cannot be scanned, drying the medical consumable damaged by the traceability code, so as to obtain the weight of the medical consumable damaged by the traceability code, obtain the weight of a single used medical consumable, and further obtain the number of the medical consumables damaged by the traceability code;
and (3) primary judgment: judging the number of the recovered medical consumables and the number of the medical consumables in the warehouse-out, if the number of the used medical consumables and the total number of the unused medical consumables counted in the primary counting step are equal to the number of the medical consumables in the warehouse-out, and the scanned medical consumables traceability codes in the recovery step are in one-to-one correspondence with the scanned traceability codes in the warehouse-out step, or the number of the recovered used medical consumables and the total number of the unused medical consumables are not equal to the number of the medical consumables in the warehouse-out, if the number of the used medical consumables and the total number of the unused medical consumables are equal to the number of the medical consumables in the warehouse-out in the specified recovery time, and the scanned traceability codes in the medical consumables traceability codes and the traceability codes in the warehouse-out step are in one-to-one correspondence, continuing to execute the warehouse-out step;
if the number of the used medical consumables and the total number of the unused medical consumables are not equal to the number of the medical consumables in the warehouse-out process within the specified time, executing an actual use amount acquisition step, or executing a consumable traceability step if the traceability code of the medical consumables is not corresponding to the traceability code scanned in the warehouse-out process;
the actual usage amount is obtained: inquiring the actual use amount of the medical consumables according to the number of the medical consumables used each time recorded in the using step, and executing a secondary judging step;
and (3) secondary judgment: if the number of the used medical consumables in the recovery step is not equal to the actual number of the medical consumables, executing a consumable traceability step;

the use module: the output end is in electrical signal connection with the input end of the recovery module and is used for limiting the use time, using medical consumables which are delivered out of the warehouse in a specified time and recording the number of the medical consumables used each time;
