Abstract
本发明公开了外贴式建筑玻璃膜、其制备方法及应用,所述玻璃膜为TPU+基材+TPU的夹层结构,在一个TPU层涂布有抗污涂层作为外立面,起到多层防护,防止TPU层、基材层老化,提升了耐候性;此外,在抗污涂层内添加双硫键结构的苯并三唑紫外吸收剂,涂布于TPU层时,不仅起到抗紫外效果,在较高的室外温度作用下双硫键还能够与TPU发生重组交联,进一步提升强度,进而增强防护效果和耐候性,具有显著的应用价值。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及玻璃膜技术领域,具体为外贴式建筑玻璃膜、其制备方法及应用。
背景技术
建筑玻璃膜分为玻璃内贴膜和玻璃外贴膜两种。其中,内贴型的建筑玻璃膜在国内已经是非常成熟普遍的产品。由于会受到光照、冷热、风雨等的综合破坏,外贴型的建筑玻璃膜有耐候性的要求:即在城市建筑玻璃外侧贴膜后,至少保证数年不黄变,至少保证数年后抗拉强度符合要求。市场上现有的建筑玻璃膜主要是内贴型的,无法满足以上的耐候性;而市面上的外贴型的建筑玻璃膜也是沿用内贴型建筑玻璃膜的技术路径,如中国专利文献CN112480839A公开了一种防爆耐候外贴建筑膜,包括依次层叠的耐刮层、第一基材层、压敏胶层、第一金属层、第二金属层、第二基材层、安装胶层和离型膜层,没有从根本上去考虑材料的耐候性,在实际应用中受限。
因此,有必要提供一种新的外贴式建筑玻璃膜,以解决外贴建筑玻璃膜的耐候性问题。
发明内容
本发明提出一种外贴式建筑玻璃膜、其制备方法及应用,解决现有外贴建筑玻璃膜的耐候性问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明的方案如下:
本发明的第一个方面,提出一种外贴式建筑玻璃膜,包括依次层叠的以下各层:
压敏胶层:厚度20-40μm;
第一TPU层:厚度50-100μm;
第一胶粘层:厚度5-20μm;
基材层:厚度15-75μm;
第二胶粘层:厚度5-20μm;
第二TPU层:厚度50-100μm;
抗污涂层:厚度3-15μm,接触角>90°。
可选地,所述抗污涂层以脂肪族聚异氰酸酯和多元醇为原料,添加抗污助剂、溶剂、耐候材料和润湿助剂,通过扩链剂、催化剂聚合而成;所述脂肪族聚异氰酸酯与多元醇的羟基摩尔比为0.9-1.4。
优选地,按质量比,所述脂肪族聚异氰酸酯、多元醇与扩链剂之和:催化剂:抗污助剂:溶剂:耐候材料:润湿助剂为45:0.01:(2-6):(50-55):3:0.5;所述脂肪族聚异氰酸酯优选科思创N3580BA、N75、N3390、W。
优选地,所述耐候材料包括含双硫键结构的苯并三唑紫外吸收剂;更优选地,所述含双硫键结构的苯并三唑紫外吸收剂具有式(I)的结构式:
优选地,所述扩链剂为小分子多元醇,包括为丁二醇、乙二醇、丙二醇、甲基丙二醇中的一种或多种;
和/或,所述催化剂包括二丁基锡二月桂酸酯、辛酸亚锡中的一种或多种;
和/或,所述溶剂包括乙酸乙酯、乙酸丁酯中的至少一种;
和/或,所述润湿助剂采用有机硅流平剂;
和/或,所述抗污助剂为有机氟硅。
可选地,所述基材层为PET,和/或,所述压敏胶层采用丙烯酸压敏胶;和/或,所述第一胶粘层及第二胶粘层采用聚氨酯胶粘剂;和/或,所述第一TPU层和第二TPU层的可见光透光率>90%,UV透光率≤4%。
可选地,所述外贴式建筑玻璃膜还包括设于最内层和最外层的离型膜。
本发明的第二个方面,提出以上所述外贴式建筑玻璃膜的制备方法,步骤为:
S1.在基材表面镀上金属或无机盐膜,取两层基材,内侧通过染色胶粘剂复合得到基材层;
S2.分别在复合后的基材层表面涂布第一胶粘层、第二胶粘层,干燥后,双面分别与TPU层复合,得到复合有第一TPU层、第二TPU层的半成品;
S3.取第一离型膜,将离型面涂布压敏胶层,干燥后与第一TPU层复合;在第二TPU层涂布抗污涂层,然后与第二离型膜复合得到外贴式建筑玻璃膜。
本发明的第三个方面,提出一种建筑玻璃,所述建筑玻璃至少一面贴合有以上所述外贴式建筑玻璃膜,所述压敏胶层与玻璃表面贴合。
与现有技术相比,本发明具备以下有益效果:
1.本发明所述外贴式建筑玻璃膜采用TPU+基材+TPU的夹层结构,在一个TPU层涂布有抗污涂层作为外立面,起到多层防护,防止TPU层、基材层老化,提升了耐候性。
2.本发明所述外贴式建筑玻璃膜,采用抗污涂层作为外立面,并在抗污涂层内添加双硫键结构的苯并三唑紫外吸收剂,涂布于TPU层时,因抗污层含有大量氢键,针对那些不划破涂层的划痕,在加热到60℃的情况下涂层中的氢键是可以重新链接划痕处断裂的长分子链,从而达到划痕修复的效果;此外紫外吸收剂不仅起到抗紫外效果,在较高的室外温度作用下双硫键还能够与TPU发生重组交联,进一步提升强度,进而增强防护效果和耐候性。

具体实施方式
下面将结合优选的实施例对本发明的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
在一个实施例中,提供一种外贴式建筑玻璃膜的制备方法,具体操作步骤如下:
1.基材层-PET层的制备:
若对使用场景无特别要求时,从PET薄膜工厂直接采购可见光透过率大于90%的PET薄膜作为PET层,这种方式生产的玻璃膜优点是:采光好,可防止玻璃爆裂碎片砸伤楼下行人。若有透光率要求时,可根据实际情况采取下列三种途径来实现:
a.从PET薄膜厂家定制指定一种颜色,在一个可见光透光率范围内的薄膜;这种方式生产的玻璃膜优点是:可防止玻璃爆裂碎片砸伤楼下行人,保护室内隐私,防晒。
b.在PET薄膜上镀金属薄膜层,通过磁控溅射工艺在PET薄膜上镀金属层或者无机盐来达到降低可见光透光率,同时反射红外光辐射的作用。这种方式生产的玻璃膜优点是:可防止玻璃爆裂碎片砸伤楼下行人,保证采光好的同时,通过反射红外辐射来进行隔热。镀膜材料可以是铝Al、银Ag、铟In、镁Mg、镍Ni、镍铬合金NiCr、铜Cu、氮化钛TiN等金属以及合金;或,二氧化钛TiO2、二氧化锆ZrO2、二氧化铪HfO2、一氧化钛TiO、五氧化三钛Ti3O5、五氧化二铌Nb2O5、五氧化二钽Ta2O5、氧化钇Y2O3、氧化锌ZnO等高纯氧化物;或,氟化钕NbF3、氟化钡BaF2、氟化铈CeF3、氟化镁MgF2、氟化镧LaF3、氟化钇YF3、氟化镱YbF3、氟化铒ErF3等高纯氟化物。
c.两层透明的PET薄膜中间通过涂布夹层染色胶粘剂的方式生产染色PET薄膜。染色胶粘剂是丙烯酸胶粘树脂+染料搅拌混合制成。丙烯酸胶粘树脂可以选用:三沃化学的SAA1401,上海绘兰WA240,或者WA234,染料可选择碳黑、酞青蓝、颜料黄(分子式C17H15ClN4O5)、颜料红(分子式C25H18ClN5O4)等优良的耐热稳定性、耐光耐气候牢度颜料。具体方式是:先在一层PET薄膜上涂布染色胶粘剂,过烘箱彻底干燥后,与另一层PET薄膜复合即可。双层PET复合完毕后,使得PET基材层的厚度达到15-75μm。
2.PET层的生产完成后,接着继续在PET层上涂布胶粘层,过烘箱彻底干燥后,与第一TPU层复合;然后在上述半成品膜的另一个PET面继续涂胶粘层,过烘箱彻底干燥后,与第二TPU层复合。
3.压敏胶层涂布。离型膜的离型面涂布压敏胶层,过烘箱彻底干燥后,与步骤2的半成品的第一TPU层复合。
4.抗污涂层涂布。在步骤3形成的半成品的第二TPU层表面,涂布聚氨酯抗污涂层,经过烘箱干燥后,彻底挥发完树脂中溶剂,然后双面再跟离型膜复合。复合后成品继续在气温为40-50℃的空间内静止放置48-72小时。产品即生产完毕。最终得到的外贴式建筑玻璃膜结构如图1所示。
上述实施例中,各功能层的材料选择及参数如下:
离型膜层:市场上普通的有机硅型离型膜(离型剂为有机硅的离型膜),作用是在贴玻璃前保护压敏胶层和抗污涂层。
TPU层:TPU是热塑性聚氨酯的简称,优选耐黄变性能好的TPU,如聚己内酯型TPU薄膜,厚度50-100μm,可见光透光率>90%,UV透光率≤4%。
PET层:PET是聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯的简称,使用的PET层厚度15-75μm,PET层的可见光透光率是可以根据使用的场景来选择性生产的。
压敏胶层:耐候型丙烯酸压敏胶,厚度20-40μm,起到把玻璃膜粘贴在玻璃上的作用,可选择佛山领固的NP9022或者长兴化工的SF08。
胶粘层:使用聚氨酯胶粘剂,厚度5-20μm,起到将TPU层和PET层粘合的作用。聚氨酯胶粘剂可选择亚什兰的2130-65S/110或者艾卡新材料的YPU6006。
抗污涂层:耐黄变疏水型聚氨酯涂层,水滴接触角大于90°,厚度3-15μm。
在优选的实施例中,选用抗污涂层树脂配方以异氰酸酯和多元醇为原料,通过扩链剂、催化剂、抗污助剂、溶剂、耐候材料和润湿助剂,制备而成,所述异氰酸酯中的异氰酸与多元醇的羟基摩尔比为0.9-1.4,优选为1.1-1.3,所述催化剂的加入量是原料总量的0.01-0.1%,得到自修复聚氨酯树脂的固含量为30-50%。
在更优选的实施例中,为保证自修复聚氨酯树脂不老化不黄变,满足户外阳光的暴晒,所述异氰酸酯采用脂肪族聚异氰酸酯,可选择:科思创N3580BA、N75、N3390、W;所述多元醇可选用聚己内酯多元醇(PLC),可选择:湖南聚仁PCL-2200系列,PCL-3000系列;进一步多元醇可选用羟基聚氨酯聚合物,可选择:科思创/>670、/>670BA、/>680BA;所述扩链剂采用小分子多元醇,优选为丁二醇、乙二醇、丙二醇、甲基丙二醇中的一种;催化剂采用二丁基锡二月桂酸酯、辛酸亚锡的一种;为了保证自修复聚氨酯树脂具有低表面能减轻污渍附着,抗污助剂采用有机氟硅,如JF-35,加入量是原料总量的2-6%;所述溶剂采用乙酸乙酯或乙酸丁酯;所述润湿助剂采用有机硅流平剂如:BYK300、BYK307。自修复聚氨酯树脂所有组分含水率必须低于0.03%。
在自修复聚氨酯树脂中,PU为脂肪族聚异氰酸酯,多元醇,扩链剂的混合物,且PU中的异氰酸(-NCO)与羟基(-OH)摩尔比为0.9-1.4,优先为1.25;在自修复聚氨酯树脂中,PU:催化剂:抗污助剂:溶剂:耐候材料:润湿助剂=45:0.01:2-6:50-55:3:0.5。按照上述配比称量后即可得到自修复聚氨酯树脂。
上述实施例中,所述自修复聚氨酯树脂中含有大量氢键,针对那些不划破涂层的划痕,在加热到60℃的情况下涂层中的氢键是可以重新链接划痕处断裂的长分子链,从而达到划痕修复的效果。因为本涂层的水滴接触角大于90°,使该涂层的表面具备类似荷叶疏水的效果,可以抵抗户外水性污染物的沉积而达到抗污的作用。
上述实施例中,所述耐候材料采用包括含双硫键结构的苯并三唑紫外吸收剂。在较高的室外温度作用下双硫键还能够与TPU发生重组交联,进一步提升强度,进而增强防护效果和耐候性。更优选地,所述含双硫键结构的苯并三唑紫外吸收剂具有式(I)的结构式:
以下是具体示例,采用以上实施例所述制备方法得到,仅作为优选的示例,用于验证以上技术方案及效果。
实施例1~3的外贴式建筑玻璃膜层叠参数如表1所示。

其中,实施例1-3中抗污涂层分别以表2的成分,并按照质量比PU:催化剂:抗污助剂:溶剂:耐候材料:润湿助剂为45:0.01:(2-6):(50-55):3:0.5进行制备。耐候材料选择结构为式(I)的含双硫键的苯并三唑紫外吸收剂。

外贴式建筑玻璃膜不同之处在于没有抗污涂层,其他同实施例3。
对比例2
抗污涂层中不含耐候材料,其他同实施例3。
对比例3
抗污涂层中耐候材料为不含双硫键的热稳定性紫外吸收剂UV-327,其他同实施例3。
对比例4
抗污涂层中耐候材料为不含双硫键的热稳定性紫外吸收剂UV-571,其他同实施例3。
实验例1性能检测
对以上实施例1~3进行强度检测,结合对比例1~3进行耐候性检测,结果分别如表3和表4所示。分别取实施例提供的外贴建筑膜制成小块的样品,按照GB/T 29061-2012《建筑玻璃用功能膜》标准的要求检测其断裂最大拉力、断裂延伸率及粘接力。
检测结果:上述实施例1~3及对比例1~4的外贴建筑膜在断裂最大拉力、断裂延伸率、黏结力及透射比等性能均符合标准的要求。其中实施例1~3断裂最大拉力均达到1000N以上。
实验例2老化实验
按照GB/T 29061-2012《建筑玻璃用功能膜》标准的要求,进行耐老化性能测试,将试样置于耐老化试验装置中,外贴膜的抗污涂层(或未涂有压敏胶的TPU层)的一面朝向光源,照射1200h,随后取出检测相关性能,具体如表3所示。

从表3不难看出,实施例1~3经老化试验后,各方面性能仍能够保持,且下降幅度不大,满足耐候性的要求。对比例1~3经老化试验后,各方面性能存在不同程度的下降,对比例1没有抗污涂层,性能显著下降,说明抗污涂层能够起到明显的防护作用,对比例2未添加耐候材料,存在中度黄变,而对比例3-4中仅添加常规的热稳定型紫外吸收剂,也存在轻度黄变,说明耐候材料的添加有助于提升外贴膜的耐候性。但实施例3相对于对比例3的耐候性显著要高,可能的原因在于,实施例3中存在双硫键的紫外吸收剂涂布于TPU层表面时,不仅起到抗紫外效果,在较高的温度作用下双硫键还能够与TPU发生重组交联,降低聚合物发生降解或化学键断裂产生黄变的可能性,重组交联能够弥补材料强度,进而增强防护效果和耐候性。
从老化试验来看,以上实施例提供的外贴式建筑玻璃膜符合标准的要求,能够满足使用年限内的耐候性要求,具有显著的应用价值。
尽管已经示出和描述了本发明的实施例,对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以理解在不脱离本发明的原理和精神的情况下可以对这些实施例进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型,本发明的范围由所附权利要求及其等同物限定。
Claims (10)
1.外贴式建筑玻璃膜,其特征在于,包括依次层叠的以下各层:
压敏胶层:厚度20-40μm;
第一TPU层:厚度50-100μm;
第一胶粘层:厚度5-20μm;
基材层:厚度15-75μm;
第二胶粘层:厚度5-20μm;
第二TPU层:厚度50-100μm;
抗污涂层:厚度3-15μm,接触角>90°。
2.根据权利要求1所述的外贴式建筑玻璃膜,其特征在于,所述抗污涂层以脂肪族聚异氰酸酯和多元醇为原料,添加抗污助剂、溶剂、耐候材料和润湿助剂,通过扩链剂、催化剂聚合而成;所述脂肪族聚异氰酸酯与多元醇的羟基摩尔比为0.9-1.4。
3.根据权利要求2所述的外贴式建筑玻璃膜,其特征在于,按质量比,所述脂肪族聚异氰酸酯、多元醇与扩链剂之和:催化剂:抗污助剂:溶剂:耐候材料:润湿助剂为45:0.01:(2-6):(50-55):3:0.5。
4.根据权利要求2所述的外贴式建筑玻璃膜,其特征在于,所述耐候材料为含双硫键结构的苯并三唑紫外吸收剂。
5.根据权利要求4所述的外贴式建筑玻璃膜,其特征在于,所述含双硫键结构的苯并三唑紫外吸收剂具有式(I)的结构式:
6.根据权利要求2所述的外贴式建筑玻璃膜,其特征在于,所述扩链剂为小分子多元醇,包括为丁二醇、乙二醇、丙二醇、甲基丙二醇中的一种或多种;
和/或,所述催化剂包括二丁基锡二月桂酸酯、辛酸亚锡中的一种或多种;
和/或,所述溶剂包括乙酸乙酯、乙酸丁酯中的至少一种;
和/或,所述润湿助剂采用有机硅流平剂;
和/或,所述抗污助剂为有机氟硅。
7.根据权利要求1所述的外贴式建筑玻璃膜,其特征在于,所述基材层为PET;和/或,所述压敏胶层采用丙烯酸压敏胶;和/或,所述第一胶粘层及第二胶粘层采用聚氨酯胶粘剂;和/或,所述第一TPU层和第二TPU层的可见光透光率>90%,UV透光率≤4%。
8.根据权利要求1所述的外贴式建筑玻璃膜,其特征在于,还包括设于最内层和最外层的离型膜。
9.权利要求1-8任意一项所述外贴式建筑玻璃膜的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤为:
S1.在基材表面镀上金属或无机盐膜,取两层基材,内侧通过染色胶粘剂复合得到基材层;
S2.分别在复合后的基材层表面涂布第一胶粘层、第二胶粘层,干燥后,双面分别与TPU层复合,得到复合有第一TPU层、第二TPU层的半成品;
S3.取第一离型膜,将离型面涂布压敏胶层,干燥后与第一TPU层复合;在第二TPU层涂布抗污涂层,然后与第二离型膜复合得到外贴式建筑玻璃膜。
10.一种建筑玻璃,其特征在于,所述建筑玻璃至少一面贴合有权利要求1-8任意一项所述外贴式建筑玻璃膜,所述压敏胶层与玻璃表面贴合。
