deionized water 62,
1.2 parts of silver row auxiliary agent,
2.5 parts of an adhesive force aid,
an amino resin 7,
0.35 part of wetting agent, which is used for wetting the surface of the substrate,
0.25 part of the dispersing agent, and the water is mixed with the water,
chameleon powder 9.
The primer layer comprises the following components in parts by weight:
85 parts of water-based acrylic resin,
dimethylethanolamine DMEA 0.25,
deionized water 11,
diethylene glycol butyl ether 2.5,
ethylene glycol butyl ether 2.5 percent,
1.5 parts of special defoamer,
the amino resin 12 is a polymer of a polymer,
0.25 part of wetting agent, which is used for wetting the surface of the substrate,
2.5 parts of an adhesive force aid,
carbon black paste 11.
The preparation method of the primer comprises the following steps:
step a, premixing ethylene glycol butyl ether and diethylene glycol butyl ether;
b, adding the aqueous acrylic resin into the mixture obtained in the step a, and mixing for 10min to ensure that the resin is completely and uniformly mixed;
step c, adding dimethylethanolamine DMEA, adding a small amount of dimethylethanolamine DMEA for multiple times to ensure complete neutralization, and stirring for 10min; adding deionized water, and stirring for 5min;
step d, adding a defoaming agent, a wetting agent and an adhesive force auxiliary agent, and stirring for 5min;
step e, adding amino resin, uniformly mixing, adding carbon black color paste, and stirring for 10min to obtain a primer;
the preparation method of the finishing paint comprises the following steps:
step a, mixing the aqueous acrylic resin with dimethylethanolamine DMEA, adding the dimethylethanolamine DMEA a small amount of times to ensure complete neutralization, and then stirring for 10min; adding deionized water, and stirring for 5min;
step b, adding silver row auxiliary agent, wetting agent, dispersing agent and adhesive force auxiliary agent, and stirring for 5min;
step c, adding amino resin, uniformly mixing, adding chameleon powder, and stirring for 10min to obtain finish paint;
a method for preparing an aqueous chameleon baking finish coating, comprising the following steps:
degreasing the base material aluminum plate 1, and polishing for later use;
mixing the primer with purified water according to a ratio of 1:01 to obtain primer slurry;
coating the primer slurry on the upper layer of the prepared substrate, and then baking at a first preset temperature to obtain a cured primer layer 2;
mixing the finish paint with purified water according to the proportion of 1:0.2 to obtain finish paint slurry;
and (3) coating the finish slurry on the cured primer layer, and then baking at a second preset temperature to obtain the chameleon baking finish layer 3. The resulting chameleon coated panel is shown in FIG. 1.
The results and the test standards of the chameleon baking finish layer obtained in example 1 are shown in Table 1:

As can be seen from the table, the chameleon baking varnish for spraying prepared by the scheme improves the surface defect of the baking varnish after being formed into a film, has the effects of salt spray resistance and alcohol wiping resistance, and has strong adhesive force.

1.5 to 2.2 parts of dimethylethanolamine DMEA,
60-62 parts of deionized water,
0.8-1.2 parts of silver row auxiliary agent,
1.5 to 2.5 parts of adhesive force auxiliary agent,
5-7 parts of amino resin,
0.25-0.35 part of wetting agent,
0.15-0.25 part of dispersing agent,
6-9 parts of chameleon powder.
2. The aqueous color-changing Long Kaoqi coating according to claim 1, wherein the primer layer comprises the following components in parts by weight:
65-85 parts of water-based acrylic resin,
dimethyl ethanolamine DMEA0.15-0.25 weight portions,
9-11 parts of deionized water,
1.5 to 2.5 parts of diethylene glycol butyl ether,
1.5 to 2.5 parts of ethylene glycol butyl ether,
0.5 to 1.5 portions of special defoamer,
10-12 parts of amino resin,
0.15-0.25 part of wetting agent,
1.5 to 2.5 parts of adhesive force auxiliary agent,
9-11 parts of carbon black color paste.
3. The aqueous color-changing Long Kaoqi coating according to claim 1, wherein the topcoat layer comprises the following components in parts by weight: 20 parts of water-based acrylic resin,
1.8 parts of dimethylethanolamine DMEA,
61 parts of deionized water,
1 part of silver row auxiliary agent,
2 parts of adhesive force auxiliary agent,
6 parts of amino resin, and the like,
0.3 part of wetting agent, and the like,
0.2 part of wetting dispersant, and the like,
8 parts of chameleon powder.
4. The aqueous color-changing Long Kaoqi coating according to claim 2, wherein the primer layer comprises the following components in parts by weight:
70 parts of water-based acrylic resin,
dimethylethanolamine DMEA 0.2 parts,
10 parts of deionized water,
2 parts of diethylene glycol butyl ether,
2 parts of ethylene glycol butyl ether,
0.8 part of an antifoaming agent, and the like,
11 parts of an amino resin, and the amino resin,
0.2 part of wetting agent, and the like,
2 parts of adhesive force auxiliary agent,
10 parts of carbon black color paste.
5. The aqueous color shifting Long Kaoqi coating of claim 1, wherein: the silver discharging auxiliary agent is selected from Pick BYK 8421.
6. The aqueous color shifting Long Kaoqi coating according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein: the adhesive force auxiliary agent is Libo 2062.
7. The aqueous color shifting Long Kaoqi coating of claim 1, wherein: the amino resin is selected from CYMEL 325 amino resin.
8. The aqueous color shifting Long Kaoqi coating according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein: the wetting agent is selected from Tego 270 wetting agents.
9. The aqueous color shifting Long Kaoqi coating of claim 1, wherein: the dispersant is selected from the group consisting of the Pick BYK192 dispersant.
10. The aqueous color shifting Long Kaoqi coating according to claim 2, wherein: the amino resin is selected from CYMEL 327 amino resin, and the defoamer is BYK-028 of BYK.
