firstly, adjusting the position of a grinding wheel 2, the distance between a clamping seat 401 and a lifting table 503 and the distance between the clamping seat 401 and a grinding wheel 2 according to the model of an ampoule needing to be scored, specifically, pressing a clamping plate 302 to rotate a rotating handle 301 so as to drive an adjusting screw I201 to rotate, adjusting the positions of a sliding block 103 and the grinding wheel 2, enabling the edge of the grinding wheel 2 to correspond to the neck position of the ampoule, rotating an adjusting screw II 702 to drive a moving block 701 and a vertical rod 601 to move, adjusting the distance between the inner side wall of the clamping seat 401 and the grinding wheel 2, enabling the distance between the inner side wall of the clamping seat and the neck of the ampoule to adapt to the distance between the inner side wall of the clamping seat and the neck of the ampoule, adjusting the height of a fixed wheel 901 according to the positions of the grinding wheel 2 and a driving wheel 902, controlling the rotation of a motor I501 to adjust the lifting height of the lifting table 503, enabling the fixed wheel 901 and the driving wheel 902 to rotate to correspond to the position below when the lifting table 503 is lifted, and enabling the axis of the ampoule to be clamped between a supporting roller 402 and a limiting frame 404 to enable the axis of the ampoule to be aligned with the axis of the driving motor 101, and locking the clamping seat 401 to be locked;
the first motor 501 drives the lifting platform 503 to be in a lower position, the ampoule is placed between the two supporting rollers 402, the first electric cylinder 403 drives the limiting frame 404 to descend, the ampoule is pressed between the two supporting rollers 402, then the first motor 501 drives the driving screw 502 to rotate, the lifting platform 503 and the clamping frame are driven to ascend, so that the ampoule is driven to ascend to a height corresponding to the second electric cylinder 801, the second electric cylinder 801 pushes the limiting seat 802 to move towards the ampoule, the head of the ampoule is clamped by the limiting seat 802, and meanwhile, the second electric cylinder 801 pushes the ampoule to be pressed on the inner side wall of the clamping seat 401, so that the neck of the ampoule corresponds to the grinding wheel 2;
the driving motor 101 drives the driving plate 102 and the grinding wheel 2 to rotate, the grinding wheel 2 rotates around the neck of the ampoule to score, the grinding wheel 2 contacts with the fixed wheel 901 when the driving wheel 902 rotates to the lower side, the fixed wheel 901 blocks the driving wheel 902, the driving wheel 902 drives the rotating shaft 104 and the grinding wheel 2 to rotate, so that the grinding wheel 2 can score the ampoule at different positions, then the motor I501 drives the lifting table 503 to descend, the electric cylinder I403 drives the limiting frame 404 to ascend, and the scored ampoule can be taken down from between the two supporting rollers 402.

Claims (9)

1. The bottleneck scoring device comprises a machine body (1) and a grinding wheel (2), and is characterized by further comprising:
the scoring mechanism is used for driving the grinding wheel (2) to rotate so as to score the bottleneck, and comprises:
a drive motor (101), the drive motor (101) being arranged on the machine body (1);
the driving plate (102), the driving plate (102) is arranged at the output end of the driving motor (101), a sliding block (103) is arranged on the driving plate (102) in a sliding manner, and the grinding wheel (2) is rotatably arranged on the sliding block (103) through a rotating shaft (104);
the distance adjusting assembly is used for adjusting the distance between the axis of the grinding wheel (2) and the axis of the driving motor (101);
the feeding mechanism is used for moving the ampoule to the scoring position and comprises a limiting component and a lifting component:
the limiting assembly is used for limiting the ampoule;
wherein, lifting assembly is used for right spacing subassembly goes up and down, lifting assembly includes:
the first motor (501) is arranged at the bottom of the machine body (1) in a sliding way;
the driving screw rod (502), the driving screw rod (502) is arranged at the output end of the motor I (501), and the driving screw rod (502) is in threaded fit with the machine body (1);
the limiting component is arranged on the lifting table (503) through a position adjusting component;
the position adjusting component comprises a height adjusting piece and a distance adjusting piece;
the height adjusting piece is used for adjusting the height of the limiting assembly;
the distance adjusting piece is used for adjusting the distance between the limiting assembly and the grinding wheel (2) along the axial direction of the ampoule.
2. The bottleneck scoring device of claim 1, further comprising a centering assembly, the centering assembly comprising:
the second electric cylinder (801) is rotatably arranged on the driving plate (102), and the axial lead of the second electric cylinder (801) is overlapped with the axial lead of the driving motor (101);
the limiting seat (802), limiting seat (802) set up the output of electronic jar two (801), limiting seat (802) are the toper for carry out spacingly to the head of ampoule.
3. The bottleneck scoring device of claim 2, wherein the stop assembly comprises:
a clamping seat (401);
the support rollers (402) are arranged, the support rollers (402) are rotatably arranged on the clamping seat (401);
an electric cylinder I (403), wherein the electric cylinder I (403) is arranged on the clamping seat (401);
and the limiting frame (404) is arranged at the output end of the first electric cylinder (403).
4. A bottleneck scoring device in accordance with claim 3, wherein said lifting assembly further comprises:
the limiting rod (504), the limiting rod (504) is arranged at the bottom of the lifting table (503), and the limiting rod (504) and the machine body (1) are in sliding fit.
5. The bottleneck scoring device of claim 4, wherein said height adjuster comprises:
the vertical rod (601) is arranged on the distance adjusting piece;
the height-adjusting seat (602) is arranged on the clamping seat (401), and the height-adjusting seat (602) and the vertical rod (601) are in sliding fit;
the locking bolt (603), locking bolt (603) screw thread sets up on increaseing seat (602), locking bolt (603) with pole setting (601) contact.
6. The bottleneck scoring device of claim 5, wherein said pitch adjustment member comprises:
a moving block (701), wherein the moving block (701) is slidably arranged on the lifting platform (503), and the upright (601) is arranged on the moving block (701);
and the second adjusting screw (702) is rotatably arranged on the lifting table (503), and the moving block (701) is in threaded fit with the second adjusting screw (702).
7. A bottleneck scoring device according to claim 6, wherein the drive plate (102) is provided with a clamping member for limiting the adjustment screw one (201), the clamping member comprising:
a turning handle (301), said turning handle (301) being arranged at the end of said adjusting screw one (201);
the clamping plate (302) is arranged on the driving plate (102) through a compression spring, and the clamping plate (302) is in contact with the rotating handle (301).
8. A bottleneck scoring apparatus as claimed in claim 7, further comprising a rotation assembly for rotating the angle of the grinding wheel (2), the rotation assembly comprising:
the fixed wheel (901) is arranged on the lifting platform (503) through a telescopic rod and a supporting spring (903);
the driving wheel (902), the fixed suit of driving wheel (902) is in the periphery of pivot (104), the periphery of driving wheel (902) is provided with a plurality of non-slipping blocks (103), non-slipping blocks (103) with tight pulley (901) contact.
9. The bottleneck scoring device of claim 8, wherein said pitch adjustment assembly comprises:
the first adjusting screw (201) is rotatably arranged on the driving plate (102), and the sliding block (103) is in threaded fit with the first adjusting screw (201).
