Example 5
The industrial water-free greasy dirt hand washing cream consists of the following components in parts by weight: 84.9% of rich hydrogel, 1% of fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether, 2% of isomeric tridecanol polyoxyethylene ether, 2% of frosted particles, 5% of glycerol, 3% of aloe extract, 1% of essence, 0.1% of kathon and 1% of citric acid.
The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) Dispersing carbomer in water, stirring uniformly to prepare 0.5% carbomer aqueous solution, adding triethanolamine, stirring uniformly to neutralize the obtained composition, namely the hydrogel, wherein the mass ratio of carbomer to triethanolamine is 1:1. (2) Adding formula amount of fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether, isomeric tridecanol polyoxyethylene ether, frosted particles, glycerin, aloe extract, essence and kathon under the stirring condition of the step (1), and regulating the pH value of a system by using citric acid to obtain the industrial water-oil-stain-free hand washing cream.
Example 6:
the industrial water-free greasy dirt hand washing cream consists of the following components in parts by weight: 87.4% of rich hydrogel, 1% of fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether, 1% of isomeric tridecanol polyoxyethylene ether, 1% of frosted particles, 5% of glycerol, 3% of aloe extract, 0.5% of essence, 0.1% of kathon and 1% of citric acid.
The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) Dispersing carbomer in water, stirring uniformly to prepare 0.5% carbomer aqueous solution, adding triethanolamine, stirring uniformly to neutralize the obtained composition, namely the hydrogel, wherein the mass ratio of carbomer to triethanolamine is 1:1. (2) Adding formula amount of fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether, isomeric tridecanol polyoxyethylene ether, frosted particles, glycerin, aloe extract, essence and kathon under the stirring condition of the step (1), and regulating the pH value of a system by using citric acid to obtain the industrial water-oil-stain-free hand washing cream.

Claims (3)
1. The industrial water-free greasy dirt hand-washing cream is characterized by being prepared from the following components in percentage by weight: 74.9-87.4% of rich hydrogel, 1-2% of fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether, 1-2% of isomeric tridecanol polyoxyethylene ether, 1-2% of frosted particles, 5-10% of glycerol, 3-5% of aloe extract, 0.5-1% of essence, 0.1% of pinus koraiensis and 1-3% of citric acid, wherein the rich hydrogel is a carbomer and triethanolamine composition, and the preparation method comprises the following steps: dispersing carbomer in water, stirring uniformly to prepare 0.5% carbomer aqueous solution, adding triethanolamine, stirring uniformly to neutralize the obtained composition, namely the hydrogel, wherein the mass ratio of carbomer to triethanolamine is 1:1, the frosted particles are mixture of walnut shell crushed particles and perlite crushed particles, and the preparation method comprises the following steps: mixing walnut shell crushed particles and perlite crushed particles which are screened by 80 meshes to obtain frosted particles, wherein the mass ratio of the walnut shell crushed particles to the perlite crushed particles is 1:1.
2. the industrial water-free oil stain hand-washing cream according to claim 1, wherein the hydrogel is a formula system carrier, the fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether and the isomeric tridecyl alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether are industrial oil stain cleaning agents, the frosted particles are auxiliary synergists, the glycerol and aloe extract are moisturizing skin care agents, the pinus koraiensis is a bacteriostatic agent, and the citric acid is a pH value regulator.

A method of preparing an industrial grade water-free greasy dirt hand wash cream as claimed in any one of claims 1 or 2, comprising the steps of: (1) Dispersing carbomer in water, stirring and dispersing uniformly, adding triethanolamine, stirring and dispersing uniformly, and neutralizing to obtain the final product. (2) And (3) adding the formula amount of fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether, isomeric tridecanol polyoxyethylene ether, frosted particles, glycerol, aloe extract, essence and pinus koraiensis in sequence under the stirring condition of the step (1), and regulating the pH value of a system to be between 6 and 7 by using citric acid to obtain the industrial water-free greasy dirt hand washing cream.
