Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of medical appliances, in particular to a plastic handle acupuncture tube needle with a needle tube and an assembling method thereof.
Background
The traditional Chinese medical acupuncture needle belongs to a miniature medical instrument, and the acupuncture needle with the needle inlet tube is characterized in that the needle handle is fixed on the inner side surface of the needle inlet tube in a state that a part of the needle handle protrudes from the opening end of the needle inlet tube, so that the needle handle is not detached in the production, packaging and transportation processes, and the needle handle is detached from the needle inlet tube easily when in acupuncture treatment, so that the connection firmness of the needle inlet tube and the needle handle is always restricted by the safe operation in the industry, the needle handle is not detached easily when the needle handle is too firm, and the needle handle is detached easily when the needle handle is too loose. In the prior art, a wedge-shaped sheet (inserting sheet) is generally inserted into a gap between a needle handle and a needle inlet tube to fix the needle handle and the needle inlet tube, and the inserting sheet is firstly taken out and then a needle is penetrated into an acupoint through a catheter in use, so that the inserting sheet becomes redundant garbage, and the fixing inserting sheet sometimes falls off or loosens in the transportation process, so that the fixing mode has a plurality of defects and shortcomings; in addition, the needle handle and the needle inlet tube are adhered by an ultraviolet light dispensing and curing mode, although the needle handle and the needle inlet tube can be operated by one hand by using the lever principle with the glue fixing point as a fulcrum, the defects are that the procedure is complicated, the connection fastness is uneven, special glue is needed, and the manufacturing cost is increased.
According to the search, as in patent application No. 200480044247.8, publication No. 2007, 9 and 26 discloses a method for fixing an acupuncture needle and a needle insertion tube, in which an acupuncture needle having a metal shank is fixed in a resin needle insertion tube, and the resin at the contact portion between the surface of the shank of the acupuncture needle and the inner surface of the needle insertion tube is melted and fixed by high-frequency induction heating or microwave heating. In this case, the fixing strength between the needle and the tube can be changed by forming the concave-convex portion such as the protruding portion on the metal shank. This application uses high frequency induction heating or microwave heating, and the needle handle must be made of metal, which is not applicable to the current common plastic handles.
Patent document 1, japanese patent laid-open No. 8-10310;
patent document 2, japanese patent laid-open No. 9-28758;
in the fixing method using ultrasonic welding described in the above two patent documents, when the needle handle and the needle inlet tube are formed of the same resin, a convex portion is formed in advance on a part of the outer peripheral surface of the resin needle handle molded on the base end side of the needle handle, the needle inlet tube of the same resin as the needle handle is put on the needle handle, the outer end of the needle handle protrudes from the needle inlet tube, the convex portion of the needle handle is located in the needle tube, and ultrasonic welding is performed between the convex portion of the needle handle and the inner peripheral surface of the needle inlet tube in contact with the convex portion of the needle handle. This document requires that the projection 2a is formed in advance on the outer circumferential surface of the resin shank and then ultrasonic welding is performed, the welding strength is greatly affected by the shape and size of the projection 2a, and it is easy to attach and detach, whereas if the projection 2a is formed in advance on the outer circumferential surface of the shank, the method for assembling the plastic shank acupuncture needle can only be completed by one-step molding through an injection molding method, but cannot adopt the plastic shank acupuncture needle produced through an extrusion molding method, and the application scene is limited.
