the offline consumption amount clearing unit is used for clearing the offline consumption amount in the server when the offline consumption amount exists in the server.

And the aforementioned storage medium includes: a U-disk, a removable hard disk, a Read-Only Memory (ROM), a random access Memory (RAM, random Access Memory), a magnetic disk, or an optical disk, or other various media capable of storing program codes.
In yet another aspect, the present invention also provides a non-transitory computer readable storage medium having stored thereon a computer program which, when executed by a processor, is implemented to perform the offline payment information processing method provided by the above methods.

Claims (10)

1. An offline payment information processing method, wherein the offline payment information processing method is applied to an offline payment information processing system, the offline payment information processing system comprises a card swiping device and a payment card, and the offline payment information processing method comprises the following steps:
acquiring equipment parameter information of the card swiping equipment, and determining whether the card swiping equipment is in an offline state or not based on the equipment parameter information;
judging whether the offline payment amount of the payment card is smaller than or equal to a preset offline payment threshold value under the condition that the card swiping equipment is in an offline state;
and updating consumption information of the payment card under the condition that the offline payment amount is smaller than or equal to the preset offline payment threshold value, and determining that the payment of the card swiping device is completed.
2. The offline payment information processing method according to claim 1, characterized in that the offline payment information processing method further comprises:
determining an online payment balance and an offline payment total of a target account based on the balance of the target account, and storing the online payment balance under the target account of the server;
determining offline payable amount of each payment card based on the number of the payment cards and the offline payment total amount under the condition that a plurality of payment cards corresponding to the target account exist;
writing the offline payable amount into the payment card, and taking the offline payable amount as the preset offline payment threshold.

The method according to claim 2, wherein the offline payment information processing system further comprises a server, wherein the acquiring the device parameter information of the card swiping device, and determining whether the card swiping device is in an offline state based on the device parameter information, comprises:
determining whether an offline consumption record exists in the payment card under the condition that the card swiping device is in an online state and the payment card is detected;
if the offline consumption record exists in the payment card, uploading the offline consumption record to the server, and erasing the offline consumption record in the card swiping device;
and if the offline consumption record does not exist in the payment card and the offline consumption amount exists in the server, clearing the offline consumption amount in the server.

The offline payment information processing method according to claim 1, wherein the device parameter information includes a device identification, a network time protocol, a message queue telemetry transmission, a subscription topic, login information, and consumption parameter information; the method is characterized in that the determining whether the card swiping device is in an offline state based on the device parameter information comprises the following steps:
generating micro-message queue connection information based on the device identification;
and under the conditions that the card swiping equipment is successfully connected with a wireless network, the network time protocol is successfully acquired, the message queue telemetry transmission is successfully connected, the subscription theme subscription is completed, the login information is completed, and the consumption parameter information is pulled out, determining that the card swiping equipment is in an online state.
5. The method according to claim 3, wherein if the offline consumption record exists in the payment card, uploading the offline consumption record to the server, and erasing the offline consumption record in the card swiping device comprises:
if the offline consumption record exists in the payment card, the offline consumption record is stored in a memory of the card swiping device;
under the condition that the offline consumption record is successfully stored, writing the payment card;
and uploading the offline consumption record to the server under the condition that the card writing operation is successful, and erasing the offline consumption record in the card swiping device.
6. The method according to claim 3, wherein if the offline consumption record does not exist in the payment card and the offline consumption amount exists in the server, clearing the offline consumption amount in the server includes:
if the offline consumption record does not exist in the payment card, uploading the information of the payment card to the server;
determining if an offline spending amount is present in the server if the server replies;
and if the offline consumption amount exists in the server, clearing the offline consumption amount in the server.
7. The method according to claim 2, wherein the determining whether the offline payment amount of the payment card is less than or equal to a preset offline payment threshold in the case where the card swiping device is in an offline state comprises:
and prompting a user to use other payment cards under the condition that the offline payment amount is larger than the preset offline payment threshold and is smaller than or equal to the offline payment total.
8. An offline payment information processing apparatus, characterized by comprising:
the off-line state judging module is used for acquiring the equipment parameter information of the card swiping equipment and determining whether the card swiping equipment is in an off-line state or not based on the equipment parameter information;
the off-line payment amount judging module is used for judging whether the off-line payment amount of the payment card is smaller than or equal to a preset off-line payment threshold value or not under the condition that the card swiping equipment is in an off-line state;
and the consumption information updating module is used for updating the consumption information of the payment card and determining that the payment of the card swiping device is completed under the condition that the offline payment amount is smaller than or equal to the preset offline payment threshold value.
9. An electronic device comprising a memory, a processor and a computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, characterized in that the processor implements the offline payment information processing method according to any one of claims 1 to 7 when executing the program.
10. A non-transitory computer readable storage medium having stored thereon a computer program, wherein the computer program when executed by a processor implements the offline payment information processing method according to any of claims 1 to 7.
