In some embodiments of the present invention, the winding part 500 includes: a winding machine 510 and a third conveyor 520. The winding machine 510 is disposed at one end of the film wrapping portion 400 away from the bundling portion 200, and the winding machine 510 can perform film wrapping and tightening work along the periphery of the whole stack of gypsum board in the body width direction. The inside of the winding machine 510 is provided with a third through cavity through which the whole stacked gypsum board passes, one side of the third through cavity of the winding machine 510 is opposite to one end of the second conveyor 420, which is far away from the film wrapping machine 410, while one end of the third conveyor 520 is opposite to the other side of the third through cavity of the winding machine 510, the other end of the third conveyor 520 extends along the axial direction of the winding machine 510, the distance between the second conveyor 420 and the third conveyor 520 is also relatively short, so that the whole stacked gypsum board and the pad leg after being wrapped by the film wrapping machine 410 can pass through the third through cavity of the winding machine 510 under the action of the second conveyor 420 to reach the third conveyor 520, the second through cavity is provided with a rotating shaft capable of rotating around the axial direction of the winding machine 510, a releasing mechanism capable of continuously releasing a protective film is arranged on the rotating shaft, and the pad leg passes through the rotating shaft on the third through cavity along with the whole stacked gypsum board and the film wrapping machine 410 after being wrapped by the film wrapping machine 410, and the pad leg can continuously rotate along with the continuous rotation of the rotating shaft on the third through the whole film wrapping machine 410, and the whole gypsum board and the pad body can continuously move along with the two sides of the whole gypsum board and the whole gypsum board after being wrapped by the film wrapping machine 410 and the whole gypsum board and the pad body can continuously move along with the two sides of the whole gypsum film wrapping machine 600. Wherein the first conveyor 220, the second conveyor 420 and the third conveyor 520 are all chain conveyors, which can improve the stability of placement of the stacked gypsum board and the mat legs during the conveying process
In some embodiments of the present invention, the loading conveyor 100 is capable of lifting to enable stacking of the gypsum board on the loading conveyor 100, and when stacking of the gypsum board is completed, the loading conveyor 100 may be lifted to a height that enables the loading conveyor 100 to be flush with the strapping machine 210 and the first conveyor 220, thereby conveying the stacked gypsum board to the strapping machine 210 via the loading conveyor 100. The blanking conveyor 600 can also be lifted so that the packed whole stacked gypsum board material can be removed from the blanking conveyor 600, and when the gypsum board material after the packing process is completed is conveyed to the blanking conveyor 600 by the third conveyor 520, the blanking conveyor 600 can be lowered by a height so as to be convenient for a subsequent worker to remove the gypsum board material. The lifting function of the feeding conveyor 100 and the discharging conveyor 600 can drive the feeding conveyor 100 and the discharging conveyor 600 to lift by arranging a proper hydraulic pump.
In some embodiments of the invention, the gypsum board packaging line further comprises: a first sensor and a controller. The first sensor is disposed on the first conveyor 220 such that the first sensor can detect the operation speed of the first conveyor 220. The first sensor is connected with the plurality of leg pushing machines 320 through the controller, so that the controller can adjust the opening or closing quantity of the plurality of leg pushing machines 320 according to the detection result of the first sensor. When the operation speed of the first conveyor 220 is high, meaning that high packing efficiency is required, the plurality of mat leg pushers 320 may be turned on by the controller for mutual matching, thereby ensuring the supply speed of the mat legs. When the operation speed of the first conveyor 220 is low, this means that a lower packing efficiency is required, and for mutual matching, the controller can close the plurality of leg-pad pushing machines 320 and only open one of the leg-pad pushing machines 320, thereby ensuring energy saving to a certain extent and avoiding resource waste.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the present invention also provides a method of operating a gypsum board packaging line, comprising the steps of:
the first step: after stacking the gypsum board on the loading conveyor 100, the loading conveyor 100 is raised to a height that aligns the loading conveyor 100 with the strapping machine 210.
And a second step of: the stacked plasterboard panels reach the strapping machine 210 through the loading conveyor 100, and at the same time, the mat leg pushing machine 320 pushes the mat legs to the mat leg supplying machine 310, and conveys the mat legs to the strapping machine 210 through the mat leg supplying machine 310, so that the strapping machine 210 strips the stacked plasterboard panels together with the mat legs.
And a third step of: the stacked plasterboard sheet after being banded reaches the film wrapping machine 410 through the first conveyor 220, the film wrapping process is performed on the stacked plasterboard sheet through the film wrapping machine 410, and then the second conveyor 420 reaches the winding machine 510 and the film wrapping and packing process is performed on the stacked plasterboard sheet, so that the packaging of the stacked plasterboard sheet is completed.
Fourth, the completed packaged whole stacked plasterboard panel reaches the discharging conveyor 600 through the third conveyor 520, the discharging conveyor 600 descends to the height, and the packaged whole stacked plasterboard panel is taken away by a worker.

Claims (10)
1. A gypsum board packaging line, comprising:
the feeding conveyor can be used for placing a whole stack of gypsum board plates;
the bundling part is arranged at one end of the feeding conveyor so that the whole pile of gypsum board can enter the bundling part, and the bundling part can carry out banding and packaging on the whole pile of gypsum board;
a supply part arranged at one side of the bundling part, wherein the supply part can convey the pad legs into the bundling part so that the bundling part can carry out banding and packing on the whole stack of plasterboard plates and the pad legs together;
the film wrapping part is arranged at one side of the bundling part, so that a whole stack of plasterboard plates which are banded and packed by the bundling part can enter the film wrapping part, and the film wrapping part can carry out film wrapping work on the periphery of the whole stack of plasterboard plates;
the winding part is arranged at one side of the film wrapping part, so that a whole stack of plasterboard plates with films wrapped around can enter the winding part through the film wrapping part, and the winding part can wrap and tighten the films around the whole stack of plasterboard plates in the other direction;
and the blanking conveyor is arranged on one side of the winding part, so that the gypsum board materials which are wrapped and tightly wrapped on the periphery in the other direction through the winding part can enter the blanking conveyor.
2. The gypsum board packaging line of claim 1, wherein the strapping comprises:
the binding machine is arranged at one end of the feeding conveyor, and can carry out banding and packing on the whole stack of gypsum board plates;
the first conveyor is arranged on one side, far away from the feeding conveyor, of the strapping machine, the strapping machine is connected with the film wrapping part through the first conveyor, and the first conveyor is used for conveying the whole stack of gypsum board after taping and packaging.
3. The gypsum board packaging line of claim 1, wherein the supply comprises:
the pad leg supply machine is arranged on one side of the bundling part, a pushing mechanism is arranged on the pad leg supply machine, the pushing mechanism is arranged opposite to the bundling part, and the pad leg supply machine can convey pad legs into the bundling part through the pushing mechanism so that the bundling part can carry out banding and packaging on the whole stack of gypsum board boards and the pad legs together;
the pad leg pushing machine is arranged on one side, far away from the bundling part, of the pad leg supplying machine, and the pad leg pushing machine can push pad legs onto the pad leg supplying machine so that the pad leg supplying machine can continuously push the pad legs onto the bundling part.
4. The gypsum board packaging line of claim 1, wherein the film wrapping portion comprises:
the film wrapping machine is arranged at one end of the bundling part, which is far away from the feeding conveyor, and can perform film wrapping work along the periphery of the whole stack of gypsum board plates in the length direction;
the second conveyor is arranged on one side, far away from the binding part, of the film wrapping machine, the film wrapping machine is connected with the winding part through the second conveyor, and the second conveyor is used for conveying the whole stack of gypsum board boards with films wrapped all around.
5. The gypsum board packaging line of claim 1, wherein the wrapping portion comprises:
the winding machine is arranged at one end of the film wrapping part far away from the binding part, and can carry out film wrapping and tightening work along the periphery of the whole stack of gypsum board plates in the body width direction;
the third conveyor is arranged on one side, far away from the film wrapping part, of the winding machine, the winding machine is connected with the blanking conveyor through the third conveyor, and the third conveyor is used for conveying the whole stack of gypsum board materials which are wrapped with films and tightly wrapped.
6. A gypsum board packaging line as set forth in any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein said loading conveyor is liftable to enable stacking of gypsum board on said loading conveyor;
the blanking conveyor can also be lifted so that the packaged whole stack of plasterboard panels can be removed from the blanking conveyor.
7. The gypsum board packaging line of any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the first conveyor, the second conveyor, and the third conveyor are all chain slat conveyors.
8. A gypsum board packaging line as set forth in claim 3, wherein said plurality of mat-leg pushers are arranged uniformly along the longitudinal direction of said mat-leg supplier to ensure that said mat-leg supplier can continuously supply mat-legs into the strapping.
9. The gypsum board packaging line of claim 8, wherein the gypsum board packaging line further comprises:
a first sensor disposed on the first conveyor such that the first sensor is capable of detecting an operating speed of the first conveyor;
the first sensor is connected with the plurality of pad leg pushing machines through the controller, so that the controller can adjust the opening or closing quantity of the plurality of pad leg pushing machines according to the detection result of the first sensor.
10. A method of operation of a gypsum board packaging line comprising the steps of:
the first step: after stacking the gypsum board on the feeding conveyor, the feeding conveyor is lifted to be level with the strapping machine;
and a second step of: the stacking gypsum board reaches the strapping machine through the feeding conveyor, and meanwhile, the leg-supporting pushing machine pushes the leg supporting to the leg supporting supplying machine, and the leg supporting is conveyed into the strapping machine through the leg supporting supplying machine, so that the strapping machine can carry out strapping together with the leg supporting on the stacking gypsum board;
and a third step of: the method comprises the steps that the stacked gypsum board subjected to tape stacking reaches a film wrapping machine through a first conveyor, a film wrapping process is carried out on the stacked gypsum board through the film wrapping machine, and then the stacked gypsum board reaches a winding machine through a second conveyor and is subjected to a film wrapping and packing process, so that the stacked gypsum board is packed;
and fourthly, the packaged whole stack gypsum board reaches a blanking conveyor through a third conveyor, the blanking conveyor descends to a height, and workers take the packaged whole stack gypsum board.
