The discharge opening 503 is of a single-door structure, one side edge of the discharge plate is hinged to one edge of the discharge opening 503, when the discharge plate is opened, the discharge plate is turned over at a certain angle relative to the horizontal plane to realize file discharging, and after the discharging is finished, the discharge plate closes the discharge opening 503; in a preferred embodiment, the discharge opening 503 is configured as a double-door structure, the side edges of two discharge plates are hinged to two opposite sides of the discharge opening 503, the discharge plates are turned over at a certain angle relative to the horizontal plane during discharging, documents are discharged, and the discharge plates close the discharge opening 503 after discharging. The discharging plate can be driven to overturn by an overturning motor, and the overturning motor is electrically connected with the automatic control system.
In one embodiment, the discharge module 5 further comprises a storage drawer 504, and the storage drawer 504 is communicated with the discharge opening 503 for receiving the document falling from the discharge opening 503. The storage drawer 504 is provided with a limit alarm 505, and when the storage volume of the storage drawer 504 reaches a preset position, the limit alarm 505 gives an alarm and stops file packaging. For security reasons, the storage drawer 504 can be pulled out only by the operator entering a password or password on the user interaction module.
The automatic control system can select a PLC, a single chip microcomputer and the like, and is also connected with a user interaction module as an input end.
The working principle of the automatic file packaging and storing device is as follows:
preparing for feeding:
as shown in fig. 5, when the automatic packaging and storing device is started, an operator inputs a control command through the user interaction module, the automatic control system sends a control signal to control the conveying motor 301 of the conveying module 3 to rotate, so as to drive the sprocket 302 of the conveying module to rotate, thereby driving the conveying belt 303 to move, so that the clamping device 310 moves synchronously with the conveying belt 303, when the clamping device 310 moves to a position below the sprocket 302 near one end of the feeding module, referring to a position indicated by reference numeral 310 in fig. 5, the conveying motor 301 stops rotating, and the clamping device 310 controls the opening of the clamping opening 307 by the control signal sent by the automatic control system. The automatic control system controls the feeding motor 205 to rotate, so as to drive the driving compression roller 203 to rotate, the packaging film is fed from a gap between the driving compression roller 203 and the driven compression roller 204 through the unwinding roller 201 and the transition roller 202, the packaging film is fed into the nip 307 of the clamping device 310 through the guide boss 206, and after the packaging film enters the nip 307 of the clamping device 310, the automatic control system controls the nip 307 to be closed, so that the packaging film is tightly pressed. And then the conveying module 3 continuously drives the clamping device 310 to move towards the direction away from the feeding module, and pulls the end head of the packaging film to move forwards, so that the packaging film with a certain length is pulled out and covers the upper surface of the bottom of the working platform.
File putting:
as shown in fig. 6 to 7, through program setting of the automatic control system or manual command input of the user interaction module, the automatic control system controls the lifting motor 402 to rotate, the lifting motor 402 drives the screw 405 to rotate, the screw 405 drives the edge sealing knife 401 to descend to reach the workbench 101, and at this time, the edge sealing function of the edge sealing knife 401 is in a closed state.
A document is placed into the document inlet at the top of the edge banding knife of the edge banding device and stacked on the table 101, which has been coated with the encapsulation film, through the cavity of the edge banding knife. After the file falls into the workbench 101, a control instruction is input through the user interaction module, so that the lifting motor 402 rotates to enable the edge sealing knife 401 to ascend, and the edge sealing knife returns to the upper end of the support 102.
Folding and edge sealing of the packaging film:
as shown in fig. 8, the conveying motor 301 continues to rotate in the same direction, so that the clamping device 310 turns over to the upper side of the conveying belt 303 around the chain wheel 302, and then the clamping device 310 moves towards the feeding module 2, so as to bring one end of the packaging film towards the feeding module 2, so that the drawn packaging film is folded, when the clamping device 310 crosses the edge sealing area, referring to the position 310 in fig. 8, the conveying motor 301 stops rotating, at this time, the packaging film wraps the document, and the opening 307 is controlled to open by the control signal sent by the automatic control system, so that the packaging film is separated from the opening 307. As shown in fig. 9, the lifting motor 402 drives the screw 405 to rotate, so as to drive the edge sealing knife 401 of the edge sealing device to descend and compress the packaging film, at this time, the edge sealing function of the edge sealing knife 401 is opened, so as to seal at least three edges of the packaging film and cut off the packaging film. In order to prevent the document from moving during the edge sealing, the document may be pressed by a pressing plate 404, and preferably, before the edge sealing knife 401 descends to perform the edge sealing, the turnover motor rotates to drive the pressing plate 404 to rotate downward to press the document and encapsulate the film.
Unloading, storing and resetting:
after the edge sealing is finished, the overturning motor rotates to drive the pressing plate 404 to overturn upwards and return to the original position. Subsequently, the edge banding knife 401 is lifted and reset. The automatic control system controls the discharge roller 501 to rotate, so as to drive the discharge belt 502 to rotate to feed the packaged document to the discharge opening 503, and the discharge opening 503 is controlled to be opened through a discharge plate. The packaged documents are discharged from the discharge opening 503 and fall into the storage drawer 504. The conveying motor 301 continues to rotate to drive the clamping device 310 to return to the position below the chain wheel 302 on the feeding end side of the conveying module 3 for sealing the edge for the next time. When the storage capacity of the storage drawer 504 reaches a predetermined position, the limit alarm 13.2 alarms and stops file encapsulation.

the conveying module (3) is arranged on the workbench (101), and the conveying module (3) comprises: two transmission belts (303), a chain wheel (302) and a clamping device (310); the two conveying belts (303) are arranged on two opposite side edges of the workbench (101) in parallel; two ends of each transmission belt (303) are sleeved outside the chain wheel (302), and the chain wheel (302) is driven to rotate by the transmission motor (301); the clamping device 310 spans between the two conveying belts (303), and two ends of the clamping device (310) are respectively fixed on the conveying belts (303); the chain wheel (302) rotates in a single direction, the conveying belt (303) is driven to drive the clamping device (310) to move synchronously, the clamping device (310) clamps the end of the packaging film delivered by the feeding module (2), the clamping device (310) moves towards the direction far away from the feeding module (2) on the lower side of the conveying belt (303) to cover the packaging film on the upper surface of the bottom of the workbench (101), and the clamping device (310) moves towards the direction of the feeding module (2) on the upper side of the conveying belt (303) to fold the drawn packaging film in half;
the file packaging region is positioned in a partial region which is positioned between the two conveying belts (303) and is close to one end of the feeding module (2), a packaging module (4) is arranged above the file packaging region, the packaging module (4) comprises a sealing edge device and a lifting device, the sealing edge device is connected with the lifting device, the lifting device is fixed above the workbench (101), and the lifting device drives the sealing edge device to ascend or descend; the edge sealing device comprises a plurality of edge sealing knives (401), each edge sealing knife (401) is sequentially connected end to form a vertically-penetrating cavity in an enclosing mode, a file inlet is formed in the top of the cavity, and an orthographic projection area below the cavity is a file edge sealing area; the file is put into from the file entry of banding device, and the file falls into the file encapsulation area through the cavity of banding device.
