In the following description, numerous specific details are set forth in order to provide a thorough understanding of the present disclosure, but the present disclosure may be practiced otherwise than as described herein; it will be apparent that the embodiments in the specification are only some, but not all, embodiments of the disclosure.
When clothes rapidly roll in the clothes dryer, the temperature of the clothes in the clothes dryer is obtained, the drying stage where the clothes dryer is located can be judged based on the temperature value and the temperature fluctuation trend, when the clothes dryer is judged to be in the second drying stage, whether the clothes in the clothes dryer are shaken and scattered is judged to be sufficient or not according to the fluctuation condition of the temperature value of the clothes, and when the clothes shaking and scattering degree in the clothes dryer is judged to be insufficient, the clothes dryer is controlled to rotate reversely in time, so that the clothes in the clothes dryer is in a sufficient shaking and scattering state, the problem that the clothes are unevenly dried due to the fact that the clothes are wrapped in the clothes dryer such as the small clothes which are not dried and the like due to the fact that the clothes are wrapped in the large clothes which are partially dried can be avoided, the drying uniformity of the clothes in the clothes dryer is optimized, and the drying effect of the clothes dryer is optimized.
The uniform drying control method and device of the clothes dryer and the clothes dryer provided by the embodiment of the disclosure are exemplarily described below with reference to fig. 1 to 5.
Fig. 1 is a flowchart illustrating a uniform drying control method of a dryer according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. The method is suitable for application scenes in which the drying uniformity of the clothes dryer needs to be controlled. The method can be performed by the uniform drying control device of the clothes dryer provided by the embodiment of the disclosure, and the uniform drying control device of the clothes dryer can be realized in a software and/or hardware mode. As shown in fig. 1, the method comprises the steps of:
s101, acquiring a temperature value of clothes in the clothes dryer.
Fig. 2 is a schematic front perspective structure view of a clothes dryer according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. As shown in fig. 2, for example, a thermopile temperature sensor 1 is arranged in the clothes dryer, for example, the thermopile temperature sensor 1 can be installed and fixed at any position around the outer side of a drum in the clothes dryer, for example, as shown in fig. 2, a containing groove 2 can be arranged at the position of the clothes dryer for installing and fixing the thermopile temperature sensor 1, the thermopile temperature sensor 1 is arranged in the containing groove 2, the situation that the lens of the thermopile temperature sensor 1 is rubbed by clothes or other structures in the clothes dryer can be avoided, and the containing groove 2 needs to be opened towards the direction of the clothes to be detected so as to expose the structure of the thermopile temperature sensor 1 for emitting and collecting infrared rays, so that the temperature detection of the surface of clothes in the clothes dryer can be realized.
Specifically, the thermopile temperature sensor detects the temperature of laundry, particularly the surface of laundry, in the dryer in real time as the dryer starts a drying process. Illustratively, when clothes in the dryer tumble in the dryer tub, the thermopile temperature sensor detects the temperature of the clothes in the dryer, particularly the surface of the clothes, within the probe in a single point or array to enable rapid acquisition of the temperature of the clothes in the dryer. Based on this, when laundry is rapidly tumbled in the dryer, a temperature value of the surface of the laundry in the dryer can be obtained.
In other embodiments, an infrared sensor similar to a thermopile temperature sensor may be installed in the clothes dryer to acquire a temperature value of the laundry, or other technical means known to those skilled in the art may be used to acquire a temperature value of the laundry, which is not particularly limited in the present disclosure.
It should be noted that, in the embodiment of the present disclosure, the thermopile temperature sensor 1 is preferably disposed at an upper region of the clothes dryer as shown in fig. 2, so that the thermopile temperature sensor emits infrared rays to clothes in the clothes dryer to detect the temperature of the clothes, which is advantageous for improving accuracy of detecting the temperature of the clothes in the clothes dryer.
S102, judging a drying stage of the clothes dryer according to the temperature value and the fluctuation value of the temperature value; the drying stage at least comprises a first drying stage and a second drying stage.
The fluctuation value of the temperature value is obtained by making a difference between the highest temperature value and the lowest temperature value of clothes in the clothes dryer detected by the thermopile temperature sensor in any time interval, and the obtained difference value is the fluctuation value of the temperature value. Alternatively, in other embodiments, the ratio of the highest temperature value to the lowest temperature value of laundry in the dryer detected by the thermopile temperature sensor may also be used to measure the tendency of fluctuation of the temperature value.
In some embodiments, the drying stage includes a first drying stage, a second drying stage, and a third drying stage, and the laundry drying degrees corresponding to the first drying stage to the third drying stage sequentially increase. In particular, the temperature fluctuation trend of laundry in the dryer is related to the degree of drying of the laundry in the dryer, so that the drying stage may be divided into a plurality of stages, for example, three stages, namely, a first drying stage, a second drying stage and a third drying stage, according to the temperature value of the laundry in the dryer and the fluctuation value of the temperature value. The drying degree of the laundry in the third drying stage is greater than the drying degree of the laundry in the second drying stage, and the drying degree of the laundry in the second drying stage is greater than the drying degree of the laundry in the first drying stage, which may be exemplified by the first drying stage, the second drying stage may be the starting drying stage, the second drying stage may be the intermediate drying stage, the third drying stage may be the ending drying stage, and the laundry drying degree threshold corresponding to the first drying stage, the second drying stage and the third drying stage may be set according to the requirement of the user on the laundry drying degree.
In some embodiments, the laundry drying degrees corresponding to the first drying stage to the second drying stage sequentially increase; the step of judging the drying stage of the clothes dryer according to the temperature value and the fluctuation value of the temperature value comprises the following steps: determining that the temperature value is smaller than a first preset temperature value and the fluctuation value is smaller than a first preset fluctuation value, and judging that the clothes dryer is in the first drying stage; and determining that the fluctuation value is larger than a first preset fluctuation value, and judging that the clothes dryer is in the second drying stage.
In some embodiments, the drying stage further includes a third drying stage, and the laundry drying degrees corresponding to the first drying stage to the third drying stage sequentially increase; the step of judging the drying stage of the clothes dryer according to the temperature value and the fluctuation value of the temperature value comprises the following steps: and determining that the temperature value is larger than a second preset temperature value, and judging that the clothes dryer is in the third drying stage.
Specifically, the first drying stage represents that the clothes dryer is in a starting drying stage, at the moment, clothes in the clothes dryer are moist, and the temperature of the clothes is low, and the clothes are easy to be entangled due to the fact that the clothes in the clothes dryer are moist, at the moment, no matter the shaking degree of the clothes in the clothes dryer is large or small, the fluctuation value of the temperature value of the clothes detected by the temperature sensor is small. Based on the comparison logic, the first preset temperature value and the first preset fluctuation value can be set, and whether the clothes dryer is in the first drying stage or not can be judged based on the comparison logic of the temperature value of the clothes in the clothes dryer and the first preset temperature value and the comparison logic of the fluctuation value of the temperature value of the clothes in the clothes dryer and the first preset fluctuation value. The specific judgment logic is used for judging that the clothes dryer is in the first drying stage when the temperature value of the clothes in the clothes dryer is smaller than a first preset temperature value and when the fluctuation value of the temperature value of the clothes in the clothes dryer is smaller than the first preset fluctuation value. The first preset temperature value and the first preset fluctuation value can be adaptively set according to the requirements of the uniform drying control method of the clothes dryer.
Specifically, after the dryer ends the first drying stage, the dryer enters the second drying stage, in which the dryer includes the laundry that has been dried and the laundry that has not been dried, the temperature of the laundry that has been dried is high, and the temperature of the laundry that has not been dried is low, so that the fluctuation value of the temperature value of the laundry in the dryer is relatively large. Based on this, a first preset fluctuation value may be set, and further, whether the dryer is in the second drying stage may be judged based on a comparison logic of the fluctuation value of the temperature value of the laundry in the dryer and the first preset fluctuation value. The specific judgment logic is used for judging that the clothes dryer is in the second drying stage when the fluctuation value of the temperature value of clothes in the clothes dryer is larger than the first preset fluctuation value. The first preset fluctuation value can be adaptively set according to the requirement of the uniform drying control method of the clothes dryer. Or, a second preset fluctuation value may be set, the second preset fluctuation value being greater than the first preset fluctuation value, and further, whether the dryer is in the second drying stage is judged based on a comparison logic of the fluctuation value of the temperature value of the laundry in the dryer and the second preset fluctuation value. The specific judgment logic is used for judging that the clothes dryer is in the second drying stage when the fluctuation value of the temperature value of the clothes in the clothes dryer is larger than the second preset fluctuation value. Wherein, the second preset fluctuation value can be adaptively set according to the requirement of the uniform drying control method of the clothes dryer provided by the embodiment of the disclosure.
Specifically, after the clothes dryer finishes the second drying stage, the clothes dryer enters a third drying stage, at this time, most of clothes in the clothes dryer are dried, the temperature value of the clothes in the clothes dryer is higher to set a second preset temperature value, and then whether the clothes dryer is in the third drying stage can be judged based on the comparison logic of the temperature value of the clothes in the clothes dryer and the second preset temperature value. The specific judgment logic is that when the temperature value of the clothes in the clothes dryer is larger than the second preset temperature value, the clothes dryer can be judged to be in the third drying stage. The second preset temperature value can be adaptively set according to the requirement of the uniform drying control method of the clothes dryer.
It should be noted that, after the dryer enters the second drying stage, since the drying degree of a part of the clothes is higher, and the drying degree of a part of the clothes is lower, when the clothes shake-out is more sufficient, the fluctuation value of the temperature value is larger, and when the clothes shake-out is insufficient, the fluctuation value of the temperature value is smaller, and the fluctuation value of the temperature value of the clothes in the dryer after the dryer enters the second drying stage is larger, which means that the second preset fluctuation value is larger relative to the first preset fluctuation value. In addition, the second preset temperature may be set to be greater than the first preset temperature. In some embodiments, the humidity value of the drying space in the dryer can be obtained before the drying stage of the dryer is judged according to the temperature value and the fluctuation value of the temperature value; and judging the drying stage of the clothes dryer by combining the temperature value, the fluctuation value of the temperature value and the humidity value.
Specifically, in connection with the description of the laundry drying conditions of the different drying stages of the above embodiments, the humidity value of the drying space in the dryer is different when the dryer is in the different drying stages. Therefore, in order to improve the accuracy of judging the drying stage in which the dryer is located, the temperature value of the laundry in the dryer and the fluctuation value of the temperature value are obtained, and at the same time, the humidity value of the drying space in the dryer is obtained in real time, and referring to the above embodiment, the humidity value of the drying space in the dryer corresponding to the first drying stage is the largest, the humidity value of the drying space in the dryer corresponding to the second drying stage is the second, and the humidity value of the drying space in the dryer corresponding to the third drying stage is the smallest. Based on the above, the temperature value of the clothes in the clothes dryer and the fluctuation value of the temperature value are obtained, and the drying stage in the clothes dryer is judged by combining the humidity value of the drying space in the clothes dryer, so that the accuracy of judging the drying stage in the clothes dryer can be improved.
S103, controlling the operation of the clothes dryer according to the drying stage of the clothes dryer.
Therefore, when clothes rapidly roll in the clothes dryer, the temperature value of the surface of the clothes in the clothes dryer is obtained, and then the drying stage of the clothes dryer can be judged based on the temperature value and the fluctuation value of the temperature value, and then the operation of the clothes dryer is controlled according to the drying stage of the clothes dryer, namely, the drying stages of the clothes dryer are different, the shaking operation of the clothes dryer can be controlled by different operation parameters, the correspondence between the shaking operation and the drying stages is improved, the intelligent row and the adaptability of the shaking process of the clothes are further improved, and the shaking effect of the clothes dryer on the clothes in different drying stages is improved so as to optimize the drying effect of the clothes.
In some embodiments, controlling the operation of the dryer according to a drying stage in which the dryer is located includes: in the second drying stage, the dryer is controlled to reverse according to the fluctuation value and the change rate of the fluctuation value in the preset interval time.
Specifically, referring to the above embodiment, when it is determined that the dryer enters the second drying stage, a part of the laundry is dried, and a part of the laundry is still wet, at this time, the inner drum continues to roll, which easily causes a part of the dried large laundry to wrap the non-dried small laundry, and further causes the fluctuation value of the temperature value of the laundry in the dryer to suddenly decrease, that is, the rate of change of the fluctuation value increases, that is, the slope of the fluctuation value increases, within a preset interval time. Based on the method, when the clothes dryer is in the second drying stage, the change rate of the fluctuation value in the preset interval time is obtained, and when the clothes wrapping problem in the clothes dryer is judged to occur based on the fluctuation value and the change rate of the fluctuation value in the preset interval time, the clothes dryer is controlled to be turned on and turned back, so that the problem of clothes wrapping in the clothes dryer can be solved. In addition, the change rate of the fluctuation value in the preset interval time may be obtained by obtaining the fluctuation value of the start time and the end time of the preset interval time, so as to calculate the change rate, or may be obtained continuously, and the preset interval time is introduced when the change rate is calculated.
In some embodiments, controlling the dryer reversal according to the fluctuation value and the rate of change of the fluctuation value within a preset interval time includes: and controlling the dryer to reversely rotate when the fluctuation value is reduced and/or the change rate of the fluctuation value in the preset interval time is larger than the preset change rate.
In particular, referring to the above-described embodiment, when the dryer is in the second drying stage, it is easy to generate that the large laundry, which has been dried, wraps the small laundry, which has not been dried. On the one hand, when a large piece of clothes wraps a small piece of clothes, the clothes dryer needs to be controlled to rotate reversely to solve the problem that the large piece of clothes wraps the small piece of clothes; on the other hand, when there is a large piece of laundry to wrap a small piece of laundry, it is easy to cause the fluctuation value of the temperature value of the laundry in the dryer to suddenly become small, that is, the rate of change of the fluctuation value increases in a preset interval time, that is, the slope of the fluctuation value increases. Therefore, the reverse rotation of the clothes dryer can be controlled according to the fluctuation value and/or the change rate of the fluctuation value in the preset interval time, and the specific control logic is used for controlling the reverse rotation of the clothes dryer to improve the clothes wrapping condition and optimize the clothes drying uniformity when the fluctuation value is reduced and/or the change rate of the fluctuation value in the preset interval time is larger than the preset change rate. In addition, if the fluctuation value is reduced but the reduction speed is slowed down, it is considered that the drying course is normal without controlling the dryer reverse. Wherein, the preset change rate can be adaptively set based on the requirement of the uniform drying control method of the clothes dryer provided by the embodiment of the disclosure.
For example, a slope of a fluctuation value of a temperature value obtained and calculated every 4 minutes may be set, that is, a temperature fluctuation trend is observed, and when the fluctuation value of the temperature value tends to decrease and the slope is large, it is considered that the clothes are wrapped to cause the fluctuation value of the temperature value to suddenly decrease, and at this time, the dryer may be controlled to turn on and turn back to improve the aforementioned clothes wrapping condition, and the clothes drying uniformity may be optimized.
In other embodiments, a slope of the fluctuation value of the temperature value obtained and calculated every 3 minutes (i.e., observing the temperature fluctuation trend) may be further set, or a slope of the fluctuation value of the temperature value obtained and calculated every 2 minutes (i.e., observing the temperature fluctuation trend), which is not particularly limited in the embodiments of the present disclosure.
It should be noted that, the shorter the interval time of fluctuation value acquisition, the more accurate the obtained clothes temperature fluctuation trend, and then can improve the timeliness of controlling the clothes dryer to reverse, be favorable to in time solving the problem that clothes in the clothes dryer are wrapped up, ensure that clothes in the clothes dryer are in abundant shake-out state, improved the homogeneity that the clothing was dried. According to the embodiment of the disclosure, when the clothes dryer is in the second drying stage, the clothes dryer is controlled to rotate reversely based on the fluctuation value and the temperature fluctuation trend of the temperature value of the clothes in the clothes dryer, so that the problem that the large clothes are wrapped around the small clothes in the clothes dryer can be solved.
When the thermopile sensor is adopted to detect the temperature of clothes, the corresponding detection and judgment principle is that the temperature of the surface of the clothes is sensed, the thermopile sensor is positioned at a fixed position, and the rotating speed of the inner cylinder of the clothes dryer is also fixed, so that when the clothes are not scattered sufficiently in the cylinder, the thermopile sensor can always sense the temperature of the same position of the clothes instead of the temperature of each part of the clothes, and the temperature change acquired by the thermopile sensor is small, and the temperature fluctuation is small. Therefore, by judging the temperature change acquired by the thermopile sensor, whether the clothes are in a sufficient shaking state in the cylinder or not can be perceived, and further, a control method of reversing shaking is adopted to optimize the shaking effect of the clothes.
In some implementations, the reverse rotation speed of the dryer is controlled to be less than the forward rotation speed of the dryer.
Specifically, referring to the above-described embodiments, when a laundry in a dryer is wrapped, a reversing process of the dryer is started to achieve drum reversal of the dryer, and the problem of the wrapping of the laundry in the dryer can be solved. When the reverse rotation of the clothes dryer is controlled, the reverse rotation speed of the clothes dryer is controlled to be smaller than the forward rotation speed of the clothes dryer, so that the problem that the drying uniformity of clothes is affected due to the fact that the reverse rotation speed of the clothes dryer is too high and then larger centrifugal force is generated to throw the clothes onto the inner wall of a roller in the clothes dryer can be avoided.
It should be noted that, when the dryer is controlled to reverse, the dryer cannot blow air into the drum, and at this time, the drying efficiency of the dryer on the clothes is low, so the problem that the clothes in the dryer are wrapped is solved, and meanwhile, the reverse time length of the dryer should be reduced as much as possible, which is beneficial to improving the drying efficiency of the dryer.
In some embodiments, the controlling the operation of the dryer according to a drying stage in which the dryer is located includes: in the first drying stage, controlling the dryer to reversely rotate at intervals of a first preset time; in the third drying stage, controlling the dryer to reversely rotate at each second preset time interval; wherein the first preset time is less than the second preset time.
Specifically, when the clothes dryer is in the third drying stage, most of clothes in the clothes dryer are dried, at the moment, the problem that the clothes in the clothes dryer are wrapped is not easy to occur, and the opening and the reverse rotation of the clothes dryer can be controlled within the preset interval time. For example, in the third drying stage, the dryer may be set to reverse once every second preset time, for example, ten minutes.
It should be noted that, when the dryer is in the third drying stage, the drying process is about to end, so that the step of controlling the dryer to reverse in the preset interval time is to prevent the problem of clothes wrapping in the dryer, and is not necessarily performed. In addition, the first drying stage is a drying stage, at this time, the clothes are relatively wet, the surface temperature of the clothes is also low, the clothes are easy to be entangled, the temperature fluctuation is small, the first preset time at intervals, for example, the timing inversion control logic once every two minutes can be adopted, the first preset time and the second preset time are not particularly limited, and the specific setting can be carried out according to the drying requirement.
In some embodiments, after the third drying stage, further comprising:
controlling the clothes dryer to stop drying according to the fluctuation value; when the time that the fluctuation value is smaller than the fourth preset fluctuation value is longer than the preset duration, controlling the clothes dryer to stop drying; and/or, acquiring a humidity value of air in the clothes dryer and controlling the clothes dryer to stop drying according to the humidity value; and when the humidity value is smaller than the preset humidity value, controlling the clothes dryer to stop drying.
Specifically, when it is detected that the fluctuation value of the temperature value of the laundry of the dryer is smaller than the fourth preset fluctuation value and the time when the fluctuation value is smaller than the fourth preset fluctuation value is longer than the preset time period, that is, the fluctuation value of the temperature value of the underwear for a long time is maintained in a small state, it can be considered that the underwear in the dryer has been dried, and at this time, the dryer is controlled to close the drying function. For example, the preset time period may be set to 6 minutes, and when the fluctuation value of the temperature value of the laundry in the dryer is detected to be smaller than the fourth preset fluctuation value for more than 6 minutes, it may be judged that the laundry in the dryer has been dried, and further, the dryer may be controlled to turn off the drying function.
Alternatively, a humidity sensor may be provided in the dryer, the humidity of the air in the drying space in the dryer may be detected by the humidity sensor, and when the humidity value of the air in the dryer is detected to be less than a preset humidity value, it may be considered that the laundry in the dryer has been dried, and the dryer may be controlled to turn off the drying function. In other embodiments, other humidity acquisition devices well known to those skilled in the art may be provided in the dryer, and are not specifically limited and not described in detail herein.
Or when the time when the fluctuation value of the temperature of the clothes in the clothes dryer is detected to be smaller than the fourth preset fluctuation value is longer than the preset duration, and the humidity value of the air in the clothes dryer is smaller than the preset humidity value, the clothes dryer turns off the drying function.
Wherein, the fourth preset fluctuation value and the preset humidity value may be adaptively set based on the requirement of the uniform drying control method of the clothes dryer provided by the embodiment of the present disclosure.
In each of the above embodiments, the second preset temperature value is greater than the first preset temperature value. The first preset fluctuation value is the largest, the fourth preset fluctuation value is the smallest, the relation between the first preset fluctuation value and the third preset fluctuation value is uncertain, and the specific value of the relation can be adaptively set according to the requirements of the drying stage where the clothes dryer is located.
