and the processing module 64 is configured to perform drying processing on the object to be dried according to different drying parameters.
It should be noted that, reference may be made to the description related to the embodiment shown in fig. 1 for a preferred implementation of the embodiment shown in fig. 6, and details are not described here again.
Fig. 7 is a structural view of a drying apparatus according to an embodiment of the present application, and as shown in fig. 7, the drying apparatus includes:
the drying device comprises a roller part 70, a drying air duct 72 and a processor 74, wherein the roller part 70 comprises an inner cylinder 702 and an outer cylinder 704, and an air outlet temperature sensing bulb is installed on the rear end face of the outer cylinder 704; the drying duct 72 includes: the condensation section 722, the fan 724 and the heating section 726, and the drying air duct 72 is provided with a temperature limiter and an air inlet temperature sensing bulb; the processor 74 is used to execute the above drying control method. Wherein, the temperature limiter can control the on and off of the electric heating, thereby influencing the temperature change of the whole flow field.
Fig. 8 is a schematic structural diagram of a washing and drying machine according to an embodiment of the present application, and as shown in fig. 8, the washing and drying machine includes the following components: the drying device comprises a drying air duct 801, a temperature limiter 802, a heater 803, a fan 804, a roller part 805, a condensation section 806, an air outlet temperature sensing bulb 807, an air inlet temperature sensing bulb 808 and an inner barrel 809.
When the washing and drying integrated machine is used for drying, damp and hot air passing through the inner barrel is cooled by water sprayed from the condensed water pipe in the condensation section to form damp and cold air, then the damp and cold air is changed into dry and hot air under the action of the heater of the heating section air channel, the dry and hot air enters the roller through the air inlet to dry clothes, and in the drying process, the heater can be controlled through the temperature limiter to control the temperature of the whole flow field.
The embodiment of the application also provides a computer-readable storage medium, which comprises a stored program, wherein when the program runs, the device where the computer-readable storage medium is located is controlled to execute the above drying control method.
The computer-readable storage medium is used for storing a program for executing the following functions: dividing the drying process of the object to be dried into a plurality of processing stages; setting different drying parameters for the drying equipment at different treatment stages; and drying the object to be dried according to the different drying parameters.
There is also provided a processor according to an embodiment of the present application, wherein the processor is configured to run a program stored in a memory, and the program is configured to execute the above drying control method when running.
The processor is used for running a program for executing the following functions: dividing the drying process of the object to be dried into a plurality of processing stages; setting different drying parameters for the drying equipment at different treatment stages; and drying the object to be dried according to the different drying parameters.
The above-mentioned serial numbers of the embodiments of the present application are merely for description and do not represent the merits of the embodiments.
In the above embodiments of the present application, the descriptions of the respective embodiments have respective emphasis, and for parts that are not described in detail in a certain embodiment, reference may be made to related descriptions of other embodiments.
In the embodiments provided in the present application, it should be understood that the disclosed technology can be implemented in other ways. The above-described embodiments of the apparatus are merely illustrative, and for example, the division of the units may be a logical division, and in actual implementation, there may be another division, for example, multiple units or components may be combined or integrated into another system, or some features may be omitted, or not executed. In addition, the shown or discussed mutual coupling or direct coupling or communication connection may be an indirect coupling or communication connection through some interfaces, units or modules, and may be in an electrical or other form.
The units described as separate parts may or may not be physically separate, and parts displayed as units may or may not be physical units, may be located in one place, or may be distributed on a plurality of units. Some or all of the units can be selected according to actual needs to achieve the purpose of the solution of the embodiment.
In addition, functional units in the embodiments of the present application may be integrated into one processing unit, or each unit may exist alone physically, or two or more units are integrated into one unit. The integrated unit can be realized in a form of hardware, and can also be realized in a form of a software functional unit.
The integrated unit, if implemented in the form of a software functional unit and sold or used as a stand-alone product, may be stored in a computer readable storage medium. Based on such understanding, the technical solution of the present application may be substantially implemented or contributed to by the prior art, or all or part of the technical solution may be embodied in a software product, which is stored in a storage medium and includes instructions for causing a computer device (which may be a personal computer, a server, or a network device) to execute all or part of the steps of the method according to the embodiments of the present application. And the aforementioned storage medium includes: various media capable of storing program codes, such as a usb disk, a read-Only Memory (ROM), a random access Memory (RGREEM), a removable hard disk, a magnetic disk, or an optical disk.
The foregoing is only a preferred embodiment of the present application and it should be noted that those skilled in the art can make several improvements and modifications without departing from the principle of the present application, and these improvements and modifications should also be considered as the protection scope of the present application.

Claims (11)

1. A drying control method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
dividing the drying process of the object to be dried into a plurality of processing stages;
setting different drying parameters for the drying equipment at different treatment stages;
drying the object to be dried according to the different drying parameters;
the plurality of processing stages comprises: a pretreatment stage, a high-speed drying stage, a low-speed drying stage and a dry judging stage;
different drying parameters are set for the drying equipment at different processing stages, and the method further comprises the following steps:
in the high-speed drying stage, if the drying temperature of the object to be dried is detected to be within a preset temperature interval, the drying equipment is set to increase shaking and scattering actions;
in the low-speed drying stage, if the temperature of the object to be dried is detected to reach the highest temperature or the lowest temperature, the drying equipment is set to increase shaking and scattering actions;
setting the drying equipment to increase shaking and scattering actions in the whole dry judging stage;
if the drying temperature of the object to be dried is detected to be higher than the initial drying temperature, determining that the drying process enters the low-speed drying stage from the high-speed drying stage;
and after the drying process enters the low-speed drying stage, monitoring the temperature of an air inlet according to an air inlet temperature sensing bulb of the drying equipment, recording the time of reaching the highest temperature or the lowest temperature each time, and determining that the drying process enters the drying judging stage from the low-speed drying stage if the time difference between the recording of the highest temperature or the recording of the lowest temperature twice is less than the preset drying time.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein setting different drying parameters for the drying apparatus at different processing stages, respectively, comprises:
setting the following drying parameters in the high-speed drying stage, the low-speed drying stage and the drying judging stage respectively: the drying equipment comprises electric heating power, a roller rotating-stopping ratio and shaking-up times, wherein the roller rotating-stopping ratio is the ratio of the roller rotating time to the roller stopping time of the drying equipment.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein before setting different drying parameters for the drying apparatus at different processing stages, respectively, the method further comprises:
determining the weight of the object to be dried in the preprocessing stage;
and determining the initial drying temperature of the object to be dried according to the weight.
4. The method of claim 3, wherein setting different drying parameters for the drying apparatus at different processing stages, respectively, comprises:
in the high-speed drying stage, setting the drying parameters of the drying equipment as a first drying electric heating power and a first drum rotation-stop ratio according to the initial drying temperature;
in the low-speed drying stage, setting the drying parameters as a second drying electric heating power and a second drum rotation-stop ratio, wherein the first drying electric heating power is greater than the second drying electric heating power, and the first drum rotation-stop ratio is smaller than the second drum rotation-stop ratio;
in the dry judging stage, the drying parameters are set as a third drying electric heating power and a third drum rotation-stop ratio, wherein the second drying electric heating power is greater than the third drying electric heating power, and the second drum rotation-stop ratio is smaller than the third drum rotation-stop ratio.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein after determining that the drying process enters the dry judging stage from the low-speed drying stage, the method further comprises:
judging whether the object to be dried is dried according to at least one of the following parameters: temperature, humidity, weight;
and if the drying object is judged to be dried, stopping the drying process.
6. The method as claimed in claim 1, wherein the preset drying time and the initial drying temperature are determined in common depending on the kind and weight of the objects to be dried.
7. A drying control method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
determining a stage of an object to be dried, wherein the stage is any one of a plurality of processing stages in the drying process of the object to be dried;
determining a drying parameter corresponding to the stage, wherein the drying parameter is a parameter which needs to be set when the drying equipment performs drying processing on the object to be dried in the stage;
drying the object to be dried according to the drying parameters;
the plurality of processing stages comprises: a pretreatment stage, a high-speed drying stage, a low-speed drying stage and a dry judging stage;
determining the drying parameters corresponding to the stages, including:
in the high-speed drying stage, if the drying temperature of the object to be dried is detected to be within a preset temperature interval, the drying equipment is set to increase shaking and scattering actions;
in the low-speed drying stage, if the temperature of the object to be dried is detected to reach the highest temperature or the lowest temperature, the drying equipment is set to increase shaking and scattering actions;
setting the drying equipment to increase shaking and scattering actions in the whole dry judging stage;
if the drying temperature of the object to be dried is detected to be higher than the initial drying temperature, determining that the drying process enters the low-speed drying stage from the high-speed drying stage;
and after the drying process enters the low-speed drying stage, monitoring the temperature of an air inlet according to an air inlet temperature sensing bulb of the drying equipment, recording the time of reaching the highest temperature or the lowest temperature each time, and determining that the drying process enters the drying judging stage from the low-speed drying stage if the time difference between the recording of the highest temperature or the recording of the lowest temperature twice is less than the preset drying time.
8. A drying control device, comprising:
the drying device comprises a dividing module, a drying module and a control module, wherein the dividing module is used for dividing the drying process of an object to be dried into a plurality of processing stages;
the setting module is used for respectively setting different drying parameters for the drying equipment at different processing stages;
the processing module is used for drying the object to be dried according to the different drying parameters;
the plurality of processing stages comprises: a pretreatment stage, a high-speed drying stage, a low-speed drying stage and a dry judging stage;
the setting module is also used for setting the drying equipment to increase shaking and scattering actions in the high-speed drying stage if the drying temperature of the object to be dried is detected to be within a preset temperature interval; in the low-speed drying stage, if the temperature of the object to be dried is detected to reach the highest temperature or the lowest temperature, the drying equipment is set to increase shaking and scattering actions; setting the drying equipment to increase shaking and scattering actions in the whole dry judging stage;
the device is also used for determining that the drying process enters the low-speed drying stage from the high-speed drying stage under the condition that the drying temperature of the object to be dried is detected to be higher than the initial drying temperature; and after the drying process enters the low-speed drying stage, monitoring the temperature of an air inlet according to an air inlet temperature sensing bulb of the drying equipment, recording the time of reaching the highest temperature or the lowest temperature each time, and determining that the drying process enters the drying judging stage from the low-speed drying stage if the time difference between the recording of the highest temperature or the recording of the lowest temperature twice is less than the preset drying time.
9. A drying apparatus, characterized by comprising: a roller component, a drying air duct and a processor, wherein,
the roller component comprises an inner cylinder and an outer cylinder, and an air outlet temperature sensing bulb is mounted on the rear end face of the outer cylinder;
the stoving wind channel includes: the drying device comprises a condensation section, a fan and a heating section, wherein a temperature limiter and an air inlet temperature sensing bag are arranged on the drying air channel;
the processor is configured to execute the drying control method according to any one of claims 1 to 7.
10. A computer-readable storage medium, comprising a stored program, wherein when the program runs, the computer-readable storage medium controls an apparatus to execute the drying control method according to any one of claims 1 to 7.
11. A processor for executing a program stored in a memory, wherein the program executes to perform the drying control method according to any one of claims 1 to 7.
