In particular, when the steel wire moves, the sixth hydraulic rod 420 is started, and under the action of the sixth hydraulic rod 420, the second slider at the top end of the L-shaped rod 510 slides in the second sliding groove 520 (the length direction of the second sliding groove 520 is the same as the length direction of the placement box 120), so that the L-shaped rod 510 drives the straight rod 410 and the steel wire to move between the inner bottom walls of the placement box 120, so as to separate the beef tallow hot pot seasoning from the inner bottom walls of the placement box 120. Simultaneously, through setting up L shape pole 510, can make the vertical projection of butter hot pot seasoning be located between two second spouts 520, can not coincide each other, so, can avoid the back-off in-process, butter hot pot seasoning spill in second spout 520, lead to second spout 520 to appear blockking up, lead to moving mechanism to remove unsmoothly, and then lead to the failure of steel wire cutting.
As a preferred embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, 5 and 9, a partition 530 is provided between the second chute 520 and the receiving plate 500. In practical implementation, although the beef tallow hot pot seasoning can be prevented from directly falling into the second chute 520 after the L-shaped rod 510 is arranged, it is not excluded that the beef tallow hot pot seasoning is splashed into the second chute 520, and at the same time, the beef tallow hot pot seasoning is not excluded from being brought into the second chute 520 when the beef tallow hot pot seasoning falling from the inner wall of the receiving box 130 is cleaned later. By arranging the baffle 530, the problem of the beef tallow hotpot condiment in the second chute 520 can be effectively solved, and the second chute 520 is ensured to run stably and smoothly.
As a preferred embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, at least two rows of pulleys 270 are provided at the bottom end of the placement box 120, and limit grooves 280 having the same number as the pulleys 270 are provided at the top surface of the table 100. A hotpot condiment cutting device, which comprises a workbench (100) and a base plate (110) arranged above the workbench (100); the cutting machine is characterized by further comprising a placing box (120) arranged between the workbench (100) and the base plate (110) through a vertical turnover mechanism, a receiving box (130) movably arranged at the open end of the placing box (120) and provided with an opening at the bottom, and a cutting die arranged at the bottom end of the base plate (110) and capable of vertically displacing;
the bearing box (130) is internally provided with a bearing plate (500), a steel wire (400) and a moving mechanism for driving the steel wire (400) to horizontally move at the inner bottom wall of the placing box (120); the vertical overturning mechanism comprises two supporting plates (160) arranged on the top surface of the workbench (100), and a placing frame (150) arranged in the supporting plates (160) in a rotating mode through a rotating shaft (170); a first limiting device for limiting the placement box (120) to the placement frame (150), and a motor (180) arranged on the support plate (160) through a motor frame (440) and connected with one of the rotating shafts (170);
the moving mechanism comprises a straight rod (410) arranged at two ends of the steel wire (400), an L-shaped rod (510) arranged at the top end of the straight rod (410), and a sixth hydraulic rod (420) arranged on the inner wall of the bearing box (130) and connected with the L-shaped rod (510); the top end of the L-shaped rod (510) is in sliding connection with a second sliding groove (520) arranged on the inner top wall of the bearing box (130).

The hotpot seasoning cutting device according to claim 1, wherein the first limiting device comprises at least four U-shaped plates (190) symmetrically arranged at the edge of the placement frame (150), a first hydraulic rod (200) arranged on the inner wall of the U-shaped plates (190), a limiting column (210) arranged at the telescopic end of the first hydraulic rod (200), a first jack (220) penetrating through the side wall of the placement frame (150) and matched with the limiting column (210), and a second jack (230) arranged on the outer wall of the placement box (120) and matched with the first jack (220).

The hotpot condiment cutting device according to claim 2, wherein a cavity (240) is formed in the top surface of the workbench (100) and located right below the placement box (120), a second hydraulic rod (250) is arranged in the cavity (240), and a placement plate (260) is arranged at the telescopic end of the second hydraulic rod (250).

The hotpot condiment cutting device of claim 4, wherein a first sliding block (340) is arranged at the bottom end of the limiting rod (330), and a first sliding groove (350) in sliding fit with the first sliding block (340) is arranged on the top surface of an extension plate (540) on the broadside of the placement box (120).

The hotpot condiment cutting device according to claim 1, wherein the cutting die comprises a flat plate (360), a square three-dimensional cutting die (370) arranged at the bottom end of the flat plate (360) and matched with the inner wall of the placement box (120), and a plurality of plane cutting dies (380) arranged in the square three-dimensional cutting die (370) in a transverse and longitudinal mode.
