The invention has simple structure, convenient use and convenient storage, and can more effectively extract fungus infected under dandruff, at the root of hair follicle and inside.

After scalp sampling, medical staff holds the ball head part (11) of the sample unloading rod (1) connected with the upper part of the comb body (21) by the other hand, screws anticlockwise, separates the sample unloading rod (1) from the sampling comb (2), then holds the holding rod part (12), scrapes off the sample in the semicircular groove (221) by using a sample unloading structure (namely a groove or a sample unloading convex line) at the end part of the ball head part (11) of the sample unloading rod (1), smears the sample on a slide, then uses the smooth surface (111) of the ball head part (11) of the sample unloading rod (1) to fix the sample on the slide by an imprinting technology, and then checks the sample on the slide, or places the sample scraped from the semicircular groove (221) into a sterile culture bottle for checking.
After sample unloading is completed, the sample unloading rod (1) and the sampling comb (2) are cleaned and disinfected, a holding rod part (12) of the sample unloading rod (1) is inserted into a hole (211) at the upper part of the comb body (21) after the sample unloading is completed, a ball head part (11) of the sample unloading rod (1) is screwed clockwise, and a wire of the sample unloading rod (1) is received on the sampling comb (2).
