Background

About 15 ten thousand new cases of cervical cancer occur each year in China, and account for 28.2 percent of the total number of new cases of cervical cancer in the world. Early detection of cervical cancer can provide patients with more treatment time and increase the chance of recovery. At present, the efficient and accurate means for early detection of cervical cancer is to sample the endometrium and detect the cervical cancer by the examination of vaginal cytology smear.

In the prior art, the endometrium is sampled by a curette. Because the curet is mainly made of wood or bamboo, the texture is hard and rough, when the curet is used for curettage cells, the cervical wall is easily damaged, and the experience of a patient is poor in the sampling process.

In view of this, the present application aims to provide a cervical brush, so as to solve the technical problems that in the prior art, when a curette is used to scrape cells, the cervical wall is easily damaged, and the experience of a patient is poor in the sampling process.

A cervical brush is characterized by comprising a brush head assembly and a brush rod, wherein the brush head assembly comprises a first brush head, a second brush head, a third brush head and a shaft rod; the first brush head is spherical and arranged at the end part of one end of the shaft rod, the second brush head and the third brush head are both arranged at the shaft body part of the shaft rod, and the second brush head is arranged between the first brush head and the third brush head; the second brush head comprises a plurality of cervical mouth bristles and is in a cone frustum shape, wherein the small end of the second brush head is close to the first brush head; the third brush head comprises a plurality of cervical surface bristles, the cervical surface bristles are arranged on two sides of the shaft rod in a fish row shape, and the lengths of the cervical surface bristles are gradually increased along the shaft body of the shaft rod from the cervical surface bristles close to the second brush head; the free ends of the cervical mouth bristles and the cervical surface bristles both comprise sheet-shaped sampling sheets.

2. The cervical brush of claim 1, wherein the sampling plate has an oval or circular edge.

3. The cervical brush of claim 2, wherein the third brush head further comprises a connection block, and wherein the roots of the plurality of cervical surface bristles are connected to the connection block.

The cervical brush according to claim 3, wherein the connecting block is in the shape of an isosceles trapezoid, the shaft rod passes through the connecting block along the axis of the connecting block, and the plurality of bristles on the surface of the cervix are fixed at the two sides of the connecting block.

5. The cervical brush of claim 4, wherein the brush rod is provided at one end thereof with a socket for insertion of the other end of the shaft, the brush rod being detachably connected to the shaft.

6. The cervical brush of claim 5, wherein the brush rod includes a first sampling hand-held segment and a second sampling hand-held segment; and a third breaking point is arranged between the first sampling handheld section and the second sampling handheld section, and a second breaking point is arranged on the second sampling handheld section.

7. The cervical brush of claim 6, wherein a first break point is provided between the second sampling hand-held segment and the brushhead assembly.

8. The cervical brush according to claim 7, wherein the free ends of the bristles of the cervical surface disposed on the same one of the two waists of the connecting block form a straight line parallel to the waist.

9. The cervical brush of claim 8, wherein the shaft of the brush rod is further provided with a scale for reading the length.

10. The cervical brush of claim 9, wherein the cervical bristles are fiber bristles and the cervical surface bristles are plastic bristles.
