背景技术
燃料营销涉及四个主要链条,即:a)分销商进行的储存;b)运输,通常由油罐车进行;c)通过加油站配送;d)机动车辆的消耗。
在这种储存、运输、分配和消费链的操作期间,燃料通常储存在储存器中,主要是具有恒定容积的燃料罐。在这种恒定体积的罐中,当罐排空时,会形成蒸汽并充满整个空间。
一般来说,存储和配送链使用固定且容量较大的储罐。而运输和消费链使用较小但移动用的储罐,这导致形成和释放的蒸气量增加。
使用油罐车时,液体燃料通常不会填满油箱的整个容积,因为油箱中留有液体的自由空间。因此,液体燃料随着油罐车的移动而在罐内移动。因此,储罐内液体燃料的运动会促使车辆重心发生位移,从而导致弯道的行驶不稳定和紧急制动。
在本技术领域中已知用于减少来自燃料罐的蒸气排放的系统。文献CN205838568(U)公开了一种用于加油站的蒸气回收系统,包括连接到充有氦气的惰性气体罐的燃料储罐、燃料出口管和油气分离器。CN205838568(U)文献中,出油管与加油枪的出油口连接,还设置有真空泵。油气分离器分别连接两个油气解吸罐和冷凝器,冷凝器连接回油管,回油管连接加油枪的空气吸入口,以提取来自汽车油箱的燃油和气体。

下面的描述从应用于防止燃料蒸气形成的系统的本发明中,优选实施例开始。
本发明提供了一种用于防止形成燃料蒸气的系统,其中包括安全壳和容纳在安全壳内部的可变容积罐,其中可变容积罐构造可接收液体燃料。
图1示意说明用于防止燃料蒸气形成的系统1。系统1包括安全壳10和可变容积罐12,可变容积罐12装置在安全壳10内部,并且在其中接收液体燃料。

Claims (11)
1.用于防止燃料蒸气形成的系统(1),包括:
安全壳(10);
可容纳在安全壳(10)内部的可变容积罐(12);
其特征在于,可变容积罐(12)设计成接收液体燃料。
2.根据权利要求1所述的系统(1),其特征在于,所述系统包括至少一个快速联接型连接件(14),所述快速联接型连接件联接到所述可变容积罐(12)的一端,将液体燃料供应到所述可变容积罐(12)。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的系统(1),其特征在于,包括联接至所述安全壳(10)的提升带(13)。
4.根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的系统(1),其特征在于,包括联接至所述安全壳(10)的检查喷嘴(11)。
5.根据权利要求1至4中任一项所述的系统(1),其特征在于,包括联接到所述安全壳(10)的惰性气体管线(16),所述惰性气体管线(16)配置为将加压惰性气体供应到所述安全壳(10)的内部,对外则供应至可变容积罐(12)。
6.根据权利要求1至5中任一项所述的系统(1),其特征在于,包括真空管线(15),所述真空管线(15)包括真空计,其中所述真空管线(15)配置为在安全壳(10)内部和可变容积罐(12)之间的空间形成真空。
7.根据权利要求1至6中任一项所述的系统(1),其特征在于,所述可变容积罐(12)包括气球、隔膜、活塞和手风琴状元件中的任一种。
8.根据权利要求1至7中任一项所述的系统(1),其特征在于,所述系统包括多个板(21)、至少一个弹性材料元件(22)和多个密封件(23)中的任意一个,所述密封件装设在可变容积罐(12)。
9.根据权利要求1至8中任一项所述的系统(1),其特征在于,所述系统包括联接至所述可变容积罐(12)的多个引导件(19)、活塞(25)和导杆(26)中的任一个。
10.根据权利要求1至9中任一项所述的系统(1),其特征在于,包括至少一个球阀(18)联接至所述安全壳(10)。
11.根据权利要求1至10中任一项所述的系统(1),其特征在于,包括多个支撑件(20)联接至所述安全壳(10)。
