Technical Field

Background
At present, a ship-borne hydrophone is generally directly arranged on a ship bottom or a guide cover and is exposed in seawater, the impact or scraping of scattered matters in the seawater damages the hydrophone greatly, particularly, the attachment of marine organisms brings great negative influence on the normal use and measurement accuracy of the hydrophone, meanwhile, the hydrophone arranged on the ship bottom in a protruding manner generates disturbance on a flow field of the ship bottom, and the performance of the hydrophone for transmitting and receiving signals is reduced due to the existence of underwater bubbles and flow noise on the ship bottom. On the other hand, due to arrangement position limitation, maintenance and repair or cleaning of the hydrophone often needs to be docked or divers to be sent to the water bottom for treatment, and difficulty is guaranteed. On the premise of ensuring that the hydrophone is not damaged, ensuring the measurement precision becomes a great difficulty in the installation of the hydrophone.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a hydrophone mounting water tank, which is used for accommodating and fixing a hydrophone and protecting the hydrophone from being damaged by scattered matters in seawater and attachment of marine organisms, and meanwhile, the direct influence of bubbles on the hydrophone is reduced to the greatest extent; the bottom of the water tank is provided with an acoustic board which is directly communicated with the sea water, so that the acoustic beam of the hydrophone is allowed to pass freely, and the influence of flow noise on the hydrophone is isolated; the water tank itself does not have an adverse acoustic impedance effect on the hydrophone.

The invention has the advantages that: the hydrophone is fixedly arranged in the water tank, distilled water is poured into the water tank, so that the disturbance to a ship bottom flow field caused by the protrusion of the hydrophone on the ship bottom is avoided, meanwhile, the hydrophone is protected from being damaged by scattered matters in seawater and the attachment of marine organisms, and the equipment corrosion is reduced to the greatest extent; the high-pressure-resistant polycarbonate sound-transmitting plate is selected, so that sound beams of the hydrophone can pass freely, the direct influence of bubbles at the bottom of the ship on the hydrophone is avoided, and the influence of flow noise on the hydrophone is isolated; the hydrophone is connected with the water tank and the ship body structure through the shock absorber, so that the influence of ship body vibration and mechanical noise on the hydrophone of the acoustic equipment is isolated to the maximum extent; the sound absorption ladder board is laid in the water tank, and can be used for absorbing reflected sound signals, so that reverberation formed by reflection of the sound signals in the water tank is avoided.

The hydrophone 7 is fixedly arranged in the water tank body 1, distilled water is poured into the water tank body 1, and the water tank body is protected from being damaged by scattered matters in seawater and from being attached to marine organisms. The invention adopts the water tank to hold and fix the hydrophone, thereby protecting the hydrophone from being damaged by scattered matters in the seawater and the attachment of marine organisms and reducing equipment corrosion.
The top of the water tank body 1 is provided with a ventilation pipe 11, a cable pipe 12 and a water injection pipe 13.
The damper mounting flange 3 and the sound-transmitting plate mounting flange 8 are mounted on the tank body 1 in a welded form. The damper 5 is fixedly connected with the damper mounting flange 3 through a damper mounting fastener 4, and the damper 5 is fixedly connected with the hydrophone 7 through a hydrophone mounting fastener 6. The shock absorber 5 is fixedly connected with the shock absorber mounting flange 3 and the hydrophone 7 in a bolt connection mode, and a rubber gasket is arranged in the bolt connection for adjustment and fastening.
The sound-transmitting plate 9 is fixedly connected with the sound-transmitting plate mounting flange 8 through a sound-transmitting plate mounting fastener 10. The sound-transmitting plate 9 is fixedly connected with the sound-transmitting plate mounting flange 8 through countersunk screws, and likewise, the sound-transmitting plate mounting fastener 10 is provided with a rubber gasket for adjusting and fastening, so that a certain gap is reserved between the sound-transmitting plate 9 and the bottom surface of the hydrophone 7 while the sound-transmitting plate 9 is parallel to the bottom surface of the hydrophone 7. Preferably, the sound-transmitting plate 9 is installed to be parallel to the installation surface of the hydrophone 7 of the acoustic device, and a certain gap is reserved between the sound-transmitting plate 9 and the bottom surface of the hydrophone 7 of the acoustic device. After the sound-transmitting plate 9 is installed, the joints of the periphery and the water tank body 1 are filled with epoxy putty in the bolt holes. The acoustic plate 9 is made of high-pressure resistant polycarbonate, and the impedance of the acoustic plate is very close to that of liquid acoustic lens media and seawater media. The invention adopts the high-pressure-resistant polycarbonate sound-transmitting plate, allows sound beams of the hydrophone to pass freely, avoids direct influence of bubbles at the bottom of the ship on the hydrophone, and isolates influence of flow noise on the hydrophone.
The rubber gasket is made of neoprene or silicon rubber.
The sound absorption ladder plate 2 is adhered to the inner surface of the water tank body 1 by adopting an adhesive. The sound absorption ladder plate 2 is made of sound absorption rubber materials, and the mounting surface is coated with matched adhesive, so that the sound absorption ladder plate can be used for absorbing reflected sound signals. The sound absorption ladder plate 2 is laid in the water tank, and can be used for absorbing reflected sound signals, and the sound absorption ladder plate 2 is used for absorbing the sound signals reflected in the water tank, so that reverberation caused by the reflection of the sound signals in the water tank is avoided, and the measurement accuracy of acoustic equipment is influenced.
The water tank body 1 is made of EH36 steel, after welding of all welding parts of the water tank is completed, surface heat treatment is needed, stress deformation is avoided, and meanwhile, water tank body 1 is internally coated with water tank paint.
Fig. 2 is a schematic view of a shock absorber according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 2, the damper 5 is composed of a damper upper flange 14, a damper lower flange 15, and a damper rubber member 16. The upper damper flange 14 and the lower damper flange 15 are connected with the damper rubber piece 16 in a threaded connection mode. The invention adopts the shock absorber to isolate the hydrophone from the ship structure, the shock absorber separates the hydrophone from the ship of the acoustic equipment, the influence of the vibration and the mechanical noise of the ship on the hydrophone is isolated to the maximum extent, and the size and the shape of the shock absorber can be flexibly set according to the size of the water tank.
Fig. 3 is a schematic view of the structure of the water tank body 1 according to the embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 3, the damper mounting flange 3 and the sound-transmitting plate mounting flange 8 are mounted on the water tank body 1 in a welding mode, and are ground flat after welding and coated with anaerobic adhesive. And 6 bolt holes are uniformly arranged on the shock absorber mounting flange 3 and are connected with the shock absorber 5. And the sound-transmitting plate mounting flange 8 is uniformly provided with 8 bolt holes which are connected with the sound-transmitting plate 9. Preferably, the pressure on the sound-transmitting plate 9 is ensured to be uniform through the fastening and adjustment of the sound-transmitting plate mounting fastener 10, and the sound-transmitting plate 9 and the water tank reference surface are ensured to be positioned on the same plane after being mounted.
The shock absorber mounting flange 3, the sound-transmitting plate mounting flange 8, the shock absorber mounting fastener 4 and the hydrophone mounting fastener 6 are made of 316L stainless steel, and anaerobic adhesive is coated on the surfaces of the shock absorber mounting flange and the sound-transmitting plate mounting flange during mounting of the fasteners.
The hydrophone installation water tank is generally arranged in a ship bottom transducer cabin, the top of the water tank is welded by attaching a ship bottom molded line (generally determined according to lofting), the reference surface at the bottom of the water tank and the cabin bottom plate are positioned on the same plane, after the water tank and the hydrophone are installed, distilled water can be injected into the water tank through watertight test rechecking until the vent pipe overflows water.
