Abstract

Compared with the prior art, the invention has outstanding substantive characteristics and remarkable progress, and particularly has the following advantages:

31 parts of polyethylene, 5 parts of grafted POE,52 parts of barium sulfate, 4 parts of modified wollastonite whiskers, 8 parts of glass fibers, 2 parts of a coupling agent (comprising 0.5 part of a silane coupling agent and 1.5 parts of an aluminate coupling agent), 0.5 part of a stabilizer (using zinc stearate), 2 parts of a lubricant (comprising 1.5 parts of polyethylene wax and 0.5 part of stearic acid), 1 part of a dispersing agent, and 0.3 part of an antioxidant (comprising 0.2 part of antioxidant 1010 and 0.1 part of antioxidant 168).
Comparative example 2
A special composite reinforced modified polyolefin mute drainage pipeline material comprises the following substances in parts by weight:
31 parts of polyethylene, 5 parts of grafted POE,64 parts of barium sulfate, 2 parts of a coupling agent (comprising 0.5 part of a silane coupling agent and 1.5 parts of an aluminate coupling agent), 0.5 part of a stabilizer (zinc stearate), 2 parts of a lubricant (comprising 1.5 parts of polyethylene wax and 0.5 part of stearic acid), 1 part of a dispersing agent, and 0.3 part of an antioxidant (comprising 0.2 part of an antioxidant 1010 and 0.1 part of an antioxidant 168).
The performance tests of the special materials for the composite reinforced modified polyolefin silent drain pipeline prepared in the above examples 7 to 9 and comparative example 2 are shown in Table 2.

As can be seen from table 2: examples 7-9 use glass fiber and wollastonite whisker composite modified reinforced polyethylene, and the tensile strength, bending modulus and notch impact strength of the materials are all higher than those of comparative example 2; and meanwhile, the glass fiber and wollastonite whisker can obviously raise the heat distortion temperature of the material.
Finally, it should be noted that: the above embodiments are only for illustrating the technical solution of the present invention and not for limiting the same; while the invention has been described in detail with reference to the preferred embodiments, those skilled in the art will appreciate that: modifications may be made to the specific embodiments of the present invention or equivalents may be substituted for part of the technical features thereof; without departing from the spirit of the invention, it is intended to cover the scope of the invention as claimed.
Claims (10)
1. The special composite reinforced modified polyolefin mute drain pipe material is characterized by comprising the following raw materials in parts by weight: 25-33 parts of polyethylene or polypropylene, 3-8 parts of grafted POE, 50-60 parts of barium sulfate, 0-12 parts of modified wollastonite whisker, 0-12 parts of glass fiber, 0.5-2 parts of coupling agent, 0.3-1 part of stabilizer, 0.5-2 parts of lubricant, 0.5-1.5 parts of dispersing agent and 0.2-0.5 part of antioxidant.
2. The special composite reinforced modified polyolefin silent drain pipe material according to claim 1, which is characterized in that: the polyethylene is PE 100-grade high-density polyethylene resin, and the polypropylene is block-copolymerized polypropylene.
3. The special composite reinforced modified polyolefin silent drain pipe material according to claim 1, which is characterized in that: the grafted POE is maleic anhydride grafted ethylene octene copolymer.
4. The special composite reinforced modified polyolefin silent drain pipe material according to claim 1, which is characterized in that: the barium sulfate is 1500 mesh natural barium sulfate.
5. The special composite reinforced modified polyolefin silent drain pipe material according to claim 1, which is characterized in that: the modified wollastonite whisker has an aspect ratio of more than 20:1, infiltrating the modified active whisker by a silane coupling agent solution.
6. The special composite reinforced modified polyolefin silent drain pipe material and the preparation method thereof according to claim 1 are characterized in that: the glass fiber is alkali-free glass fiber infiltrated by vinyl silane coupling agent.

The special composite reinforced modified polyolefin silent drain pipe material according to claim 1, which is characterized in that: the coupling agent is one or more of vinyl silane coupling agent and aluminate coupling agent; the stabilizer is one or more of zinc stearate and calcium stearate; the lubricant is one or more of polyethylene wax, polypropylene wax, stearic acid and paraffin wax.
8. The special composite reinforced modified polyolefin silent drain pipe material according to claim 1, which is characterized in that: the dispersing agent is EBS ethylene bis stearamide.
9. The special composite reinforced modified polyolefin silent drain pipe material according to claim 1, which is characterized in that: the antioxidant is one or more of antioxidant 1010, antioxidant 168 and antioxidant DSTDP.
10. The preparation method of the special composite reinforced modified polyolefin silent drain pipe material according to any one of claims 1 to 9, which is characterized by comprising the following steps:
s1, adding barium sulfate powder into a high-speed mixer, stirring and heating to 105-110 ℃, adding a coupling agent, stirring for 10-15 minutes, then adding polypropylene, grafted POE, a stabilizer, a lubricant, a dispersing agent and an antioxidant, and uniformly mixing to obtain a first mixture;
s2, feeding the first mixed material by using a screw feeder 1, feeding the modified wollastonite whisker by using a screw feeder 2, feeding the modified wollastonite whisker into a parallel co-directional double-screw extruder, simultaneously adding continuous glass fiber at an exhaust port in the middle of the parallel co-directional double-screw extruder, automatically rolling the glass fiber into the double-screw extruder by rotating the screw to mix with the first mixed material, extruding, and cooling and granulating to obtain the special material for the composite reinforced modified polyolefin silent drain pipe.
